Vacate or Vaccinate: Ya Think LOCO Counsel Can Handle a Pro HACK?

IF YA NEVER WORKED AT A LARGE NYC FIRM, YA AIN'T REALLY AN ATTORNEY

I've actually been in courtrooms since I was a child, completed my first "attorney work product" before graduating from middle school, helping Resorts Casinos bring gambling to Atlantic City and have, of record, argued more cases in court than Mark Warner, who has a law degree but never practiced law. And, now, with neither a license nor a law degree, I've actually got the first filed and longest surviving litigation challenges against the lockdowns and facial coverings orders in Virginia, and just filed the first case against the vaccines, while running for the Arlington Public School Board, which is more cases on COVID-19 than any Republican in Virginia--and I am not endorsed by the Arlington GOP, if that tells you how "conservative" they are.

We filed against the vaccines developers in a case that also included Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and one RICO count against Governor Ralph Northam and State Attorney General Mark Herring on the same day that Donald Trump filed his case against social media, and we are not even endorsed by the Republican Party of Virginia, if that tells you how "conservative" they are.

And, on July 13th, the U.S. District Court issued an order to amend the Verified Complaint or face dismissal on August 16th, an intriguing move by the Court, sua sponte, or of its own accord, attempting to dismiss the case before any defendant had entered an appearance--the same pattern experienced in the facial coverings mandate challenge.

The rationale stated that the complaint had failed to satisfy the pleading requirements under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. So, this is just the first in a series of videos to explain the proper procedures for a complaint in federal court, and you can be the judge.
