How to Make Your Butt Smaller
Going, going... gone! Say bye-bye to a big bum with these butt busters.
Step 1: Do some aerobics
Get some aerobic exercise. Burning calories is the best way to lose fat, so walk at least 30 minutes every day and also incorporate moderate to intense aerobic activity—like running, biking, skiing, or hiking—three to six days a week for at least 20 minutes.
Step 2: Eat less
Take in fewer calories by exercising some portion control. Men and women of different ages and activity levels have different daily needs—look yours up online and stick to it!
Tip
In terms of measuring out portions, three ounces of meat is the size of a deck of cards, one ounce of cheese is about four dice, and one cup of pasta is as big as a tennis ball. Sorry.
Step 3: Do squats
Whenever you have a free moment, squeeze in a few squats. Standing with your back straight and your feet at a slight outward angle about shoulder-width apart, lower your body to a 90° angle. Work your way up to 20 at a time.
Tip
When doing squats, make sure your heels stay on the ground and your knees don’t go over your feet—this will help avoid knee damage.
Step 4: Do lunges
Do lunges every day. Take a long stride forward with one leg. Land on the heel, lower your body until your other knee is near the floor, then push back off your heel to the starting position. Work up to twenty per leg.
Step 5: Play with a ball
Lie on your back on the floor and place your feet on an inflatable stability ball about 3 inches apart, toes pointed forward. With the help of your heels, lift and lower your butt to the floor as many times as you can.

Though many of us would like a trimmer rear end, butt implants are one of the fastest growing procedures in plastic surgery.

How to Protect Yourself from Stingrays
Death by stingray is extremely rare, but getting hit with their barb still hurts like hell — which is why you need to learn how to play footsie safely with these sea creatures.
Step 1:
Know where stingrays like to hang out – in shallow water along the ocean shoreline and near the mouth of a bayou.
Step 2:
Do The Stingray Shuffle. Slide your feet along the ocean floor rather than lifting them; it will prevent you from stepping down hard on a stingray – the most common way of getting stuck by the serrated stinger on its tail. Plus, the movement warns stingrays that you're in the area.
Step 3:
Consider wearing water shoes. If you do step on a stingray, your footwear may prevent the barb from penetrating.
Step 4:
If you're stepping into murky water from a boat, poke around with a stick before you set down your foot.
Tip
Invest in stingray guards or leggings if you do a lot of wade fishing.
Step 5:
If you do get stung and are bleeding, apply pressure to stem the bleeding and seek immediate medical care.
Step 6:
If the injury is minor, remove the stinger with tweezers, being careful not to squeeze it further into the skin. Clean the area with soap and water, and plunge it the hottest water you can tolerate for 30 minutes. Or, apply a chemical heat pack. The heat kills the venom that causes the intense pain.
Tip
Test the water with a thermometer before immersing the wounded area so you don't burn yourself. The water shouldn't be above 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 7:
Have a doctor clean out the wound to make sure none of the barb remains in your body. Left-behind pieces will cause infection.
Did You Know?
About 1,500 Americans are injured by stingrays every year.

How to Relieve Constipation Naturally
When ya gotta go, ya gotta go. But what if you can't? Unburden yourself with these tried and true natural remedies, which really get things moving.
Step 1: Try an acupressure trick
Try this acupressure trick: Hold your hands up, palms toward you, and tap the sides of your hands against each other. Then, cross your arms in front of you like a genie, so that your palms rest on your elbows and tap that area. Alternate tapping the two points for five to 10 minutes. This helps induce a bowel movement by stimulating your colon.
Step 2: Strike a pose
Try yoga: the shoulder-stand pose and wind-relieving pose both move the stomach and intestines in directions that can help food pass through the body. Find video instructions on Howcast.com.
Step 3: Eat rhubarb
Eat rhubarb, which contains anthraquinone, a compound that has a laxative effect.
Step 4: Avoid foods that can constipate you further
Avoid foods that can constipate you further, like sugar and sweets; white bread, white rice, cheese, and hard-boiled eggs.
Step 5: Take flaxseed
Take one tablespoon of ground flaxseed two or three times a day with at least 8 ounces of water.
Step 6: Raise your knees
When the urge hits and you're on the toilet, help move things along by lifting your legs off the floor so that your knees are higher than your bottom. This simulates a squat, the ideal position for moving your bowels.
Tip
Putting your feet on a stool makes this more comfortable.
Step 7: Prevent future bouts
Prevent future bouts by drinking more water, eating more fiber-rich foods, and getting enough exercise. Too little of any of these can cause constipation.
Did You Know?
Famous Greek physician Hippocrates believed that eating garlic every day prevented constipation.

