Easy Chicken and Dumplings

1 rotisserie chicken
3 quarts chicken stock
1 stick butter
3 cans biscuits (not the flaky)
enough flour to roll dumplings in

remove skin and debone chicken, set to side, add 3 quarts chicken stock to a large pot, bring to a boil and reduce heat, open cans of biscuits and tear biscuits into whatever size pieces you want, roll them in flour, and add to pot, add chicken to pot, stir carefully as to not destroy dumplings, when dumplings are done the soup is done. if you want more liquid, add 1 to 2 cups water or stock. Enjoy!
