It is time for a video that will give the homebrewing public an insight into the worlds largest drink trade event, the BrauBeviale which was held in Nuremberg in Germany this year in the middle of November. This event is very beer focussed and I am sure many will find this interesting. I have ensured that the focus is from a homebrewers perspective of course.
Here I bring a general insight into what can be seen at the event along with news from some companies at the event including Fermentis.

Tormordgarden Kveik Guide
This is the second part in my new series that looks at specific types of kveik that are highly recommended.
This one was known as "Saure" kveik until about 18 months ago and is now known as "Tormodgarden". This is a very special kveik for various reasons which are explained in this video.
I worked with the kveik owner to gain its history and lots of other inside information about this very old, special and versatile mix of yeast strains.
Included in this video is information from the kveik registry but also much more information that I feel gives people everything they need for full assessment before, during and after use.
I also give information on how you can obtain this kveik directly from the source.

Oxidisation In Homebrew Beer Easy Guide
It is a point of fact that many homebrewers are oxidising their beers without realising it because they drink them before the full onset of staleness takes hold.
Much better tasting beers can be enjoyed from the start by using techniques that either reduce or fully remove oxygen.
This video looks at this effect and presents solutions for all, which I hope prove useful for the community.

Voss Sigmund Gjernes Kveik Guide
It is time to start a new series of videos where I will recommend different types of kveik yeast.
This first video is all about the kveik yeast I recommend the most - Voss Gjernes kveik.
I go into its history, the farm version and a selection of common commercial isolate versions giving key information to help the viewer on their kveik journey. Whilst it is great to see so many people using this yeast now there is still much misunderstand and misinformation out there and I hope this new series of videos will help people get the best results.

Homebrewing Beer On A Budget
Very few of us are rich, so it was about time to address this issue around budget options.
This guide is aimed at experienced and new homebrewers.
This video does not go into detail about anything, it covers a lot of topics quickly giving key information about each.
It looks at all aspects of brewing that cost money from equipment to ingredients. I really wanted this to include some short basic information about brewing and fermentation also to hopefully encourage more people to brew at the same time. Even if you are already brewing you might find some of those short parts interesting also.
Brewing does not have to be expensive and I hope this video goes so way to open this up to people of all levels.
