How to Hide an Unwanted Erection in School
It's great to know the thing is working, but getting an erection in school can be really embarrassing.
Step 1: Wear oversized shirts
If erections in school have become a daily problem, buy long buttoned shirts that you can wear outside your jeans, or wear oversized sweatshirts and tees.

If all else fails, walk around on the heels of your feet. This has worked for many a hormonally charged young man. And if it doesn’t, you’ll look so dorky that no one will notice your budding manhood.

If you can sew a hem, you can transform one of your old tees into a cute strapless blouse.
Step 1: Choose a T-shirt
Select a T-shirt, bearing in mind that if you use a shirt with writing or a design, it will end up upside-down on your new blouse.
Step 2: Prepare the elastic
Measure the circumference of the area just above your breasts, and cut a piece of elastic in that length.
Step 3: Cut an opening
Turn the tee inside out, and snip a small vertical opening on the bottom hem.
Step 4: Insert the elastic
Attach a safety pin to one end of the elastic, insert the pin through the opening you’ve just made, and push the pin through the inside of the hem until it reaches the other side.
Step 5: Attach the ends
Bunch the material over the elastic a bit, sew the two ends of the elastic together, and turn the shirt right side out.
Step 6: Cut the top
Use straight pins to pin together the front and back of the shirt in a straight line from shoulder to shoulder, and cut off the material along that line; then hem the top of the shirt by hand or machine.
Step 7: Sew the sleeves shut
Turn the shirt inside out again; fold the sleeves over the front of the shirt; sew the sleeves closed along the seam of the hem; then turn the shirt right side out.
Step 8: Slit a sleeve
Cut a small, vertical slit into the hem at each end of one of the sleeves.
Step 9: Insert the elastic
Cut a piece of elastic that is a bit shorter than the width of the sleeve; snake the elastic through the top side of the sleeve’s hem with a safety pin, scrunching up the fabric a bit; then sew the elastic to the fabric and sew up the slits.
Step 10: Sew the sleeves to the shirt
Sew the sides of the sleeve to the shirt, making a nifty outside pocket.
Step 11: Repeat
Repeat with the other sleeve.
Step 12: Show off
Show off the sassy little sleeveless number you’ve just made!

How to Reset a Router | Internet Setup
Today I want to talk to you about resetting your routers. Routers are wonderful things, and they give all our computers access to the Internet, but sometimes they get slow or they just stop working altogether and in most cases the solution is resetting them. So there are a few ways to reset your routers. The first one is to simply unplug it. So every router is connected to the power so you can just take out the plug and wait a second and then put the plug in and that will reset it pretty effectively. Some routers have a switch on them, like this one, so I can actually just flip the switch to off and on and the router will reset itself.
Another way is by using this rare and handy tool called a paper clip. You can just unfold it a little bit to get the sharp point out and sometimes there will be a little reset switch right here that I can just click and that will reset the router. Now the reason we have this reset switch, even though we can reset the router in other ways, is because sometimes we have to do something called a hard reset. The hard reset, what it will do is it will wipe out the memory of the router. It will clean up so it will go back to being the way it was when we first bought it from the store.
The way we do a hard reset is by leaving the router connected and turned on, and then taking the clip, and putting it in there. Pushing the button down for ten seconds and that's it! Once we're done the router will reset itself and completely forget all of the settings you put into it. This is a really good trick in case you lose the password, or forget the settings, or don't know how to access your wireless network anymore or maybe a friend just gave you an old router and you don't want to have his settings on it, so you want to wipe it clean and kind of have a fresh start.
Once you reset the router, because all the settings go back to the default state, it would be wise to first go to the manufacturer's website and download the manual so you can know the default username and password and IP address of the router so that after you reset it you will have access to it.

