This low calorie high in protein dessert will change how you look at diet foods. No baking and very easy process. No bake cheesecake that is low in calories and tastes great!
INGREDIENTS:
- 16 oz / 2 cups Farmers cheese (reduced fat) no salt added (450g)– 160 calories per 4 oz
- 6 oz / ¾ cup Greek yogurt 5% (170g)
- 2 oz / ¼ cup almond milk (56g)– you can use regular milk; I like almond milk cuz it is lower in calories, and I won’t notice the difference in taste
- 2 – 4 ounces / ¼ - ½ cup of sweetener (56g-112g)– I am using monkfruit (link below). Adjust to your preferred sweetness.
- 1 small package of sugar free peach jello (0.3 oz/8.5g)
- 1 tbs gelatin

This is a recipe for healthy blueberry oat muffins that do not require any sugar, oil or flour. These can be a good breakfast option if you are in a rush, or a healthy snack if you feel like eating something sweet. These blueberry muffins are a great low calorie dessert.