How to Hip Roll | Sexy Dance Moves
Hi everyone. I'm LaShonna.
Have you ever wondered how people do those amazing hip rolls when they're out dancing? Well, I'm going to help you figure out how to do it.
Step one is to start with a wide stance. Then you're going to bend your knees because if you want a hip roll with straight legs, it's not going to work.
Nice wide stance, bend those knees, and just start by swaying your hips from side to side so you can loosen up those hip sockets.
From here, take your hips front to back. It's a little hip roll warm up.
Now you're going to take your hips front, side, back, side.
Front, side, back, side.
Now smooth the whole thing out.
Front, side, back, side.
You want to make sure you're only moving below your waist. You don't want to involve your whole body because then that's not a hip roll. Only your hips are rolling.
Front, side, back, side. Front, side, back, side. Take it all around the world. Front, side, back, side.
You can get lower with your hip roll. You can face this side on your hip roll. As long as your hips are going front, side, back, side in a circular motion, you're doing a hip roll.
And that's how you hip roll.

How to Drive a Stick Shift
More power and better gas mileage are just two of the reasons you might want to learn how to drive a stick shift.
Step 1: Locate the clutch
With the car off, locate the clutch, which is on the floor in front of the driver to the left of the brake pedal. The clutch must be pressed down when shifting gears. Using your left foot, practice depressing and releasing the clutch pedal.
Step 2: Study the gears
Study the gears. Manual cars can have up to six gears; a guide is usually on the head of the stick shift, which is the lever to your right. They are often in an 'H' pattern, with neutral in the middle.
Step 3: Locate reverse
Learn how to put your car in reverse. This usually involves pressing down on the stick shift and moving it to the far left or right and then up or down. Consult the pattern on your stick.
Step 4: Practice shifting
With the car still off, press and hold the clutch down as you practice shifting through the gears of the car. Practice both shifting (or speeding up) and downshifting--lowering gears to slow down.
Step 5: Test drive
Find a flat and open area, such as an empty parking lot. With the car in neutral, depress the clutch and foot break. Turn on the car.
Step 6: Put it in gear
Put the car in first gear. Now you’re ready to go.
Step 7: Start moving
Release the foot break and slowly press down the gas pedal as you simultaneously release the clutch -- the car will move forward.
Tip
Easing down the gas while releasing the clutch is a delicate maneuver that takes practice. In the beginning, you’ll probably 'pop the clutch,' meaning the car will lunge forward and stall.
Step 8: Increase speed and gears
Continue pressing the gas to make the car go faster. Once you hear the engine begin to rev higher -- or see the tachometer hit around 2,500 rpm -- depress the clutch and shift into second, then slowly release the clutch while giving it gas.
Tip
Don’t keep your foot on the clutch -- called 'riding the clutch' -- when you’re not using it. You could wear it down.
Step 9: Keep shifting
As you go faster, repeat the shifting process for higher gears.
Tip
The following is a general range for the different gears:First: 0 to 10 mphSecond: 3 to 25 mphThird: 15 to 45 mphFourth: 30 to 65 mphFifth: 45 mph and up
Step 10: Slow down
To decrease speed, go through the gears in reverse order. To stop at a light, either release the clutch and put the car in neutral or keep the clutch engaged with the car in first gear.
Tip
If you will be stopped for any length of time, it’s better to have the car in neutral.
Step 11: Try hills
Once you’re thoroughly comfortable starting, stopping, and shifting gears on flat land, practice on hilly areas. Keep on trucking!

The first cars used levers, not wheels, to steer.

How to Draw a Boy Using the Word "Boy"
This is a fun trick to show the little artist in your life.
Step 1: Write the word boy
Write the word 'boy' using only lowercase letters. Leave a bit of space between each letter.
Step 2: Draw the eyes
Put dots inside both the 'b' and the 'o.'
Step 3: Make a jawline
Connect the tail of the letter 'y' to the bottom left-hand corner of the letter 'b.'
Step 4: Connect the head
Connect the top of the letter 'b' to the top right of the letter 'y' in an arc.
Step 5: Draw the hairline
Connect the top left of the 'y' to the top of the 'b' to form the hairline.
Tip
Give your boy a fun hairstyle. Make zigzags, spirals, spikes, curls—maybe a mohawk!
Step 6: Draw the face
Fill in the features like eyebrows, nose, mouth, and ears. This is your chance to get creative. You can make him happy, sad, angry, or surprised—the choice is up to you.
Step 7: Color
Color your boy. Then hang him on the fridge or show him off to your friends.

