Isometrics - 3 Minute Underrated Isometric Exercise.

Johnny Grube doing a harder then looks Isometric exercise that keeps tension on the muscles for a full
3 minutes.
Simple, on your knuckles hold a push up plank for 1 minute.
Lower into a half way position or around parallel hold for 1 minute.
Push back up and hold for 1 minute.
Being on the knuckles is great for the grip, and forearms.
The toughest of this exercise is holding the mid way position.
Most people are weak when needing to keep continuous tension on the muscles in real world activities.
Try it. You will quickly figure out how good your strength and conditioning is.
