Bedtime meditation to help you fall asleep

This meditation is designed to help you fall into a deep, restful sleep. It's ideal for anyone that struggles to switch off and uses a calming body scan to help relax mind and body. At bedtime, climb into bed, switch off the lights and get ready for a fantastic night's sleep!

There's a soft music in the background which gradually fades away and the screen gently fades to black too so that you can just carry on sleeping at the end. Get into bed, switch the lights off, snuggle under the covers and get ready for a blissful night's sleep.
