In the case of the military's Covid vaccine mandates and the government's handling of FDA-approved Covid vaccines in general, this is all one gigantic bait-n-switch. Children's Health Defense CEO and General Counsel Mary Holland joined me on the latest episode of The Midnight Sentinel to explain why all of this is happening. How she explained it made me come to one conclusion: The FDA-approved Covid jabs will NEVER be available in the United States. Why? Because if they ever come to light, companies like Pfizer and Moderna will be sued into oblivion. "When we brought a lawsuit against the FDA, precisely for that arguing that this was a bait and switch, this is a fraud," she said. "You can't authorize, you can't approve this vaccine and then have it be unavailable and then try to say, 'oh, they're medically interchangeable, but they're legally distinct.' That's a fraud. You don't have that available." I asked her to explain the meaning and importance of "medically interchangeable but legally distinct." In her full explanation, it becomes clear why the mandates are allowed to go on despite clear evidence and unambiguous case law demonstrating the mandates are against the law, the Constitution, and the Nuremburg Code. Here's her reply: "So, there's a very clear case law that came out of the military's research of the anthrax vaccine. And the military was telling soldiers back in around 2000 around the time of previous military endeavors, you have to take an emergency use authorization, anthrax vaccine, and there were many, many adverse events. "And so soldiers took that to court and they won a decision. And the decision was very clear from the federal district court in Washington, DC. The military may not under any circumstances, mandate an emergency use authorization, medicine, vaccine, drug, whatever. And the case by Judge Sullivan actually said, these people signed up in the military, they're putting their lives on the line for their country. They didn't sign up to be guinea pigs. "It's very clear. The military can't do that. So what did Lloyd Austin do? The Secretary of Defense, He basically said, 'oh, we're not mandating the EUA, we're mandating Comirnaty.' Right? The licensed version of Pfizer. But we're going to let... we can't make that available to everybody — this was like their sort of the language in the letter from Pfizer, and then from the FDA — we can't make that available to everybody. And we have this excess supply of the EUA and really they're the same. So they're medically interchangeable, but legally distinct. "Now, what does that legal distinction mean? Let me just explain the legal distinction because it's pretty important. So under an EUA vaccine, your only option is to go to the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, which is under Health and Human Services and the federal bureaucracy. And you have no compensation for your lawyer. "It's all on the papers, the only kind of appeal is within HHS. And the only way that you can escape that bureaucratic administrative obviously biased process is if you can allege that there was intentional misconduct and you have to prove by clear and convincing evidence and only then allegedly you even need to have Department of Defense or HHS on your side and an enforcement action to go to any kind of court. "I mean, it's absurd. Basically there's no remedy. However, if you were to get a licensed vaccine before it has been put on the childhood schedule, right. And we can talk about that separately. If you get a licensed vaccine right now from Comirnaty or from Pfizer or from Moderna as an adult, it's not got indemnification under this 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. "You could sue the manufacturer and we know that Pfizer in particular has gone to extraordinary lengths around the world to ensure indemnification for these products. In fact, with Argentina, we know they told Argentina, you have to put up your military bases as collateral. These are dangerous products and they don't really want people to understand how dangerous they are. "But when they say they're legally distinct, what they're actually acknowledging there is you can't sue right now. The company is untouchable. And if they were to make these licensed products available on the market right now, they would really be up against it and they're not going to do that. "And obviously the FDA is colluding with them in this. And that's why we believed we had a legitimate case against the FDA. And we had declarations from many military members who told the court, 'we're going to get this licensed product and they're not offering us the licensed product. And what they're offering us is an EUA product and that's against the law.'" It's imperative that we continue to take as many legal shots at ending medical tyranny as possible. While individual cases are getting struck down, we need to flood the zone with lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit.

