random, getting ready to film/cook

1 rotisserie chicken 3 quarts chicken stock 1 stick butter 3 cans biscuits (not the flaky) enough flour to roll dumplings in remove skin and debone chicken, set to side, add 3 quarts chicken stock to a large pot, bring to a boil and reduce heat, open cans of biscuits and tear biscuits into whatever size pieces you want, roll them in flour, and add to pot, add chicken to pot, stir carefully as to not destroy dumplings, when dumplings are done the soup is done. if you want more liquid, add 1 to 2 cups water or stock. from time to time I look through my cabinets and fridge to see what needs to be used up, and see what I can make out of it.. this is the result! I'm not Italian, nor is this "authentic"... this is thrown together. 1 sweet yellow onion diced 2 carrots diced 3 celery stalks diced 2 large cloves garlic, mashed 2 quarts chicken stock 1 cup cooked spinach(half a can) 1 lb Italian meatballs any tiny pasta, abt 3/4 cup Sautee onion, carrots, celery, and garlic for abt 5mn on low heat, then add 2 quarts chicken stock, bring to a boil then simmer. make meatballs out of Italian sausage and brown them, set meatballs to the side. add pasta to pot, cook until done, add spinach, add meatballs, let cook another 5 to 10 minutes, enjoy. 1 Speghetti squash 1 28oz can whole peeled or diced tomatoes 1 10 oz can rotel tomatoes 1 6 oz can tomatoe paste 2 tsp oregano 2 tsp marjoram 1/2 cup white wine 1 tbs olive oil 2 medium sweet yellow onion 4 smashed or minced cloves garlic 1 lb Italian sausage SAUCE Sautee garlic and onion in 1 tbs olive oil, add 1 28oz can diced or whole peeled tomatoes, 1 10oz can rotel tomatoes, and 1 6 oz can of tomatoe paste, add 2 tsp oregano and 2 tsp marjoram, cook abt 20mn on liw heat, add 1/2 cup white wine, cook another 5 mn, add cooked sausage, cover. SPEGHETTI cut 1 Speghetti squash in half, brush with olive oil, place face down on tray, cook for abt 45mn at 350deg.

BREAD 1/2 cup warm water 4.5 cups flour 1tsp salt 1 egg beaten 1 cup warm milk FILLING 1.5 lb shredded mozzarella 1/2 lb feta abt 1/4 to 1/2 cup water TOPPING abt 2 sticks butter 4 eggs preheat over to 450 deg, cook 12 to 15mn, until browning, take out, butter bread, place remaining butter in bread, make a divit for egg, add 1 egg, cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes. enjoy.
