Divine Resonance: Healing with Feminine with Venus Gong
The gong is an ancient instrument of healing and transformation. The Venus Gong is a special gong that is attuned to the energy of the planet Venus. It is used to heal the Divine Feminine within us. In this 30-Day Gong Challenge, we will be using the Venus Gong to heal the Divine Feminine within us. We will be working with the energy of Venus to bring healing, harmony, and resilience into our lives. On Day 7 of the challenge, we will be focusing on the breath. We will be using the breath to cleanse and purify our bodies, minds, and spirits. We will also be using the breath to connect with our strength, compassion, and self-compassion. Meditation
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position, either on the floor or on a chair. As you settle in, bring your attention to your breath. Take a slow and steady inhale through your nose, filling your belly with air. Hold for a moment at the top of your breath, and then release with a long exhale through your mouth. Repeat this breath for several rounds, noticing any sensations in your body with each inhale and exhale. Now, visualize a bright light flowing in through the crown of your head on the inhale, and filling your entire body with healing energy. As you exhale, imagine any tension, stress, or negative energy leaving your body and dissipating into the atmosphere. Continue with this visualization for several more breaths. Next, bring your attention to your heart center. With each inhale, imagine light and love filling your heart space. With each exhale, imagine any pain or hurt leaving your heart space. Allow yourself to feel the healing energy of your breath and the Venus Gong. As you continue your breathwork, know that you are connecting with your inner strength, compassion, and self-love. You are cultivating resilience and opening yourself up to transformation and healing. When you are ready, slowly release your breath and take a moment to sit in stillness. Remember that you can return to this practice whenever you need to connect with your inner power and find peace within.