During a televised, prime-time speech Thursday night, Joe Biden declared war on "MAGA Republicans." He didn't use the word "war," but his rhetoric was the most divisive we have ever heard from a U.S. President. He didn't go after his political opponents as his predecessors often did. Instead, he went after the people who support his biggest political opponent and by doing so declared a de facto civil war. That's not hyperbole. Responses from both the left and right have been as one would expect from such a speech. The left, hungry for some semblance of a rallying cry or perceived victory after over a year-and-a-half of massive political failures, viewed this speech as the rallying cry to go after America First patriots. The right, which received the full force of direct insults from our supposed Commander-in-Chief, has been reloaded with righteous indignation. We were attacked and we're preparing for the attacks to get worse now. This could be the beginning of the end for the United States of America. That is not hyperbole, either. The globalist elites clearly instructed the White House to unleash dispensable Joe Biden, putting words on a teleprompter that could spark the implosion they desperately want. His handlers were instructed to juice him up, make him sound angry, and give him enough stimulants to keep his energy high throughout. Their purpose is to begin the controlled demolition of this nation. They are trying to either spark violence from the political right or, more likely, to set the stage for near-future false flag attacks that will be blamed on "MAGA Republicans." This is the most dangerous example of a Hegelian Dialectic that we've ever witnessed in this nation. We have two choices: Watch it all unfold or launch a revolution. It really comes down to whether there will be a civil war or a revolutionary war, and yes, they are very different. The powers-that-be want civil war. That would pit brother versus brother, left versus right. A revolutionary war would pit the people against a tyrannical government. We want to see the latter but we much prepare for the former. As anyone who's followed my writing or shows the last couple of years knows, I'm not one who peddles false hope. I don't get worked up about "trusting the plan" or believing that we're on the verge of a major arrest against the Deep State, Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden, or anyone on the left. I'm skeptical about any "conservative" or alternative media reports that amazing things are just around the corner or the walls are closing in on the bad guys. I've also been hesitant to report on any hopeful news about reversing stolen elections or at least holding people accountable for stealing them. That doesn't jibe with my ongoing fight to try to make those things happen; call me a masochist for continuing to fight for something that I believe is usually futile. But as a United States citizen I am sworn to defend the Constitution and there have been few greater crimes against this nation than the last two stolen elections. So I fight even if I don't have much hope. I was not one who "moved on" nor will I ever be until the truth is revealed. The last couple of days have brought me the brightest glimmer of hope I've had in two years when it comes to stolen elections. After talking to many people involved with campaigns in four states, I can tell you that there really is a chance we can have movement on this issue. Arizona is the best one in play, in which I'd give about a 20%-30% chance of success. Earlier this week I was at 5% at best, so this is a good change. MOMENTUM! In Arizona, we do not have to prove voter fraud. We don't even need to prove intent. We just have to prove there are enough Arizonans who have valid reasons to not trust the election results. That's it. And since we're talking about civil cases, we do not need to achieve the high bar of "beyond a reasonable doubt." We need a preponderance of evidence in our favor and a judge who's willing to do the right thing by annulling the election. Those last two components are easier said than done. Even though we only need a preponderance of evidence in theory, the reality is we need a slam dunk. We need it to be a no-brainer that the voters in Arizona have been disenfranchised by the process, by a vote-counting system that was run by a candidate for governor, and by a series of uncanny events that took place on election day. We also need to get the right judge, which can be challenging. But it can happen. I have hope, as I detailed on today's episode of The JD Rucker Show.