LaShonna: And we're going to teach you how to wobble. The wobble is a line dance done in so many social events - weddings, parties, all sorts of things. So, you should learn how to get your wobble on.
The first step in the wobble is a jump forward. You jump forward two feet. From here your body just wobbles. Then from here you jump back. Your body just wobbles. Now you take your body to the side, and you wobble. You go to the other side, and you wobble. From here you have a little step that goes right, left, and then back. Then left, right, and back. It's a cha-cha step if you want to be a little more advanced, so that would be right, left, cha-cha-cha. Left, right, cha-cha-cha. But, if you want to keep it simple you can just go right, left, right, left, and left, right, left, right.
Let's repeat that. The dance repeats over and over again to every single side, front, side, back, side. Repeat. Front, side, back, side.
Let's go from the top. We have our jump. Jump front, wobble, front, three, four. Jump back, wobble, three four. To the side, wobble, three, four. The other side. Now our step goes front, front, back back back. Front, front, back back back. Now's our transition to our new side. Side, three, four, five, six, start this way. Jump front, wobble, wobble. And back, wobble. To the side. The other side. One, two, cha-cha step. Right, left, right left right. Left, right, transition to, sorry, to the back. Wobble again. Wobble. Take it back. To the left. And to the right. Cha-cha step. Right, left. And left, right. Transition to the side. Awesome.

How to Read Palms
Learn how to read a person just by looking at their hand using the ancient art of palmistry.
Step 1:
Read the dominant hand – the one a person uses to write with; it reveals what's going on now. The passive hand represents a person's inherited characteristics.
Tip
Markedly different lines on each hand indicate a person who has worked hard to change their basic nature.
Step 2:
Know how to view the lines: Read horizontal lines from the thumb side across, and vertical lines from the wrist up.
Step 3:
Start with the top horizontal line, or the heart line. A line that's close to the fingers indicates a passionate, sometimes jealous, person. If the line goes straight across, the person keeps a tight rein on their emotions. If it curves up toward the index finger, the person is more outwardly affectionate.
Tip
Gaps on the heart line suggest the person has known heartbreak. Short lines that cross the heart line show they are very flirtatious and have a hard time staying faithful.
Step 4:
Look at the next horizontal line, which is the head line. A strong, straight line that goes all the way across the hand indicates a logical, no-nonsense thinker. A zigzag line represents a mind that tends to wander. If the line curves downward toward the wrist, the person is creative and trusting.
Step 5:
Examine the third major line, which usually slopes from horizontal to vertical, the life line. A strong, deep line suggests a person who is enthusiastic about life and strives to reach their full potential. A shallow or faint line indicates someone with less ambition.
Tip
Contrary to popular belief, the life line has nothing to do with how long a person will live.
Step 6:
Check out the fate line, the vertical line in the center of the palm. A strong, straight line indicates a person with a focused career; a faint line suggests someone less happy with their job. Forks and branches represent many starts and stops in a person's career path.
Step 7:
Don't like what you're seeing? Remember that your fate is not on your hands but in your hands: The existing lines simply represent what has come before.

Accessories for an M4 | Gun Guide
Today we're going to talk about some common accessories for the M4 Assault Rifle.
I have this rifle set up here. The first thing I did was put a quad rail system on here. This is one, two, three, four rails on this gun where you can add most of your accessories right to them. They slide right on and off real easy with very little else you have to do.
On that rail, the first thing I have is a handle. This handle here allows the gun to be maneuvered quite easily, especially at close quarters. It's very nice, very comfortable to hold.
In front of that I have a laser light combo right here. This is a LED light with a laser. It's made by Streamlight. It has a momentary switch where you can just click it on just while you're holding it or it has an on/off switch where you can leave it on. And you can have just the light, just the laser, or you can have both.
Further on top, this is a Bushnell holographic sight. What this does, it's electronic, you turn it on and it has a floating reticle where you can quickly acquire a sight and use it to zero in on the target.
Behind that, this is an EO Tech Magnifier. What this does is when you look through this and this, this will look down range and magnify by three times your distance. So if you have a further away target, you look through both and see it as if it's close. Now if you're using this and you need to be, to shoot close up, there's a little lever right here, it flips out of the way. Now you can use just your reflect sight without this in the way.
If these fail on you, one other popular accessory is flip iron sights. Right here, you can use this and this, and now you have your traditional iron sights. You don't have to worry about any of your optics whatsoever.
The last accessory I added on this is a collapsible stock. This will collapse to a variety of locations depending on comfort and what you're using it for.
Just a lot of these accessories, you have to check your local laws because some of them are illegal in certain places.

