😋 Cook your lentils in this way! You'll be amazed
Components:
One cup (200 g) of red lentils, soaked for 30 minutes
Plant oil
One tablespoon of cumin seeds
One onion (150 g), chopped
One teaspoon each of garlic and ginger, minced
One teaspoon of coriander powder
One teaspoon of chili powder or paprika
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Three tomatoes, mashed
Two bay leaves
Salt to taste
Four cups of water
Two onions (300g), thinly sliced
Two tablespoons of butter (30 g)
Two cloves of garlic (10g), minced
Dried chili flakes
Fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions:
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan, add cumin seeds, fry for 1 minute.
Fry the chopped onion until it becomes transparent.
Stir in the garlic, ginger, coriander powder, chili powder/paprika and turmeric. Add water if necessary.
Add pureed tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
Add soaked lentils, bay leaf, salt and water. Cook for 30 minutes.
In a separate pan, fry the onion cut into rings until golden brown, set aside.
Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic and dried chili flakes. Reduce the heat, add chili powder or paprika.
Add tadka (a mixture of butter and garlic) to the lentil curry.
Stir in chopped fresh coriander and fried onion.
Serve warm with bread or rice.

1/4 tsp sugar
6 tsp corn starch
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
4 cloves of garlic
2 stalks of green onion
2 tsp rice wine
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 tsp black pepper

100 MILLION VIEW CREAMY MAC & CHEESE
Step 1 - Boil 1lbs of corkscrew pasta
Step 2- Shred your own cheese
1lbs of mozzarella
1lbs of ColbyJack
Half lbs or 8oz of sharp cheddar
Mix it all together
Divide half of it into another bowl
Step 3- Seasonings
Salt & pepper
1tsp Garlic powder
1tsp Smoked paprika
Step 4- Melt 3 tbs of butter
When butter is melted add half of the seasonings
Add 3tbs of flower then mix
Add one can of evaporated milk
Start whisking so you don’t get clumps
Once it starts getting thick add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
Mix then add rest of seasoning
Add 1 tbs of Dijon mustard
Let it thicken
Start slowly adding shredded cheese until you get a thick consistency
Add pasta then mix
Step 5 - layer Mac and cheese to the bottom of the pan
Add cheese on top (repeat again)
Baked at 350 for 25-30 mins then boil for 2 minutes.

Directions: Boil eggs for 14 minutes then peel and take the yolk out.
To the yolk add:
Mayonnaise
Sweet relish
Mustard
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Season shrimp with: Seafood seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder
then coat shrimp in egg yolk and fish fry seasoning then fry for 4-6 minutes.
How to make the sauce:
Add butter to a pan then add hot sauce, honey, lemon pepper seasoning.