We're telling the truth. Anyone who tries to deny that can dig themselves a ditch. We went through some of the important elections on the ballot in less than two weeks. Coincidentally, we consider the two most important elections to be important for the same reason. Arizona and Pennsylvania hold the keys to exposing what really happened during the 2020 election. If Kari Lake and others can win in Arizona and if Doug Mastriano can win in Pennsylvania, we have a tremendous opportunity to finally get the truth from official sources. Both states were at the center of the stolen election and both gubernatorial candidates are adamant about bringing the truth to light. As former Trump advisor Peter Navarro told Holehouse, getting the right people elected in November will go a long way toward finally illuminating and possibly reversing the stolen 2020 election results. It has always been a longshot, but Bible-believing Christians like Holehouse and me must acknowledge that if it's God's will for the truth to come out, it will no matter how much the forces of evil try to cover it up. Conversely, if the truth is not supposed to come out then there's nothing we can do to force it out into the open. The results are above our paygrade. All we can do is fight the good fight as we do not know what our role is in the plan. No discussion about conspiracy theories with Sell Holehouse would be complete without a deep dive into some Covid-19 "vaccine" information. Both of us are bombarded with new reports daily. I can tell you from first-hand experience that there is no shortage of theories. We just have to sift through and discern what is real and what is false. This is why we are in the process of building Discern.tv. Holehouse shared an extremely interesting theory about the bioweapons. From his perspective, the disease itself was just the excuse to roll out the real bioweapon: the jabs. He shared leaked information from the Chinese Communist Party that dates back two decades but that coincides eerily with what we're seeing today. If the CCP wanted to take control of America (they do) but they didn't want to destroy the fertile land (they don't), then the easiest way to do it would be to poison the people with a bioweapon that couldn't target them or others. Covid-19 doesn't quite fit the "targeted bioweapon" requirements because it can affect anyone. But the various Covid jabs we're distributing in the United States and other western nations are NOT being distributed in China. Could the push to vaccinate every man, woman, and child on earth be tied to an attack by the CCP? It's conspicuous, as we noted in the show, that the people targeted most heavily by vaccine mandates in America are medical professionals, first responders, and military. If you want to destroy a nation, those are the professions you want hit the hardest. It's a theory with legs. Unfortunately. Between the stolen 2020 election and the risk of bioweapons spreading across America, it's clear that I'll need more than an hour with Seth Holehouse on the show. More must come.

They say "elections have consequences." This is true. But when elections are stolen, there needs to be much worse consequences for those who stole it. Unfortunately, the theft of the 2022 election appears to be headed in the same direction as the stolen 2020 election. We will continue to fight to get the truth out, to hold people accountable, and to reverse the results of the many stolen elections this cycle, but I'm not exactly hopeful. Unless God intervenes, I'd put our chances of changing any election at about 5%. We're still trying. We had some good news the last couple of days with many people reaching out following my interview with Leo Donofrio. Arizona is a hotbed for some of the worst voter fraud that took place this election and the pathway he described might be the best one I've heard so far. Various candidate representatives have reached out, as well as independent attorneys and concerned citizens. I'll update on that front as soon as more information is known. We can point at Democrats, election officials, RINOs, and foreign players and try to bring about the appropriate consequences, but one of the things I am going to focus on is holding conservative and alternative media accountable. There are far too many who are trying to blame the failed red tsunami on anything OTHER THAN massive, widespread voter fraud. This is unacceptable. I'm not just talking about Fox News or Newsmax. I'm referring to other small, medium, and large conservative outlets and individual journalists who are either in denial (doubtful), being bullied (probable), or getting otherwise coerced (possible) into blaming this on abortion, MAGA, student debt relief, or any other reason. The elections were stolen. Period. I'll keep hammering that point home even if it gets me canceled even more than I've already been thus far. The reason many of the heroes of conservative media are unwilling to say the elections we stolen is because doing so can get them blacklisted by the Big Tech platforms they're beholden to for popularity or profit. Anyone who has a popular YouTube channel, radio show, Facebook page, or who relies on Google ads or Facebook traffic has been told to NOT say "stolen elections." They cannot call out massive, widespread voter fraud as the singular cause of the feeble red droplet that replaced the red tsunami. When a story broke last week that Congress had taken another big step toward rolling out digital IDs, I expected