In this video we install the engine head, We start off by setting the pushrod tube clearance for proper fit, each of the two tubes have two type of seals an oring on top and on bottom is a silicone seal and we get the proper fit and go over that process then we set the wedding band retainers properly. Then we move on to the copper head gasket and show how to properly anneal it. In this video, We work on the cylinder assembly and install it to the bottom end, We first start off by installing the tappet blocks and tappets and then fit the pistons and then file the rings some so they fit the cylinders properly, then next we install the cylinder assembly and pistons as a group to the bottom end and then tighten the base nuts,

In this video, We install a Micro Digital Boyer Ignition system. Which in turn should be a better ignition system than the original points ignition system. We go through all the steps of hooking it up and static time the system so we can pretty much be right where we need to be when we start it up soon.

In this video, we work on trying to fit a replica rear fender on the 1940 UH, First off I go over a few things about this replica fender itself, and how it fits, then go over the next few steps on what we need to do to get it to fit just right and install a couple other parts like the rear brake crossover shaft. In this video we remove a carburetor that just doesn't look right on a British bike, a Japanese Mikuni, so after removing it we install a set of Amal premier carburetors instead, which brings back the factory look and they just work better than the Mikuni as well anyway. So, in this video we go through a great step by step process on how to switch the carburetors out on a Norton motorcycle, the setup process, and even fire it up and test ride it, also there is some interesting information on Amal carbs, Whitworth tools and Norton motorcycle info as well, hope you enjoy this!

In this video, we rebuild a 16 inch rim for the 1940 UH restoration so, starting off, we take a repainted 16 inch outer rim and a rebuilt 1938 to 1940 stepped star hub and lace the hub with new cadmium spokes and nipples to the rim, then finish it off by truing the built rim assembly on a truing stand, and go over the key parts that make it all come together and how to do it.

In this video we start to assemble the 1971 Triumph Tiger 650cc engine. We start by cleaning up the cases, then deal with another problem we come across, then move on to assembling the crank assembly, then we finish off this video by installing the connecting rods and installing the crankshaft and putting the cases back together. In this video, We work on removing the custom paint on the fenders and tank that were on the triumph tiger. Then the parts leave to get repainted a different color. In this video, We finish the transmission build. We are in the middle of building a big twin 4-speed transmission for the 1940 UH restoration, We are now ready to move on to the next couple of steps, Setting up the alignment for the shifter forks, then installing the shifter fork assembly and Installing the top cover, then finish building it by installing the kicker sub-assembly. In this video, I work on a Harley Davidson kick starter assembly mostly accurate to the way the 1940 to 1951 era kick starter assemblies looked, Which is accurate for my 1940 UH restoration, But the kicker assembly internal assembly process is pretty much the same for all big twin 4-speed's from 1936 to 1984 other than a few parts which I talk about.