How to Take a Bath
Take tub time to new heights of relaxation with these tips.
Warning
Pregnant women should not take hot baths, and people with high blood pressure, heart disease, or kidney problems should not add Epsom salt to their bathwater.
Step 1: Pick your time
Plan your bath. To promote sleep, take your bath 90 minutes before bedtime, and because the hot water can dry your skin, don’t soak for more than 20 minutes.
Step 2: Add salts at the start
If you plan to use bath salts, add them as you start to run your bath so that they dissolve completely. Use one cup for every 60 pounds you weigh.
Step 3: Regulate temperature
As the tub fills, keep track of the temperature with a thermometer. You want the water to be about 100° Fahrenheit, which is ideal for relaxing muscles.
Step 4: Exfoliate your skin
While your tub is filling, take a natural-bristle body brush and gently rub your skin from your feet to your neck with upward strokes. This loosens dead skin and helps your body expel toxins.
Step 5: Prepare a cool compress
Dip a clean washcloth in cold water and lay it on the side of the tub, so you can put it on your forehead if you start to feel too hot.
Step 6: Add extras
Just before the tub is filled, add any extras, like a diluted essential oil, fresh or dried herbs tied in a piece of muslin or cheesecloth, one or two cups of powdered milk, or even a few bottles of beer, which is the bath additive of choice in some Czech Republic spas.
Tip
Milk contains lactic acid, a natural alpha hydroxyl acid that loosens dead skin.
Step 7: Make it special
Make tub time special by lighting candles, putting on some music, and pouring yourself a nightcap.
Step 8: Scrub-a-dub
Toward the end of your bath, vigorously scrub your skin with a washcloth or loofah.
Step 9: Take a quick shower
Take a quick cold shower to rinse off and tighten the skin.
Step 10: Apply moisturizer
Liberally apply moisturizer while your skin is still damp.

How to Read Faces for Sexual Attraction | Body Language
So essentially the face is like the epicenter of communication so when you're sitting down having a conversation with somebody you're not looking at their arms or leg most of the time. Most of the time you're paying direct attention to the face and for the most part there's a lot of different signs of attraction in the face.
One of the most useful things without a doubt is going to be smiles, so smiles and laughter. You tend to see that when someone's attracted to somebody you tend to see a significant amount of smiles. Like when you're on a date and no one smiles once, not a good date.
The more smiles the better and typically you want genuine smiles. Genuine smiles are indicated by the crows feet to the left and right to the eyes and wrinkles below the eyelids. Those are the indications of a genuine smile.
Essentially there are five points to a smile. One is the upward turning of the lips creating that smile face. The second is the raising of the cheeks. The third is the opening of the mouth. Most people can make that fake kind of smile. Most people can activate the fourth and fifth criteria for a genuine smile or an zygotic smile or a smile which essentially is the crows feet. So there's wrinkles to the left and right of the eyes and there's slight wrinkles below the eye.
So most people when they can just nail that and look at you and give you that genuine smile it's an indication that they really like you so it's something that you're looking for.
You're looking for smiles, you're also looking for laughter. So laughter is definitely correlated with date success. You'll look for blushing, that helps.
What's really cool, is you'll look for the maintenance or preparation of the face. One of the things people tend to do is if they like you they want to look good. Right? So you'll tend to see that during the date for example, they may constantly fix something or constantly gesture something about their face or constantly change some sort of aspect of their face to make themselves essentially look better.
So one of the things you'll see before people kiss is that they lick their lips a lot or apply lip gloss. So what you can do is sit there across from somebody and they haven't applied lip gloss once and then all of a sudden in the last 10 to 15 minutes of the date you tend to see them apply lip gloss like three times. Why? Why are you applying lip gloss? The reason is because you intend to be kissed.
People check their breath, people will lick their lips a lot. I see it all. I've observed so many people do this. It makes sense. We're about to kiss somebody we want our lips to be prepared. It's one of those things we tend to do to attracted somebody.