it to be huge news among conservative and alternative news outlets. Nope. I completely overestimated the impact of the article posted by Just The News, an article that unfortunately downplayed its own reporting. Generally speaking, I love what John Solomon and his group do for journalism. The vast majority of their stories are straight news which is something we desperately need more of in America. State the facts and let the people make up their own minds — that's what I'd love to see. Instead, we have "news" that's tilted one way or the other and almost always to the left for corporate media. I have no problem with opinion pieces, but disguising opinions as "news" is not journalism. The story in question was titled, "National Digital ID Clears Congressional Hurdle Amid Fears It Could Be Politically Abused." Here are the important parts: A national digital ID system for U.S. citizens is fast becoming a reality following a vote by the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee to advance the Improving Digital Identity Act. Digital IDs act as online, data-laden representations of human beings. Many analysts, such as the authors of a 2019 McKinsey Global Institute report, argue they could be the key to unlocking access to financial services, various government benefits and educational opportunities, as well as a number of other critical services. Some of the same analysts, however, also warn that the "risks and potential for misuse of digital ID are real and deserve careful attention." Although the concerns about digital IDs are real, it's important to separate the facts from the fearmongering fiction. In simple language, a digital identity enables an individual to prove who they are in the virtual world. Proponents claim digital IDs offer greater privacy than traditional forms of identification and can help minimize some of the risks associated with physical documents such as driver's licenses, passports, etc. Others, though, are quick to sound the alarm, warning that the introduction of digital IDs will almost certainly lead to an erosion of civil liberties. "Digital is often touted as the 'future,' and many people cast such a transition as inevitable," writes Jay Stanley, a senior policy analyst at the ACLU, who believes digital IDs could prove to be a privacy nightmare. "But digital is not always better — especially when systems are exclusively digital." "There’s a reason that most jurisdictions have spurned electronic voting in favor of paper ballots, for example," Stanley writes. With voting software in some states vulnerable to outside interference, paper ballots increasingly appear to be much safer. Similarly, digital IDs are vulnerable to attack. Horror stories involving people's identities being stolen are not uncommon. Remember, digital IDs are synonymous with data, and if there is one thing hacker's love, it's data — especially the data of U.S. citizens. As I noted, the article downplays the threats of a digital ID in the United States. The reality is a digital ID is a requirement in order for the powers-that-be to fully implement their machinations, whether you want to call it Build Back Better, the 4th Industrial Revolution, or The Great Reset. For the months after the 2020 election was stolen, I spent most hours of nearly every day trying to figure out how to fix it. I spoke to attorneys, conservative leaders, and fellow patriots to see what courses of action could be taken. My perspective on the situation from around the middle of November, 2020, until some time in mid-2021 was that if the proper election results were going to be honored and if Joe Biden could be prevented from remaining in the White House, it would be due to the Will of God moving America in the right direction. As is the case now with pretty much everything in my life, my philosophy at the time was to fight the good fight and know that God handles the details. None of us know what role we will be chosen to play in any of the events around us so it behooves us to do what we believe is right from a Biblical perspective so we can be there if God chooses to use us. To those who are not Bible-believing Christians, your philosophy may be similar without the supernatural component. You want to fight for your freedoms, your families, your communities, and your nation and if things work out, we will be victorious in the end. Either way, we fight. But as months turned into a year, we saw more and more calls from the right to "move on" and focus on 2022. This was a disastrous choice that far too many made. It was obviously disastrous to many of us who realized that a stolen election that goes unpunished and unresolved will lead to more stolen elections. That's exactly what happened in 2022. Throughout it all, I never thought the economic collapse was around the corner. Today, I do. I am new to the whole "prepping" thing, but I've done extensive research over the past few months in anticipation of where we're at today. By no means am I an expert nor am I an economist, but I see gas and food prices rising rapidly and that's enough to chap my khakis. You see it as well. You've probably taken some steps to get ready, but if you're like most Americans you're not really ready at all. In this episode of The Midnight Sentinel, I explained why I'm turning at least some of my attention towards helping people prepare for what's to come. As always, the biggest concern is being spiritually prepared. All the survival food and ammunition in the world is