Lyshanna: Hi everyone, I'm Lyshanna
Victor: And my name is Victor Cho.
Lyshanna: and we're going to teach you how to grind. So have you ever been in the club and you want to dance with someone, a dance partner, and you want to grind on them, the song is really good, but you don't really quite know what to do? Well the purpose of grinding on a partner is to get them to feel the same rhythm and same motion as you so that you're dancing as one. So we're going to teach you three simple grinding movements that you can do to make your grinding feel a little bit more comfortable with a partner, okay. So first you're facing your partner, what you're going to do is start by doing a little chest bump. So your chest is actually doing a little bump to each other, front and back. And you can initiate this move and make your partner do it with you. So if Victor's just standing there and I come over and I want to dance with him, I'm just going to start and he's going to join in with me. That's how contagious this is.
Victor: Very contagious.
Lyshanna: The next one that we're going to do is a wave. Same thing but we're going down our bodies, start with the chest and go all the way down your body. And we're waving. Another form of grinding is this waving move. And the third one that we're going to do is a little hip roll together. Ready? And those are our three ways of grinding with each other, so we're going to do all three.
Victor: Cool.
Lyshanna: Ready? Here we go.
Victor: Chest bumps. Chest bump. Wave.
Lyshanna: And that's how you grind in the club.
Victor: That's how you do it.

How to Twerk | Sexy Dance Moves
Hi everyone. I'm LaShonna, and I'm going to bring you this crazy new dance, called the twerk, that everyone's doing. Babies are doing it. The elderly are doing it. Everyone's twerking. You should be twerking, too. So, how do you twerk?
Well, twerking requires moving your lower body, and it's primarily your backside going up and down, up and down, up and down. What makes twerking interesting is that you have to change the dynamics of the rhythms, and the timing.
So you're going up down, up down, up down. You can go a little faster. Up down, up down, up down, up down. And go slow, up down, up down, up down. Drop it all the way low, up down, up down. Once again change the dynamics. Faster.
All of it is just the motion of you going up, down. Now to get really fancy with the twerking, you can add your arms. They can roll out. They can throw in the air, or you're just going up down, up down.
That's the basics of twerking. It's very easy. You're having the best time ever just moving your backside up down, up down, up down. Add the arms. Change the rhythm. Drop it low, and twerk it, low. Change the rhythm.
There you go. That's how you twerk.

How to Connect Your Laptop to Your Television
Tired of squinting over your laptop? There are several ways to turn a big-screen TV into your new computer monitor and enjoy video games, web content, and photos like never before.
Step 1: Connect with S-Video
First, connect a video cable – you've got several choices. For PC users, an easy option is an S-Video cable. Most PCs and digital televisions are equipped with an S-Video port.
Tip
The ends of S-Video cables usually feature either four or seven pins and pinholes. Check your TV and laptop ports to make sure they match.
Step 2: Connect with VGA
If you have an older HDTV, try a VGA cable, which produces better picture quality and works with both Macs and PCs. To connect, turn off your laptop and your TV. Find the trapezoid-shaped VGA outlets on the TV and on your laptop. Once you're connected, power everything back on.
Tip
Macs need a DVI- or mini-DVI-to-VGA adapter to connect the VGA cable.
Step 3: Connect with DVI
You can also connect with a DVI video cable. A DVI connection is a step above VGA in picture quality, but only newer computers and HDTVs come with DVI ports. Connect as with a VGA cable.
Tip
Some Macs require a mini-DVI-to-DVI adapter for DVI connections.
Step 4: Connect with HDMI
If your HDTV doesn't have a DVI connector, use a cable that is HDMI on one end, and DVI on the other to connect to your laptop.
Step 5: Connect audio
Hook up the audio. After you've connected your laptop to the TV via video cable, connect the mini-to-RCA cable from your computer’s headphone jack to your TV.
Step 6: Use a wireless converter
A final PC option is to go wireless, using a converter box and the software that comes with it. Using a VGA cable, plug the box into your TV and install the software onto your computer. The box will then convert your computer's VGA signal to the TV, and transfer both video and audio.
Step 7: Adjust display settings
If you have a PC, go to the Control Panel and adjust the display settings to accompany double display on both your monitor and TV set. Mac laptops should automatically adjust for double display. If yours doesn't, go to System Preferences, click on Display, and then Detect Displays.
Step 8: Find your laptop
Click your TV's video source – usually a button called "input" or "TV/Video" on your remote – until your laptop comes up. You're set!
Did You Know?
According to one industry prediction, by 2015 the average European household TV will measure a whopping 60 inches.