How to Get into Your House with a Credit Card If You’re Locked Out
Warning
Only do this on your own lock -or you could wind up in a lot of trouble.
Step 1: Check the lock
Check the lock. A credit card will only open a spring bolt--the kind of lock that comes with a standard doorknob. It won’t work on a deadbolt.
Step 2: Choose a card
Choose a card. If you have a plastic card that’s less valuable than a credit card, like a video membership card, try that first.
Tip
Laminated cards work best, because they tend to be flexible.
Step 3: Insert card
Wedge the card between the door and the frame where the doorknob’s latch is located.
Tip
Many doors have molding that will make this difficult; if you’re desperate to enter, you can pry it off--but keep in mind this may cause more damage than the cost of a locksmith.
Step 4: Wiggle and jiggle
Holding the card flush against the doorframe, begin pushing and wiggling it towards the latch in the door crack.
Tip
If the sloped side of the latch isn’t facing you, you will need a tool or long piece of plastic that you can hook around the other side and pull towards you, making this much more difficult.
Step 5: Push and bend
While pushing the card in, begin bending it away from the doorknob. When you feel it slide the latch back, the door should open.
Step 6: Call a locksmith
If you got into your home, don’t be so smug--it means you have a crappy lock. Call a locksmith and get a deadbolt.

So I'm going to show you how to do a hair bow in your hair. The hair bow is such a cute little trick. It kind of ebbs and flows. It always seems to come back. I'm going to show you how to do a hair bow that is high and kind of glamorous. Keep in mind too that you can do smaller versions of this anywhere on your head. You could do a low hair bow. You could do a hair bow on top of a ponytail. There are many variations of this. I'm just going to show you the most simple and the most classic.
I'm going to start by hair spraying her hair away from her face. And then I'm just going to do a classic ponytail. And then a great trick at home if you're trying to get, if whenever you do a ponytail you always have a little of bagginess here in the nape of your neck, would be to tilt your head backwards and do that finishing step. It keeps it really nice and tight. So you're going to wrap the ponytail around. And on whatever is going to be your last rotation, so this is the third round I'm making with the ponytail, I am going to make a loop with my hair. So I'm just not going to pull the hair all the way up. And then I'm just going to place the rest of the hair in the front. So this is going to be the start of our hair bow.
So I'm just going to loosen it up a little bit more. And I'm going to start to fan out the hair. Then, in the center, I start to make a little part in the hair. You can see we're already getting a little bit of a hair bow already. Then I'm going to take this center hair here. Comb it a little bit. I'm going to gather the ends up into a little point. And then I'm going to put it in between our two little puffs that we just made. And I'm going to bobby pin it in the back. Turn her around so you can see that. So I'm just going to bobby pin it. And don't worry about the bobby pins just yet because I'm going to cover them. And I'm going to flip her around.
We're going to finesse our bow here. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to take and attach the bow to the head first. I'm going to take little bobby pins and I'm just going to attach the bottom of the hair to the head. And you can do this in a couple of places if you want. Whatever makes it feel secure. And then from there I'm going to start to lift my bow up. I'm going to hold it a little bit with my hand. Spray it with a heavier hold hairspray. A little bit around the face with that. And then, like I promised, I'm going to hide those bobby pins in the back.
So in this case now that it's all done, I really just have to tuck it up into one side of the bow and it's completely concealed from the back. I'm going to add just one more bobby pin. I'm just holding the back of my bow forward because I can see a little gap here in between the center of the bow and the rest of it. And there you have your completed hair bow.

