I was surprised that I can make french toast without milk or whole eggs, and it can taste amazing by using only egg whites. This is a great high protein breakfast option. If you love french toast, you can eat this one every single day. With 73 calories per slice, it will be a great low calorie and filling breakfast option.

This is a healthy and low calorie version of tikka masala that taste great! you won't miss the butter and fat when you try this healthy version. This low calorie meal is also pretty high in protein. This More Apples than Dough cake recipe fits well in my low calorie desserts theme. This dessert is low calorie and absolutely delicious. It is also easy to make and you probably have all ingredients in your kitchen at all times. Desserts like this one can be eaten even every day since this apple cake recipe has only 153 calories per serving!
Ingredients:
2 large Eggs
80 g (2 and ¾ oz) All purpose flour
2 tbs melted butter
25 g (1 oz) sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Juice and zest from ½ lemon
4 oz (100 g) milk 2%
23 oz of apples or more
Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes

Tzatziki sauce is one of the best sauce or side dishes you can use. It is a healthy and low calorie sauce that goes great with grilled meats or just a dip. I only use greek yogurt for this recipe. Some recipes call for sour cream and olive oil but you don't really need to to make a great tzatziki sauce.

High Protein French Toast that I Eat Every Day | High Protein Breakfast
This breakfast: low calorie high protein french toast recipe is made with egg white instead of heavy and calorie dense eggs and milk. Best thing - it tastes exactly the same! And I do not even use butter to pan fry it. This a good healthy option for a french toast - a low calorie and high protein breakfast. Egg white soaks in to the challah bread perfectly. I highly recommend using it. Another great option for the bread is a low calorie toast bread. I found many with 30 to 50 calories per slice. Toast bread with 40 calories per slice will bring the calorie count to 285!
I have to give credit where credit is due: this recipe was inspired by Greg Doucette's recipe for anabolic french toast. Check out his channel, tons of great things (if you can handle that crazy screaming voice lol)
Ingredients
8 oz challah bread about 6 slices
1 container egg whites 16 oz (454g)
1 tsp cinnamon optional
1 tsp vanilla extract optional
1 tbs monkfruit sweetener (or any other) if you don't like sweeteners - use sugar
FOR CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE
- 1 tbs PB2 - powdered peanut butter. It is much lower in calories and high in protein. I used just one tablespoon
- one teaspoon Cocoa Powder
- Vanilla Carmel flavored syrup - the kind you would use for a frappucino. You can use any flavor you like or not use it at all. I added one tablespoon
- No sugar added pancake syrup - two tablespoons
I added also a splash of vanilla extract - one tsp
All about 50 calories and 4 g protein
STRAWBERRY SAUCE
280 g of frozen strawberries
2 tbs monkfruit sweetener

2 big servings per recipe
Calories per Serving: 445
Total fat: 8 g
Total Carbohydrates: 60 g
Protein: 25 g