How to Tell Real Diamonds from Fake
If you have a stone that you're not sure is the real thing, try these methods to find out for sure.
Step 1: Try the transparency test
Flip the diamond upside down and place it on a piece of newspaper. If you can read the newspaper through the diamond, it's not a real diamond.
Step 2: Try the fog test
Hold the diamond in front of your mouth and breathe on it like you would if you were trying to fog a mirror. If the stone stays fogged for two to four seconds, it's a fake. A real diamond would disperse the heat before you could get it up to your eye
Tip
The reliability of this test is suspect if there is oil and dirt on the stone, and it won't be accurate if the stone is diamond on the top with cubic zirconia glued to the bottom.
Step 3: Try the weight test
Use a carat or gram scale to weigh the stone. The most common diamond fake is cubic zirconia, which weighs approximately 55 percent more than a diamond of the same shape and size.
Step 4: Try the U.V. test
Hold the stone under an ultraviolet or black light. Many diamonds will display a blue fluorescence under a black light, while most fakes won't. However, a lack of blue fluorescence doesn't necessarily mean the stone is a fake. High-quality diamonds, which can be as much as 20 percent more valuable, don't show any fluorescence.
Step 5: Examine the stone under a loop
Look at the stone through a loop, or jeweler's magnifying lens. A real diamond's facets will be sharp, not rolled. If the girdle is faceted or frosty, it's probably real, but if it's waxy and slick, it's probably fake.
Tip
Look for flaws in the stone, such as carbon, pinpoints, and small cracks. You'll find these kinds of things in nearly every diamond, but they're very difficult to manufacture in a fake.
Step 6: Use a diamond tester
Ask a jeweler if you can use their tester, or if they will test the stone for you. Moissanite is the only stone than can fool an electronic diamond tester.
Step 7: Look at the setting stamp
Look inside the setting for a stamp of "10K, 14K, 18K, 585, 750, 900, 950, PT, or Plat." If the setting is real gold or platinum, the odds are better that the stone is real. However, if there is a stamp of "C.Z.", the stone is a fake.

A diamond can be up to 3 billion years old.

507048-How-to-Do-a-PushUp-Boot-Camp-Workout
I'm going to talk you through one of my favorite exercises - the push-up. Push-ups are great because you don't need any equipment. You can do them anywhere. There's a couple of different variations of doing a push-up, and I'm going to give you some key tips to look out for so you can do them most efficiently, most effectively.
Let's come on down. You can do a modified push-up which would be on the knees. I've heard some people call these girl push-ups. There's really no such thing as a girl push-up because guys can do these too. It just depends on whether you need to modify the push-up or not. They are just variations of each other.
I'm going to start with the modified push-up. Your hands are probably going to be about shoulder width apart. Just find something comfortable. The biggest mistakes people make here are to internally rotate the hands and potentially put a lot of strain on the shoulder. You want to just get that shoulder into a nice neutral position.
You want to watch out that your butt is not back here. It's not wrong to do a push-up here. This is just a very modified version. You're taking away a lot of the weight from the upper body. The purpose is to bring the weight into the upper body. That's what you're working against to make you stronger.
You're going to inhale as you go down, just bending at the elbow, and then exhale like you're blowing the floor away. Inhale to come down, exhale like you're blowing the floor away. If you wanted to make it harder, you would take it off of the knees. Same thing, bending the elbows, exhale, drawing the abdominals in, and coming up. The wider your legs are here the easier it's going to be to balance. If you want to challenge the stability, you could move the legs in. Starting with the knees, and maybe even doing a one knee push up. That would be kind of intermediate, something between the modified and the full push-up if you're not ready to go immediately from one to the other.
When you're in the push-up, let's start with the head, making sure that your head is not dropping. Sometimes we think we're going further down or not, just our head is. Keeping your head in line so the cervical spine doesn't take any stress, and then the rest of your back too. You want to make sure you're not leading with your hips and breaking. This means that you're not really properly engaging your core. Engage your core. Draw the belly muscles in. Keep your head in line. Inhale to take it down, exhale to come up.
There's your push-up, targeting all the major muscle groups of the upper body, mostly the pecks, the chest muscles, the anterior delts, the front of your shoulder, and as you go through elbow flexion and extension, you're working your triceps.

Tricks training is a wonderful activity to participate in with you and your dog. It is both mentally and physically enriching for your dog and it improves your skills as your dogs trainer. an easy trick that you can get started with would be paw, or some people refer to that as shake and what you want to make sure you do with tricks training is keep the training fun and positive for your dog. A good recommendation I'd like to give everyone is to resist the temptation to grab whenever training any behavior - you want them to think it through and in order for them to do that you need to break it down into small achievable steps so you're not necessarily looking for the end result you're looking for anything that's moving in the direction of that. So for paw I'm not going to grab at his feet because he might not like that he's also not using his brain if I'm doing the work for him so dogs if they often cannot get something with their mouth they use their feet so I'm going to put a treat right on Jack's nose and I'm going to have my hand ready when he tries to knock them out of my hand because he can't get them with his mouth and I'm just going to wait for that - I'm going to wait for any paw movement whatsoever - he moved his left paw just a little bit so that was a nice baby step - good I got a lot of movement out of the right one - I'm going to try again - good - I say the word good every time he does the behavior correctly and slowly it seems that I will be able to shake with his paw. The repetition of hearing the word good when his paw touches my paw so he makes that association. So now I think I'm ready to take the treats away - good - he ois still going to get one but I don't necessarily want to put them up front anymore and then we can work with a little duration so he can hold it there - oh beautiful - good and now that he's doing that readily if I'd like to put a verbal que on it I'm going to be able to say - Jack - paw - good - and now I've taught my dog to give paw.