worthless if you do not have faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Beyond that, the physical needs are great in a near-future America in which stores and retailers like Amazon are no longer stocked with items necessary for survival. While most preppers recommend starting with 72-hour bugout bags, the various potential crises we face are more suited for bugging in. This is why I prioritize short-term food and water storage. To do this, we must separate ourselves as best we can from the things that either keep us beholden to and dependent on the powers-that-be, or the things that may force us into subjugation in the future. They will come for those who resist. They already are. Fighting is not for everyone, but defending oneself and one's family should be a priority second only to the service of God. Either way, it's best to be prepared to detach as best we can from societal constraints and requirements. I will get into that later. Whoever we might think it is at any given moment is almost certainly working on behalf of someone or something else. There's an important thing to consider before we get to the list, and that's to know the difference between the high-level puppets and the actual puppet masters. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are definitely puppets. Missing from the list below are two prominent people and one prominent organization that are puppet masters in their own right, but who are not really at the top of the evil hierarchy even if many believe they are. Bill and Hillary Clinton may be elites in the Democrat Party, but they are not top-tier globalists. They are pawns, middle managers really, who answer to higher players. The United Nations is also conspicuously missing from the list because they tend to be far too feckless to possibly be at or even near the top of the food chain. Moreover, there is far less control over who gets to participate at the U.N. than in organizations such as the World Economic Forum in which completely control is centralized. By no means is this list complete. There are players I've never even heard of who may be more powerful than any of the people or groups below. There are probably players who we all have heard of who may be separated publicly but fully engaged privately. Elon Musk's name was thrown out in one of the questions I was asked on the show. He's said things that make us wonder about his motivations even as he's said other things that make him seem like a "good guy." So, who is at least partially calling the shots? All I know for sure is that there are either a whole lot of coincidences surrounding the jabs and 5G or there's a connection. Logically, it makes sense. Putting out a control and depopulation tool would not be effective if its activation couldn't be controlled. If even more people started showing signs of major medical challenges or even death at the early stage of rollout, they would not be able to inject as many. Plus, it allows for better targeting. If they just wanted to kill off everyone, they would have unleashed a far more dangerous disease than Covid. It was the tester, the trial run, and the factor necessary to get as many men, women, and children on earth jabbed. Unfortunately, General McInerney had even worse news for us on this episode. He is hearing a lot more about the potential for the next bioweapon coming from a Wuhan wet market near you to be a hemorrhagic fever. The death rate on such diseases is exponentially higher than with Covid-19. If it can be spread through aerosols like Covid, we could be in for far worse than Pandemic Panic Theater and 5G. The war against humanity is being waged all around us. We have precious few people standing up to share the truth. Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney is one of them.

There are two extremely important ideas America First patriots must keep in mind going forward when it comes to globalism spreading across the world. First, the vast majority of major problems we're facing are not coincidences or the results of incompetent decision-making by leaders. These decisions are intentional and they're working just as they're supposed to work. Second, the globalists' plans for The Great Reset are currently on track to succeed. Far too often I read articles or hear show hosts talking about major wins by those fighting the globalist elites. They're usually minor victories at best, Pyrrhic victories at worst. A lot of times these "victories" are actually losses in disguise. I completely understand the need for many conservative pundits to operate in this manner. We need to stay positive when faced against such pure evil so people don't lose hope. Unfortunately, I believe the biggest reason some show hosts in particular continuous pump out content about how "the globalists are on the run" or "it's all falling apart for leftists" or some other variation of headlines that claim America First patriots are on the verge of massive victories is because it sells. Today's episode of The JD Rucker Show will not "sell" very well because I refuse to peddle falsehoods. The reality is that we're in the fight of our lives on the political, cultural, economic, and religious fronts. Never has any living American faced this type of adversity coming from multiple fronts. That's not to say we haven't faced individual challenges that are more daunting; anyone who has been on a battlefield or fought for their life knows that dealing with power outages or inflation pales by comparison.
