Never give up on your dreams!
You are meant to be a dreamer!
Another word for ‘dreamer’ is ‘visionary’ so if that feels better, replace the word ‘dream’ for ‘vision’.
All kids have dreams and what’s more, they totally believe in their dreams.
This is what makes their lives so magical.
So if your adult life lacks a bit of magic, become like that child you used to be.
Today I want to give you some critical insight on how I achieved some of my big dreams.
For instance my Trilogy.
I wrote three enormous books, each book is really the size of 2 books, so that means the Trilogy really contains the effort of 6 normal size books.

Have you ever had a brush with death, eg an accident or serious illness?
This can leave you wondering what happens to us after death.
It’s in our nature to try and make sense of all the things we don’t know.
But given that nobody has ever truly died and come back, no-one really knows for sure what happens after we pass over.
This means that all beliefs are equally valid.
So if your belief about the afterlife blocks your joy today, walk away from it.
Replace it with a belief that uplifts and inspires you.
Did you know that the fear of death is the number one fear that all people share.
Only humans know they are going to die, no other organisms are conscious of this concept.
This fear of death leaves us open to being programmed into victim mentality.
We can give our power away to outsiders (a guru, doctor, church minister, government) and stop looking inside, where the real answers and solutions are.
You begin to believe that things happen TO you, rather than FOR You.
The fear of death, and the ensuing mind programming, makes you forget that you came here as a being of light, with the creative power to build your own reality.
So our first programming simply came as a response to the fear of death.
Every other limiting program was built on that.
Therefore I find it so important to release the stress and overwhelm that people feel around the idea of their own death, so some of this negative programming drops away.

Three things that happen during trauma
There are some things that happen during a trauma that is not often talked about, but it’s important for you to know.
During a trauma, our mind tries to protect us by creating separation, and it has two choices.
1. The first one is separate from the event or the person that is harming us.
2. The second is separate from ourselves if it’s too difficult to separate from the person or event that is harming us, such as when we’re a child and we need to rely on a caregiver or when we’re an adult and we want to remain part of the group.
Then we separate from ourselves it is called fracturing or splitting off.
It happens when we stop our emotion midway and this becomes what I call a frozen emotion inside our neurology.
We separate from the part of ourselves that holds that emotion this leaves us afraid, inauthentic and unhappy.
3. During the split seconds that all this is going on, our mind adopts a new core belief about ourselves in response to this trauma.
It does this purely out of protection.
The mind’s job is to protect us and keep us alive at all cost.
Your mind might say: Oh Sh*t, that was not OK, I better make sure it doesn’t happen again.
In an attempt to stop it from happening again, the mind will create a core belief about ‘who we are’ in response to the chaos of the traumatic experience.
Our minds hate chaos, so it will create a ‘new order’ by forming a protective strategy/ a set of instructions for us to live by to avoid future trauma.

Why falling apart is just as important as keeping it together!
For many of us, the year 2022 has been a ‘grief year’!
Collectively, so much of what we thought we knew about ourselves, who we are, and what matters most to us, has been called into question.
We have had a little taste of what the caterpillar goes through before it becomes a butterfly.
It completely dissolves itself into a nutrient rich soup, from which it will begin to take a new form as a butterfly.
It’s as if our old world has been liquified and we aren’t quite on solid ground yet.
So many of us grieving the death of a loved one.
Others are grieving the loss of an old dream or their old life.
The dream that things were going to go back to normal.
In my experience this grief is sacred.
Grief is an old friend that appears at different stages of our journey, to help us clarify what is most important for us, and how we can best use our limited time here.
While we are in the company of grief, there is a fresh realisation of how tenuous, fragile and precious life.
Grief offers us a reminder to approach our lives in a more inspired and heartfelt way.

How to trust your body wisdom ...
Have you ever heard of body wisdom?
Some of my clients have never heard of body wisdom, so I want to share a little bit about this today and then do an experiential exercise with you.
First of all, I want you to realize that your body is a truth detector.
It resonates with authenticity and truth.
Your body has a sense of what is true and what isn’t.
Our monkey mind tends to trick and confuse us.
To get underneath the layers of stress and confusion created by the small mind, we first need to be willing to simply sense, feel and explore a bit.
We actually have 3 main portals that will take us deeper into our inner being.
These doors of awareness are:
*The mind (higher mind)
*The heart
*The lower belly or power center/womb space/hara
We can access this body wisdom through any of these doors.
*The higher mind will bring you a sense of clarity.
*The heart has the energy of deep love, gratitude, and appreciation.
*And the lower belly, the hara, offers you a sense of profound stability and is often the hardest one to reach and remain centred in.
So let’s start this body wisdom exercise.