How to Take a Screenshot on Your Mac | Mac Basics
Hi, Lisa here and I'm going to show you how to take a screen shot on your Mac. So once you find a screen that you want to take a screen shot of you are going to hold down shift, command, and the number 3. So you just go 1, 2, 3 and then it takes a screen shot of the entire screen.
So if we go to the file up here where it places it on the desktop you can open it and you'll see that we have the whole screen there. Now sometimes you just want a portion of the screen so to do that you'll go shift, command, and the number 4. So the same way as before shift, command, 4, and now you have a little cross hairs on your screen. So I just want the frog in the middle, so I'm going to draw a box around him and when I let go it takes the picture of that part so now when I open that file I see just the picture of the frog there. So there you go, that's how you take a screen shot on your Mac.

Okay, so today we're going to go over how to do 21s. 21s is a specific thing, it doesn't really matter what piece of equipment you're using, you can use 21s on any type of exercise, any piece of equipment. It's just a rep range and a rep speed. The idea of 21s is to really tax out that muscle, get full blood into it and really pump it up, you know the pump that everyone talks about.
To perform a 21, first you perform 7 reps from the lower part to mid way, so it's 7 there, and after that you perform 7 reps from the top of your exercise to mid way. Once you're done with those 7, you do a full 7 up and down. All controlled, not swinging, not cheating the exercise. So with this, I'm going to use an easy bar. The wider you hold it the more the inside of the bicep you're going to work, the closer you hold it the more outside of your bicep you're going to work.
So, I'm going to hold it right in the middle, get a nice even workout for my biceps. Now again, a lot of guys like to use this at the end of their workout just to pump their biceps, I love it, it's a personal favorite exercise of mine. You're going to perform this exercise, feet always a good base, knees not locked out, knees loose as you're performing this.
As you are performing this, you're going to come up halfway and down, halfway and down, never lock out your elbows completely, you could do damage to your joint there, so keep that safe, so 7 reps here, after you perform those 7 come to the top. Now you're not going to be throwing it up, and keep your elbows in place, if you bring your elbows out here you're not really going to work your biceps like you want to.
So again, elbows are going to stay right by your side. Come up to the top and come back half way, this is where it gets hard, so now you should be burning, we're going to perform 7 right here all controlled, you're not swinging it back and forth, all controlled. Get a good squeeze on the bicep, make sure you're breathing through the whole set.
Now once you've finished that 7 you perform the last seven which is full range, just like the standard bar bell curl, come all the way up, squeeze, control the negative, all the way up, squeeze, control the negative, work against gravity, breathe out, control, breathe in, work against gravity, breathe out, squeeze that bicep and you'll feel so much blood rushing to that bicep. and afterwards the results are pretty good. And that's 21s.

The pumpkin just turned into a carriage, your glass slippers look fantastic, and the Prince is on his way, but — dammit — you still need to learn how to ballroom dance.
Step 1: Get a partner
While belly dancing and ballet can be done solo, ballroom dancing is always done in pairs. Ask a friend to help you out.
Step 2: Perfect your posture
Perfect your posture. Unlike casual dancing, a ballroom dancer doesn’t slouch or lean on their partner. Both the man and the woman must elongate their neck and body. Practice correct posture by standing straight against a wall.
Step 3: Position the head
Look over each other’s right shoulder. Now imagine you’re the most beautiful person on earth who has just met the other most beautiful person on earth. What’s that feel like? Exactly. Keep that expression throughout the dance.
Step 4: Adjust your hand position
Hold hands correctly. This means the man’s raised left hand holds the woman’s right hand, palms facing each other. The man’s right hand connects with the woman’s shoulder blade. His hand should be cupped, fingers together. The woman’s left hand should be on the man’s right shoulder, her fingers at the seam of his sleeve.
Step 5: Position your body
Having the perfect 'closed dance hold' means the woman is just slightly to the right of the man. This way the legs move between each other and the knees don’t hit.
Tip
When the couple is a man and a woman, the man generally takes the lead. In couples with just one sex, a decision will have to be made.
Step 6: Draw a square on the floor
Now that you have the basic positioning, learn the basic waltz box step, the most common step in ballroom dances like the rumba, waltz, or foxtrot. Start by taping out a small box on the floor.
Step 7: Practice counting
Practice counting one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three. This will be the essential timing, and the sooner it feels natural, the better.
Step 8: Make a box with your feet
Practice alone making a box with your feet. To make the first half of the box, step forward with your left foot — which is 'one' — and slide your right foot to meet it and then step to the right (two). Your weight now shifts to the right foot so your left slides to meet it (three).
Step 9: Finish the box
Now finish the box. Step back with your right foot (one) and slide your left to meet it and then to the left (two). Your weight now shifts to the left foot so your right slides to meet it (three).
Tip
If you’re in the women’s role, you will step backward to start.
Step 10: Practice counting to music
Now put it together, doing the box step by yourself in time to your one-two-three counting.
Step 11: Practice with a partner
Now practice with a partner. Count off five, six, seven, eight before you begin so you’ll both be prepared to start together on one.
Tip
Dancing is a close contact sport. Make sure your breath is okay before you start. Use a breath freshener.
Step 12: Move around the floor
After you feel comfortable with the box step, forget confining yourself strictly to the box, and let yourself move more naturally around the floor.
Step 13: Start to turn
Once you’re able to loosen up while keeping time with the beat, try turning. Turn slightly to the right as you step on one and two; you’ll begin traveling in a circle as you keep your basic box pattern.
Step 14: Remember to maintain posture
Remember to maintain your posture at all times, keeping your connection points. Stand up straight, Quasimodo! Good ballroom dancers never slouch or disconnect.
Step 15: Practice every chance you get
Now that you know how to do a basic waltz box step, practice every chance you get. This is just the beginning. Get out there and dance, dance, dance!
Did You Know?
'Waltz' comes from the German word 'walzen,' which means to turn or roll.

