Jupiter and Neptune both have unique sound frequencies that are caused by seismic activity, or the movement of material beneath the surfaces of their thick atmospheres. The sound frequencies travel through their atmospheres and can be picked up by radio antennas on Earth.

Next, bring your attention to your heart center. With each inhale, imagine light and love filling your heart space. With each exhale, imagine any pain or hurt leaving your heart space. Allow yourself to feel the healing energy of your breath and the Venus Gong. As you continue your breathwork, know that you are connecting with your inner strength, compassion, and self-love.