All right, the next exercise is leg flutters or flutter kicks. And basically what you’re going to do is you’re going to lay down on your back. Put your hands down by your side. You’re going to make sure that your back is flat against the floor. All right? And what you’re going to do is there’s two different variations of doing this. And what’s it’s going to do is it’s going to work your legs, but we’re also going to work the core, because the core is what’s keeping your legs up off the ground. So we’re going to lift, and then we’re going to kick like this. Make sure that you’re breathing the entire time. Your core is tight. Your legs are straight. You’re working your legs, your core. You’re kicking, or you can go back and forth just like this, which are more like scissors, flutter kicks, back and forth. This is a great exercise to work your legs and your core. Basically, hold it for about 20 to 30 seconds, and then rest. And you can do two to three sets of this for about the same amount of time, and you’re going to really feel it burn after a while. So up. Now when you do the flutter kicks, make sure that your back is flat against the floor, because if you arch you might feel a little bit of, you know, a pain in your lower back while you’re doing the exercise. If you feel pain, stop what you’re doing because you want to listen to your body. You don’t want to push any farther. So just make sure that your form is correct when you’re doing these exercises, because the last thing we want to do is injure ourselves, which will put us out for days upon weeks, and then we really get nowhere in the end. So basically, make sure back is flat, core is tight, because your core is supporting it. And make sure that you don’t have any pain in your lower back.

Having a big bust isn't always easy, but there are ways to accentuate the positive.
Step 1:
Wear the right bras. Have your size determined by a professional fitter, or have them custom made for you. A well-fitting bra can make large breasts look more modest, as well as provide support that makes you feel more comfortable.
Step 2:
Wear styles that flatter a big chest, like V- and sweetheart necklines and corset-style tops. Avoid shirts with breast pockets, spaghetti straps, and wide belts. Choose bottoms that balance your bust, like wide-legged pants and flared skirts.
Tip
Don't attempt to hide big breasts under baggy clothes, which can make you look heavy and matronly.
Step 3:

How to swim underwater. Push off the wall in a streamlined position, and begin to glide under the water about 6 to 8 inches under the water, and begin to do the breaststroke arms with the breaststroke kick, without coming up for a breath. This will help you stay underwater for a certain period of time without needing to come up for a breath. If you would like to have a great swim underwater, it's suggested that you exhale a little bit so your body can stay underwater while you move your arms and your legs to push yourself through the water. The arms are kind of down like the butterfly.
You push all the way down with your arms to your hips, kick with your legs, and then recover your arms by bringing them as close as possible to your body, and reach forward to begin the repetition again. Push down, bring your arms down all the way to your hips, and come up with your arms forward. If you begin to run out of air, come up to the surface, take a breath, and then dive down again and repeat the butterfly arms with the breaststroke kick in that repetition. That's how you swim underwater.

Hey, I'm Layla, and I'm going to show you how to do the lunge. So for the lunge you're going to start off with one leg in front, the other leg behind. Make sure you have enough space in-between your legs, so that one leg is not on top of the other, so that you have enough stability as you lunge down and up. You're going to lunge straight down, your shoulders are rolled back, your chest is up, your abs are tight, you're going to keep the weight in that front heel, and you're just going to lunge straight down, dropping that back knee to the floor, almost touching the floor, and then standing right back up. So you're just going to take it straight down and up, straight down and up. So this exercise focus is on both legs at the same time. The leg that's in front, you're really going to feel this in that glut-hamstring area, and the leg that's behind as you come down you're going to feel that in the quad area. You can also do a, add a little movement to your lunge, so instead of just staying in place, you can do a forward lunge where you just step one foot forward, and then come straight down on your lunge, then take it back to that starting position. So forward lunge, you would just bring it all the way out into your lunge, making sure the knee is aligned with the ankle on the front side, the weight is loaded in that heel on the front leg, and then you're sitting straight down, and the lunge shoulder's back, chest up, abs tight, and then you take it back, so you can alternate both legs this way.
You can also do a backward lunge, which is another lunge with some movement. So instead of moving forward, you're just going to move backwards. Starting in your starting position, you're going to take one leg, and just step it back behind you. Just like that.
So you have a few different options with the lunge. You can do just the stable lunge, just staying in your lunging position, and just taking it down enough, you could do the forward lung, or you could do the backward lunge. And the lunges with the movement, the forward lunge and the backward lunge, are going to give you more of that cardio burn, cardio aspect calorie burning effect since you're moving your body more than in your stable lunge.