How to Escape from Rubber Band Cuffs | Magic Tricks
Male 1: Hey Heather, how are you today?
Heather: Good.
Male 1: So really, really quick I got some rubber bands right here. All I want you to do is examine that and make sure it's normal. Are there any trap doors? Battery compartments or holes?
Heather: No.
Male 1: (?) drink. There's a hole right over here.
Heather: [laughs]
Male 1: Just kidding. Okay. Now, you have heard of handcuffs before, right? Well, these are rubber band cuffs. And you've taken science before. In science, can a solid object penetrate through another solid object?
Heather: No.
Male 1: This can't come through without breaking, correct?
Heather: No, it can't.
Male 1: Watch. It can't come out here, here, or here. Watch. All I want you to do is blow on it, just like that. (?) comes. Right. Through. I'll show you one more time. Hold it just like this. Okay. (?) Thumbs up. Get a great grip. Hold (?). Watch. Now. My rubber band is on your side? Or on my side?
Heather: My side.
Male 1: Okay, watch. This is my right, my left, and middle. Where do you want it to come out?
Heather: My right.
Male 1: Okay, your right. Okay. It can't come out any which way. Watch. You blow on it just like that. Here it comes.
Heather: [laughs]
Male 1: Thank you.
You're going to have the first band on your left hand. Or reversed if you're a righty. Whatever. And, you know, you're going to have the other one right behind it with the first finger and the thumb. ... So situations like this. And you stretch it out a couple of times. For the penetration, you're going to come down with your right hand. And the middle finger of the right hand is going to pinch the rubber band on the top of the right hand. So it doesn't come off. And then the first finger of the right hand goes into the gap of the band. And as you come back, you let go of the middle finger, and it looks like it went right through.
And you could actually make the motions again. So it looks like it's still inside. And whenever you want, you can rub the middle, straight to blow on, or snap their fingers. And it looks like it comes right through. And the same goes with when the spectator's actually holding it. Put their first fingers and thumbs up. You're going to put your rubber band right behind it. And all the moves are the same. The pinch, insert, come back let go, and the reveal.

The Full Windsor Knot is ideally suited for wide, spread-collar shirts.
Step 2: Button top button
Button the top button of your shirt.
Step 3: Drape tie

Step 5: Direct wide end through loop
Direct the wide end around behind the skinny end and up through the loop around your neck, letting the wide end fall down the front.
Step 6: Face wide end out
Take the wide end with your left hand and bring it to your left and then behind the knot—passing it off to your right hand. The seam of the wide end should now be facing out.
Step 7: Bring wide end through loop
Bring the wide end up and through the front of the loop, pulling it down and to the right. The seam should now be facing out.
Step 8: Drape wide end

