Brewing Bad Part 3 Common Mistakes Made By Homebrewers
This is part 3 of my popular new series of videos that look at common mistakes made by home brewers all the way through the process from grain to glass.
This one looks at topics around water, yeast and the pronunciation of certain brewing terms.
As a huge fan of the TV series Breaking Bad, I have given this one a tribute name and image.
You will find a lot of information presented within this third part and future parts covering a variety of different topics which I hope act as a checklist that is both helpful and reassuring.
As usual, thank you for all your kind support and enthusiasm for my channel.

Grainfather G70 Second Brew Experience Firmware Update 2 5
It is time to share my second brew experience with the Grainfather G70.
This second brew was made using the recently released firmware update 2.5.
This update has certainly changed things, with both good and bad news to report that is backed up in full with video.
Instead of using the GF app this time I decided to brew manually to experience the changes to the controller itself with its PID algorithm.
I also used the GF small batch pipework to see how well that worked for the system.
What I did not mention in the video is that once again I found that the GF water volumes were wrong and this batch was 2L approx less than the target volume.