How to Tie a Merovingian Knot | Men's Fashion
Hey, I'm Charles from Louis Purple. We're in New York. And I'm going to teach you how to tie the Merovingian knot. It's also called Ediety knot. So the way you want to start for this knot, it's a knot that goes around the narrow side quite a few times, so you want to wear the wide end fairly long compared to the narrow end, probably about 20 inches below depending on the length of your tie.
So this is how you start. The wide end goes underneath the narrow end. You go over the top once and pull it out on the same side. So this is what you have. Now you go over to the front, underneath through the back, and now you should be in this position so the tie is upside down. So this is a tie from my friend Cara Patrizio from Capelli in Naples, Italy. And this is how you proceed. So your tie is upside down. You go around the back, through the top. You're almost there. Now the last step you have to complete is reverse the knot, loosen it gently, and slide the white part inside the loop that you've created for that. Adjust it nicely. Tighten the knot, and there you go. You have your Merovingian knot. So after spending so much time tying the knot, it's something you don't want to wear when you're really casual.
It's really a knot that is used in formal occasions, probably wearing a three piece suit, for example, or a nice blazer. And definitely going with a sophisticated look with this type of knot. The guy who created this knot probably watch Matrix a little bit too much, but this is probably where the name came from, the Merovingian knot.

How to Lucid Dream
Learning how to lucid dream—that is, to be aware during your dreams that you are, indeed, dreaming—will allow you to live out fantasies, stop nightmares, and even road test some solutions to real life problems.
Step 1: Start a dream journal
Keep a journal and a pen next to your bed so you can immediately record everything that happens in your dreams. You’ll begin to see patterns, and that will help you realize when you’re actually in the middle of a dream.
Step 2: Adopt some new habits
Look intently at mirrors, book titles, and your watch face several times a day. In dreams, these images are always blurred. Looking at them while awake will increase their appearances in your dreams, helping you recognize when you are dreaming.
Tip
Pinching yourself when you’re awake is another good way to train your brain to recognize when you’re dreaming, because when you pinch yourself in a dream you feel no pain.
Step 3: Talk to yourself
Tell yourself as you drift off to sleep that you’re going to have a lucid dream. Research shows that simply instructing your brain to realize you’re dreaming—especially when you’re in the suggestible pre-sleep phase—helps boost your odds of doing so.
Step 4: Set an early alarm
Set your alarm half an hour earlier than normal. When it rings, stay awake 30 to 60 minutes, then go back to sleep. Because you likely interrupted dream-intense REM sleep, you’re now 20% to 50% more likely to have a lucid dream.
Tip
So George Clooney is about to kiss you and you feel like you’re starting to wake up? Pretend to spin around in circles. This keeps the dream going 96% of the time.
Step 5: Start directing
Once you’re attuned to the fact that you’re dreaming, start altering the action. Fly over mountains. Tell off your mother-in-law. Have a 'dream' date. You can also test problem-solving scenarios, practice sensitive confrontations, and speak to loved ones who have passed.