How to Grow Your Hair Faster
Getting a Rapunzel-like mane takes time, but you can speed things up with these valuable tips.
Step 1: Brush your hair
Use a boar-bristle brush to brush your hair with your head upside down. Brushing hair this way brings the hair’s natural oils to dry ends and promotes circulation to the scalp, which helps hair grow.
Step 2: Use moisturizing products
Use moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Spritz a leave-in conditioner on ends daily. Once a month, apply a deep-conditioning treatment with protein, and don’t wash you hair every day.
Step 3: Massage scalp
Massage your scalp with your fingertips while washing your hair. Start at the nape of the neck and work around the hairline. Massaging helps nutrients penetrate your follicles faster.
Tip
Use a charcoal filter on your showerhead. High mineral content in hard water can damage delicate hair.
Step 4: Don’t use heated appliances
Don’t use heated appliances on your hair, including blow dryers, curling irons, and flat irons. Long hair should be air-dried or dried under a professional dryer at no more than 108 degrees.
Tip
Sleep on a satin pillowcase to prevent hair from breaking and tangling at night.
Step 5: Take a vitamin
Take a daily multivitamin that contains antioxidants and B vitamins, including biotin. Vitamins help strengthen hair. Silica supplements are known to encourage hair growth.
Step 6: Avoid hair color
Avoid coloring your hair. If you must, treat only the new growth or color less often.
Step 7: Don’t cut it
Don’t cut your hair or get frequent trims. Contrary to popular belief, constant trimming will only make hair shorter. Get one trim to clean up split ends prior to growing it out; then let it grow.
Did You Know?
Did you know? Genes determine the upper limit for hair growth. You inherit hair genetics from your father’s mother and your mother’s father.

Here's a great trick that you can do with a borrowed quarter. All you have to do is borrow a quarter from someone, put it in your hand, and you're going to show them that you have superhuman strength by rubbing on that coin. Just rub, rub, rub, rub, and push down on the coin, and then, hopefully, you're able to cause that coin to bend.
Here's the explanation behind the coin bend magic trick. All you need to do is borrow a coin from a friend and, before you borrow the coin from a friend, you have to make a bent coin up yourself. Here's a very impromptu way of doing this. Grab a hammer, take a coin, preferably a quarter. Go outside and, the pavement cracks in between the cement, stick the coin in one of those cracks. Take the hammer and hammer down on top of the coin. That coin, as you hammer it, will start to bend in half. It's a very impromptu way of bending a coin. Now if you have access to a vice, you're more than welcome to do it that way. Just turn it in the vice. Make sure it's nice and tight and then hammer it that way. But not everyone has a vice or a work shed, so you can go outside and make it by using the pavement.
Now that you have your bent quarter, you're ready to start the trick. Place the bent quarter on your middle finger and it will be nice and clipped because of the bend. Show the quarter to your audience. Come in. As you come in front of the coin, you're going to drop the quarter, but replace it with the bent coin. Like that. And you say that you're just going to start lightly start brushing the coin with your middle finger, like that. As you do, you can make some sounds as if you're pushing on the coin, a grunt or whatever you'd like.
When you're done rubbing, just remove your finger and show that the coin has bent. As a bonus, if you'd like to show your friends that you have some psychic powers, you can then give the illusion that the coin is bending by holding it between your thumb and forefinger. If you push the coin up, it will naturally bow outward. And it's a perfect illusion, if done right. And I highly recommend practicing it in front of a mirror. As you say the word, "bend, bend, bend, bend," you push that coin up into view and it will give the illusion the coin is bending even further. I hope you have fun with the coin bend magic trick.

How to Do the Moonwalk
Unlike the Hustle and the Macarena, the Moonwalk still has some street cred. Here's how to bask in its glory.
Step 1: Find a slippery floor
Find a floor that’s good for sliding, like hardwood or smooth tile.
Tip
It’s easier to learn the movements if you start out in socks.
Step 2: Line up your feet
Stand with your feet together. Then move your right foot slightly ahead of your left while keeping both feet on the ground.
Step 3: Raise your heel
Raise your right heel so that your weight is on the ball of your right foot. Keep your left foot flat on the ground.
Step 4: Lower the right heel
Begin to lower your right heel to the ground, while simultaneously sliding your left foot back along the floor until your left toes are next to the heel of your right foot.
Step 5: Repeat with left foot
With the toes of your left foot now lined up with the heel of the right foot, lift your left foot and repeat the same process--except the roles are now on the other foot, so to speak.
Tip
Remember to apply pressure to whichever foot is raised, so that the other foot can glide back easily, as if it’s just skimming the top of the floor.
Step 6: Practice
Practice the steps until you are able to do it fluidly, and in sneakers.
Did You Know?
Michael Jackson got the idea for the Moonwalk from the French mime Marcel Marceau.

The trick to getting someone to skinny-dip with you is to make them think it's their idea.
Step 1: Praise their body
Grease the wheels by praising the person's body -- just make sure you do it in a non-sleazy way. Remark on how "fit" and "toned" they look; speculate that they must be working out. You'll have no chance of getting them naked if they're self-conscious about their figure.
Step 2: Bring up the idea casually
Casually bring up the idea of skinny-dipping. Ruminate on how you've always wanted to try it.
Step 3: Proceed cautiously
Proceed cautiously. Once you've introduced the subject, drop it for a while -- unless, of course, your companion is already ripping off clothes and dashing toward the water.
Step 4: Announce your intention to skinny-dip
Announce that, by gosh, you're going to do it — you're going to skinny-dip! Behave as though you are talking yourself into it. Make no mention of them joining you.
Step 5: Begin undressing
Begin undressing like it's the most natural thing in the world. Keep up a steady stream of chatter, as if nothing could be more innocent.
Step 6: Run into the water
Run into the water and begin splashing around with an expression on your face that suggests pure joy.
Step 7: Share your delight
Describe the "indescribable" feeling of having nothing between your body and the water.
Tip
If your companion is the type of person who doesn't like to lose a challenge, dare them to join you.
Step 8: Give up
If your friend isn't nude by now, forget it. Remember, you can lead a person to water, but you can't make them strip.