Have you ever had to dig for water?
Pete and I did, back in our farm-steading days in the 1980’s.
We were living in the back of beyond, and the tap water was disgusting.
Pete started digging a well on the side of a hill after a highly reputable water diviner had pointed out the exact spot where we would find a spring of fresh water.
To cut a long story short, Peter dug one meter a day, and after 30 days, there was no sign of water.
We had to reluctantly close the dangerous 30-meter hole, because the school holidays were round the corner and we had 3 little kids at the time.
Thankfully, we were able to source water from a different spring eventually.
I was reminded of our early days, full of hard work and challenges, while watching YouTube of an older couple cleaning up a murky well on their property in Portugal.
They had moved from England to this derelict property, and were all excited about their adventure, just like Pete and I had been many lifetimes ago.
After cleaning out buckets of slop and mud, their well was finally fully excavated.
However, there was no water at the bottom.
The woman in the story was an avid gardener, and she went to bed hoping that there would be a miraculous stream of water at the bottom of the hole in the morning.
The man shook his head.
He had given up on finding water there.
Can you guess what happened next?

Rest, Relax and Receive
There are people who don’t believe in the principle of resting, relaxing and receiving.
I used to be one of those people.
Between age 13 and 43 I only had one gear, and that was top speed. Everything had to happen fast, so I could cram as much in the day as possible.
I had forgotten that I was a human being and turned into a human doing.
The only times that time stood still was when I sat down to breastfeed my babies.
Thankfully I had a lot of babies, six in all, and I loved the whole process of mothering, so I had a lot of breastfeeding-down-time between age 19 and 34, which probably prepared me for what was to come.
At age 43 I got hit by a truck.
My life came to a shocking standstill.
I had to completely let go of the reigns and surrender to the journey of recovering what was lost.
Everything relied on the principles of Rest, Relax so I could Receive Miracles.
I needed 3 big miracles.
The miracle of staying alive, and after that, regaining full use of my body.
The miracle of avoiding bankruptcy.
Pete had just quit his nursing career to join me fulltime in the clinic.
We had just taken out a second mortgage to buy and renovate the Purple House.
We had six children between age 12 and 24, who were in varying stages of dependency.
The miracle of my children being OK with or without a healthy fit mum.
At the time, I didn’t realize that REST, RELAX and RECEIVE is a principle for living.
For creating a wonderful, fulfilling life.
But I knew that if I resisted or struggled against this principle, I would die.
My principles had been RUSH, HUSTLE, WORK HARDER, OVERCOME the STRUGGLE, so I can ACHIEVE.
Admittedly, I had achieved a lot, but it had been done it by completely overextending myself.
RECEIVING wasn’t in my dictionary.
I am sure the Universe had been trying to tell me to slow down many times.

Childhood trauma doesn’t just fade away — it unfolds over a life span.
Childhood trauma and suppressed negative emotions affect your brain development, your immune and hormonal system and even the way your DNA is expressed, for the rest of your life, unless you get help from an expert.
I specialize in freeing my clients from abuse and sabotage patterns from their past and I take my work very serious.
Why is it important that you receive help?
If you have been exposed to childhood trauma in high doses, you have triple the lifetime risk of heart disease, lung cancer, and auto immune diseases and you can expect a shortened lifespan by 20 years.
I am not talking about trauma like failing a test once or being sent to your bedroom without dinner.
By childhood adversity I mean threats to the nervous system that are so pervasive or insidious, they get under the skin and change your physiology.
Things like neglect, abandonment, sexual, physical, or mental abuse, growing up with parents or caregivers who had substance dependence or mental illness, separation, or domestic violence or even been left alone as a baby ‘to cry it out’.
The Adverse Childhood Experiences Study done by Dr Vince Felitti asked 17500 adults about their history as a child and sheds light on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE)The ACE Study reveals a powerful relation between our emotional experiences as children and our adult emotional and physical health, and major causes of mortality in the United States.
Moreover, the time factors in the study make it clear that time does not heal some of the adverse experiences so commonly found in the childhoods of middle-aged, middle-class Americans.
You don’t “just get over” things.
And on MRI scans, there are measurable differences in the amygdala, the brain’s fear response center.
So there are real neurologic reasons why people posed to high doses of adversity are more likely to develop heart disease or cancer.
The reason for this is to do body stress response system that governs our fight or flight response.

The thing is that we are going to get triggered…It’s part and parcel of being human.

So the aim of the game isn’t to NOT react, and it’s NOT to be positive all the time,
The trick is to see how quickly you can find your way back to yourself.
Like going to the gym, we need to practice things (self-care things) that will condition our connection to our Inner Being, so we can return to a peaceful happy calm state easier and quicker as time goes on.

