In this video we install the engine head, We start off by setting the pushrod tube clearance for proper fit, each of the two tubes have two type of seals an oring on top and on bottom is a silicone seal and we get the proper fit and go over that process then we set the wedding band retainers properly. Then we move on to the copper head gasket and show how to properly anneal it. 1974 Norton 850cc Commando carburetor swap
In this video we remove a carburetor that just doesn't look right on a British bike, a Japanese Mikuni, so after removing it we install a set of Amal premier carburetors instead, which brings back the factory look and they just work better than the Mikuni as well anyway. Harley Davidson big twin 4-speed transmission build Part: 3

We are in the middle of building a big twin 4-speed transmission for the 1940 UH restoration, We are now ready to move on to the next couple of steps, Setting up the alignment for the shifter forks, then installing the shifter fork assembly and Installing the top cover, then finish building it by installing the kicker sub-assembly.
