The day is done and it's time to rest and let go of your day. This guided meditation will help you gently release and close the day. It will help you remember and find gratitude for all that you have before drifting off to sleep. Suitable for complete beginners.
No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply lie back, and follow along.