How to Make a Pollution Catcher | Science Projects
During the summer time your parents probably put on air conditioners. And if you ever noticed, sometimes they have to clean the filters inside the air conditioners. And when you take out the filter you're going to notice something I think is pretty startling. The filter is beyond dirty. Where did the dirt come from? If the air conditioner is just sucking in air from the outside, does that mean that the air outside that we're breathing is filled with all that pollution?
You see, little tiny particles that are floating through the air are called pollutants. And the fact of the matter is, pollution's bad. We do not want it in the water. We do not want it in the land. And boys and girls, we do not want it in the air.
And I actually came up with a really cool experiment. And it's a little way for you to test to see how dirty your air is in your environment. Ad it doesn't matter where you live you can make these pollution catchers anywhere. And we're actually going to help 1, clean the air and 2, see how dirty the air is in your environment. And look, a plate, all I need. And yarn.
Step one is get a hole punch. You don't have a hole punch, get a pencil. And you're just going to make two holes. One and two. So now I made two holes. Because I'm going to want to hang this pollution catcher. Maybe on a tree. Maybe in your backyard. Maybe out your window with Mommy and Daddy's help. Put your yarn through or your string. You don't have yarn or string, could be a shoe lace. The point of these science experiments is you can make these at home with anything you have and then, make a tie, make a knot. This pollution catcher is almost done. Now I'm going to hang it somewhere.
Now what I'm going to do is, on this side where I'm going to put the letter, no, you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to draw some water. You know what else I'm going to do? I'm going to draw a picture of, I'll show you. I'm not a good artist but, a fish. You see, when people outside look at this I kind of want to tell them what I'm doing. So I'm going to draw a beautiful scene of the earth. Clean earth. Not a polluted earth. And on this side, I do nothing but add something to help me catch the pollutants that are polluting our air. I'm going to add petroleum jelly but you probably know it as Vaseline. We use it for our lips, we use it for our skin. I'm using it to help my air pollution catcher.
So I'm going to take just a couple fingers and I'm going to take a bunch of this petroleum jelly. Smells good. I'm going to put it on the part of the plate that doesn't have my design and I'm just going to start to smear it all around the plate. I want the entire plate, every inch of this plate to be covered in this petroleum jelly. And the cool part of this petroleum jelly is, this plates can stay outside for a month and they will remain sticky.
And now, believe it or not, my pollution catcher is done. Clean your hands. Take your pollution catcher, and the next step is figure out where you want to catch your pollution. Tree. Outside. In a park. Out your window. Maybe you want to hang it on your dinosaur tail. It's up to you. Leave it there. Come back two weeks later, come back one month later. And then you take it off and you're going to look. And you know what you're going to notice? Little black pollutants. And every one you caught came out of the air. And you guys helped clean our air.
Pollution is not cool. Go become an ecologist and go protect your earth. See you soon.

Are you tired of lying in bed, staring at the ceiling, wishing sleep would come? Try these lab-tested tips.
Step 1: Time your workouts
Get some exercise during the day. People who are physically active fall asleep faster and sleep better overall, as long as they don't exert themselves within three hours of bedtime.

Step 5: Take a pill
Still not asleep? Take a tablet of melatonin, an over-the-counter hormone that promotes sleep. It proved effective in a study of nurses who took it to deal with the sleep problems brought on by shift work.
Step 6: Don't force it
If nothing is working, get out of bed, keep the lights dim, and do something -- as long as it doesn't involve turning on an electronic device, which will only stimulate your further. Return to bed when you feel drowsy.

We are going to work on the Running Man today. One of our bounce grooves, of one of the four main groups of hip hop; up, down, bounce and drop. It is a bounce groove because pretty much you are bouncing the whole time you leave the floor. Any time you leave the floor it is a bounce groove. Okay?
Running Man; I am going to start with the feet because the arms are pretty simple. I am going to turn to the side so are going to see. I am going to lift up my right leg and I am going to push back and down. Okay? So, boom. And lift my left leg, push back and down, alright? Let us do that again.
As you are pushing back and down, this leg is going down, this leg is going back, you are jumping down, falling down, flatting out, however you want to look at it, boom. And boom. And boom, and boom, okay? Those are the feet.
Arms; now, the Running Man used to be running arms. Okay? Nobody really does it like this anymore. I still like it though so I will give you that option. Just opposite arm and leg like you are walking. Okay, so, boom, boom, boom, boom. Or, the way you usually see it, pushing back or like you are elbowing people behind you, right? And one, and two, and three, and four. I like to tell people to imagine a string from your knee to your wrist and wherever your wrists go your knees go. Hop, hop, hop, okay? A little faster.
Five, six, seven, eight; the first way, two, three, four, the second way, six, seven, turning to the side two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Let us get it to music.