Woody Harrelson was once caught skinny-dipping -- with Owen Wilson!

How to Latch Your Baby | Breastfeeding
So a few tips for latching the baby on without detail are making sure
that the baby is right up at breast height. If it means that you have
to buy a pillow like a My Breast Friend or a Boppy, that's fine. The My
Breast Friends are great because they're like shells that the baby can't
move anywhere. It Velcros onto you. The Boppies are great as well.
You might sometimes need a little bit of height underneath that. You
might have to shove a pillow up underneath it, but I'm equally as happy
seeing you take pillows off of your bed or your couch as long as the
baby is right up at breast height and you're not hanging over, then that
is exactly what we're looking for.
A lot of times, moms come to me and say, "The baby will not latch on,"
and that's it. And most of the time, it's that small little tweak in
positioning and they say, "Oh, I didn't realize that," and as long as
you're okay with giving the baby a little bit of pressure, bringing the
baby into you, which is fine, nothing's going to hurt the baby in
latching them on, then you will get that proper latch.
A lot of times, also, if you have a baby that's having issues with
latching, you might want to have them evaluated,
especially if it's more of a sucking issue, or if they can't get a
proper seal. See a lactation consultant and have that assessed.

How to Spot Sexual Attraction in Eyes | Body Language
Out of all the different non-verbal behaviors, I think that spotting attraction is without a doubt the easiest. We are very emotional creatures and when we're attracted to somebody, it's very, very difficult to hide. People think they're hiding it, but things always slip.
One of the ways they slip are essentially the eyes. There are a lot of different ways you can use the eyes to determine whether or not someone's attracted to you. The first thing is essentially eye contact. For the most part, usually we make eye contact with people that we're interested in or people that we're attracted to. Right? But this is not entirely true. Some people are shy or anxious and they're not going to make eye contact. So what you're looking for essentially is a deviation in eye contact.
So one of the ways you can use eye contact and there's a little trick that's very, very reliable. So what you're going to do is if you look at somebody in a bar or restaurant or on the street and they break eye contact vertically, so they look down. So you make eye contact with them and they break eye contact vertically and then within 20-30 seconds they reestablish eye contact, approach them. They like you. It's a very, very reliable thing.
Essentially what they're doing. You stare at them. They're submitting to you and then they take a little second glance to see who you are. It's very, very, very reliable. The opposite of that would be if you look at somebody and they look at you and they immediately go and break eye contact. Nope, not interested. But what is reliable is they break eye contact and they come back. Break eye contact and then come back. Break eye contact and then come back. It's very interesting.
And don't let it wait. If you see that, go right away because the more and more you wait. The more and more eye contact becomes very, very awkward. One of the things that I do in one of my classes is I have people stare each other in the eyes for three minutes without saying anything. They just stare each other in the eyes like this. Try that. Go out and try to stare somebody in the eyes for even 90 seconds. I guarantee you can't do it. It's awkward. It's so awkward because humans are not really at a level intimacy. When you stare somebody in the eyes is so awkward when you're doing it with a stranger.
Studies will show that if you stare somebody in the eyes for 90 seconds to three minutes, all of a sudden you're going to like that person a lot better than everybody else in the room because you kind of shared this emotional connection. So eye contact is important in that respect.
The second thing you can look for essentially is blink rate. Now, this is really cool. So blink rate correlate with emotional excitement. When we are emotionally excited, our blink rates tend to increase. Right? Average blink rates tend to be below 20 blinks per minute. For most people it really depends on where you are, but it's really hard to nail down what the average blink rate is. But in my experience, it seems to be around 10 blinks per minute. Right? So you see, whenever you see a sudden spike or a bunch of sudden spikes in somebody's blink rate in can be an indication of attraction. In my dating studies you see blink rates through the roof because the person across the table from you has an emotional response. You're attracted to them.
The third way of kind of using the eyes to determine attraction is dilation. It's very interesting. Our eyes dilate when we're attracted to something. Right? Go out and find a Maxim magazine or a Playboy magazine or any cover that's predominately men focusing. Every single woman will have her eyes dilated. You never, ever see them constricted. The reason why is because men perceive women with dilated eyes more attractive than women with more constricted eyes. To the point of back in the day prostitutes used to put a specific toxin in their eyes to make them dilate.