5 ways to live a life without fear !
Did you know that living in resistance to death creates resistance to life?
Curiosity about death brings about curiosity for life.
Millions of people have gone to the border and almost crossed over.
They have had a near-death experience and come back to share their experiences.
Listening to other people’s experiences around death help us to think much bigger than our day-to-day events.
Our brain and nervous system can only take in one billionth of reality, and all the other realities are lost to us and labeled as the Great Unknown.
The Great Unknown fills us with fear because our subconscious mind loves familiarity.
It’s helpful to remember that our human eyes can only see to some level.
Cats can see more than humans, and eagles can see even more for instance.
This means that our perception is very limited which creates denial in us that there are many other dimensions.
As soon as we drop off to sleep, we take off in our astral body (The Astral body houses the soul) and we have many adventures and experiences while we sleep.
At the point of death, the Real Self leaves the body and moves into the invisible realms.
Did you know that we do the same thing every night?
So every night we experience a mini death, and every morning we are reborn.
Remembering that we continue to exist, even though we astral travel every night and forget our adventures on waking, helps us to feel less fearful of our own death.
Another way of explaining our existence and mortality is the fact that everything is energy.
We are 99.9999% energy and only 0.0001% physical matter.
Yet we live our lives enslaved to this 0.0001%.
We all know that a slave doesn’t enjoy much freedom.
So, how can we liberate ourselves and reduce the fear of death, or the fear of the unknown?

What's holding you back ?
“I do everything right, and I don’t understand why I am struggling so much!”
‘What’s wrong with me?’
Do you ever find yourself trying to figure out why things don’t seem to go your way?
You try so hard, yet you are still stuck.
What holds us back are the limiting beliefs hiding below the surface of our subconscious mind.
Another name for these is ‘counter beliefs’, because they run counter to our desired outcome.
We inherited these from our ancestors, parents, peer groups, and the education system.
A big one is that you need to work harder, fit more into your day, and be more productive if you want to increase your income.
This isn’t always true!
I sometimes tell my clients to STOP.
They will never step into the flow of money if they don’t slow down.
When you slow down, your vibrational energy changes, and you get different results.
It takes courage to pull on the handbrake when you are a doer, an achiever, a busy beaver.
But everything in the universe is created from a point of stillness.

Could your inner critic be hindering your success ?
We all have unwanted parts of ourselves that hinder our progress in life.
These parts were created during traumatic events in our childhood, and caused our consciousness to split.
They can run amok and sabotage our best intentions.
The best way to work with them is one by one.
In this session I am going to help you identify one part and help you turn it from enemy into ally.
Here is the process.
Simply place your hands together and repeat mentally: “I choose with my free will to become the part of me that is most self-hating right now.”
Letting it take over, feel the subtle or not so subtle changes in how you think and feel inside your body.
Have a pen or pencil ready and use the opposite hand you normally write with for this exercise.

Energy Medicine
I believe the future of medicine is Energy Medicine.
It makes sense when you think about it, because we are 99.9999% energy and only 0.0001% matter.
Why doesn’t everyone use energy medicine to heal their bodies and their problems, when energy is the motivating force that creates and drive everything?
Is it because we can’t see energy?
Some of us can see energy, others can feel it, and every single human is born with all their senses right open, including a sixth sense.
However, by the time kids are 7 or 8, their extrasensory perception talents have gone to sleep.
But that doesn’t mean this ability has gone away.
It takes skill to perceive the energy world and to create change in our physical world and everyone can learn this skill.

There is part of your brain that is very gullible, prone to follow the herd, with a low IQ, and it reacts childlike sometimes as if it has no ability to consider the long-term consequences of its actions.
Even Einstein had a brain like that.
It is called the limbic system, and this part of your brain becomes alive when you are in fear.
It is the part of your brain that is totally geared towards survival.
It isn’t interested in you stepping up, shining your light, elevating yourself, or going after your soul purpose.
To your limbic brain, which is situated behind your ears, all those things spell DANGER, and it will send out stress hormones, that cause the blood to flow to the survival brain, and now you say and do things that don’t come from your ‘right mind!”
You wonder what possessed you later on when you have time to reflect.

Worry never feels good !
Worry never feels good.
Preparing for the worst is a coping mechanism that most of us were taught as children.
I was raised by a mum who believed life is a tragedy waiting to happen.
It became a self-fulfilling prophecy for her.
It was a survival mechanism that she developed during WW2 as well as being badly deformed with a hunchback.
My dad was a man of faith.
His faith was bigger than his fear, and he lived heartily until he was 91.
Much as I want to be different from my mum, I am afraid I inherited her worry genes.

There is no greater love than shared love!
There is no greater love than shared love!
On the other side of the spectrum, we have division, loneliness, and conflict, caused by the ‘divide and conquer” tactics of the world we grew up in.
Divide and conquer also exist inside of our bodies.
Our immune system, our confidence, and self-worth is deeply affected by fragmentation.
Today, I want to give you a crash course on ‘parts’, ‘splits’, or fragmentation.
Stick with me, because the meditation at the end will make you feel a lot better.
When I introduce myself, I say: ‘Hi, I am Grada’.
This creates the impression that I am one single personality, but this is actually not the truth.
The reality is that none of us are one singular stream of consciousness.
It is true that we all have one body, one soul, and one spirit.
But within that one body, we have multiple selves, a bit like Siamese twins.
They share one body, but each one has its own identity, with its own tastes, likes, and dislikes, need, desires, talents, gifts, and weaknesses.
Every person I have met in my life has multiple personalities.
If you don’t believe me, think about the many times you have behaved differently at home with your parents, to when you hang out with friends in the pub.
