This meditation is designed to help you fall into a deep, restful sleep. It's ideal for anyone that struggles to switch off and uses a calming body scan to help relax mind and body. At bedtime, climb into bed, switch off the lights and get ready for a fantastic night's sleep!
There's a soft music in the background which gradually fades away and the screen gently fades to black too so that you can just carry on sleeping at the end. Get into bed, switch the lights off, snuggle under the covers and get ready for a blissful night's sleep.

Rise and shine! A good morning meditation to set your intentions for the day
Rise and shine sleepy head! It’s time to wake up and start the adventure of this new day. The beauty of morning meditation is that it sets the stage for the rest of the day, granting us the opportunity to harness the energy we wish to experience as we move into the world by setting powerful intentions.
When we first wake up, it can be common to immediately slip into thoughts of worry and dread about what the day holds for you. if we can break this cycle of negative thought patterns and change them for something that empowers us, the chances are our lives will unfold in a much more agreeable way.
In the morning we have the least resistance so it's a great time to practice a simple meditation like this one.

Binaural Beats Focus/Concentration Music For Study, Deep Sleep, Super Intelligence
This amazingly chill binaural beat music (brainwave music) can work well as music to focus or concentrate with as well as for simply relaxing or falling into a deep sleep.
Having this focus study music on in the background as you work helps you concentrate and achieve more with more efficacy. Anxiety and Fear - 20 Minute Guided Meditation - 396Hz Solfeggio Frequency
This guided meditation is to help reduce anxiety which can be quite a destructive emotion. Put simply, anxiety is characterized by feelings of fear, worry, or unease. These feelings can range from subtle to
strong, varying in the influence they have over our lives. It is a normal phenomenon that is linked to our stress response. However, for some people, it stands in the way of deep inner peace and contentment.
While we think of anxiety largely being within the mind, it has a profound effect on the physical body too. Some of the physical symptoms of anxiety include:
• Irritability and agitation
• Increased heart rate
• Chest pain and heart palpitations
• Feelings of panic and fear
• Upset stomach and digestive issues
• Sleep disturbance and insomnia
• Sweating
Mindfulness and meditation are beneficial tools for managing the experience of anxiety. As we shine a light on our experience through a mindful lens, we develop new perspectives and gain clearer insights.
Through mindfulness, we begin to put a distance between ourselves and our emotions. So, when challenging or negative thoughts do arise, we get better at witnessing them rather than attaching to them.
The background music uses the 396 Hz Solfeggio Frequency. This tone is one of the fundamental frequencies used in sound healing. This frequency has vibrations which release you from the feeling of guilt and fear. This solfeggio frequency is also used for awakening and turning grief into joy. 396 Hz frequency is associated with Root Chakra, our Primary Energy Centre and being used for balancing Root Chakra.
It's recommended you perform this meditation daily for at least 21 days to start training your mind and body to accept the process and to start seeing results. Be patient with yourself and trust the process.
No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply like back, and follow along.

Meditation for positive energy / positivity
Release negative energy and increase your positivity. In this meditation we use a simple visualisation of light to help us increase our positive energy. The soft background music uses the solfeggio miracle 417Hz tone which is known for its ability to raise your vibration and put you into a state of harmonic resonance where physical and emotional healing can take place.
It will help you let go of past hurts and events that had a negative impact on your life and well-being.
In a study from Harvard, it was confirmed that meditation not only reduces the activity of negative thoughts but also affects the volume of the brain in certain regions—for instance, reducing volume in the amygdala, the seat of anxiety, fear and emotion. And more recent work from the same team has found that increases in volume in other areas—those associated with mood and arousal—are linked with more subjective well-being in the participants. That is, they report feeling better and being happier after taking a meditation like this.
Findings suggest that open monitoring meditation training is beneficial for psychological and physical health. Mindfulness meditation also improves sleep, personality, health, and pain.

Research has shown that practising a gratitude meditation can bring almost-immediate benefits that lead to increased levels of well-being and happiness. Learn how to meditate in 10 minutes. I will take you through a brief introduction into the confusing and sometimes intimidating world of meditation. You'll find out how easy it is to get started and learn a simple technique that you can practice every day.
Meditation and mindfulness are on trend right now. Especially after the challenges we faced in 2020, this practice has become an integral part of the lives of many.
However, when searching for information online, it can be really daunting. It can seem like such a mystical practice, suited only to those of us who are evolved enough to understand it. You might find comments on message boards of experienced practitioners warning that it's dangerous and that you should only try this with the help of a guru, or they might spout a whole bunch of exotic names and confusing terms that just leave you thinking that it's not for you.
Meditation is for everyone. In its most basic form is the discovery of one’s self where we can learn how to quieten the mind and change how we react to things. It’s about understanding how our minds work and learning to become an observer of our thoughts rather than an actor playing a role in them. It’s a practice of being completely in the present moment and achieving a state of relaxed focus.
The biggest challenge with meditation will probably be consistency of practice, so identify a time in your day when you can set aside 5-10 minutes to do this. It’s a very small portion of your day, but the benefits of practicing this can literally be life-changing.

New Beginnings. New year. Meditation for a fresh start, to embrace change & welcome the new
New beginnings are not just for the new year, but can happen after any major life event or change or simply happens every morning at dawn. Sometimes they can feel quite shocking or jarring, in that the new, despite being good and welcome, is different and uncomfortable.
The new year does however offer time for introspection and reflection. It’s a great time to create new dreams, and set intentions for the future whilst waving goodbye to that which is done or no longer serves us. We’re on the threshold between the old and new and ready to begin.
No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply lie back, and follow along.
