Episode 420: Ohio Leads US Into The Pit
Full description at blog post: https://bit.ly/3SB9sfc
This weeks elections, sets the tone as Ohio Leads US Into The Pit. The devil is not just in the details but also in the financing of destruction to parental rights. Not only were millions of dollars spent on Ohio elections but Ohio Issue 1 and Issue 2 were not about freedom, they are about making money, reducing population and tyrannical control over those who will not turn a blind eye to evil in general.
Here is a quick reference for you of over $4 billion that o'biden gave to the lgbtq+ promotion of moral decay.
In the References, I have a number of article and reports that discuss the billions of dollars that will be made by the high-priest of medical, political and child slave masters of all the religious sect ‘ism’.
And I told you so in previous programs: Ohio Just the Beginning of Pro-Abortion Activists’ Ballot Measure Crusade as well as repeating it in this program. It will be interesting to see what rabbit the Ohio legislature pulls out of the hat as noted in: Ohio Republican lawmakers promise abortion fight isn’t over.
The sad aspect of this is that people really did not do the research on these issues for themselves and voted based on media hype, emotionalism and lack of moral integrity. I would like you to apply my modernization of a 1784 quote from Sam Adams to Richard Henry Lee regarding the present debacle here in Ohio:

De Tocqueville’s Views Regarding the Principles of Christian Nationalism
In so many ways, ‘Democracy in America was clearly De Tocqueville’s views regarding the principles of America and he makes many references to what many are debating what is called Christian Nationalism. For me, there is no debate but only ignorance of our history and a corruption of theology.
Keep It Simple
Read De Tocqueville for yourself but to help you this week I will begin with this De Tocqueville quote from Book 1, Chapter 2:
‘It must not be imagined that the piety of the Puritans was of a merely speculative kind, or that it took no cognizance of the course of worldly affairs. Puritanism, as I have already remarked, was scarcely less a political than a religious doctrine. No sooner had the emigrants landed on the barren coast described by Nathaniel Morton than it was their first care to constitute a society, by passing the following Act:
“In the name of God. Amen. We, whose names are underwritten, the loyal subjects of our dread Sovereign Lord King James, etc., etc., Having undertaken for the glory of God, and advancement of the Christian Faith, and the honour of our King and country, a voyage to plant the first colony in the northern parts of Virginia; Do by these presents solemnly and mutually, in the presence of God and one another, covenant and combine ourselves together into a civil body politick, for our better ordering and preservation, and furtherance of the ends aforesaid: and by virtue hereof do enact, constitute and frame such just and equal laws, ordinances, acts, constitutions, and officers, from time to time, as shall be thought most meet and convenient for the general good of the Colony: unto which we promise all due submission and obedience,” etc.

Episode 416: Ohio Issue 1 and Hamas
Full description at: https://bit.ly/45x0ySN
I was privileged to have Mark Pukita on to discuss Issue 1. For those that don’t know Mark, you will have to listen or watch the program, but I will say that he was one of the outstanding candidates who ran for the Ohio Senate in the last cycle.
What is most critical in our conversation are the base facts which can be summarized in the destruction of parental rights, culture, and foundational morality through the obfuscation of this proposed amendment.
What Mark and others have found is that the citizens do not understand the language of this proposed amendment. In addition to connecting with Mark through ‘The Grassroots Freedom Initiative,’ I implore you to watch and listen to a great breakdown on this catastrophe of false rights. Watch a superb explanation here.
Mark makes a strong case as to how the organization that he is facilitating can take the challenge to defeat this Novembers Issue 1 to the electorate. This is one of the strongest strategies for building coalitions and success that I have heard in a long time.
I highly endorse and implore you to go to ‘The Grassroots Freedom Initiative.’ Join in on the effort. For those in other States, I suggest that you contact Mark through Grassroots Freedom Initiative to find out how national collaboration can make a difference for 2024.
Ohio Issue 1 and Hamas
I do intend to give you only the tip of the iceberg in calling out and making the correlation of the evil monied interests pushing Ohio Issue 1 and Hamas. Let me put this lingering question into your mind of the ‘you cannot unsee this’ category: What is the difference between ideologues that cut off the heads of babies and young children, and those ideologues that chop up babies and mutilate young children?
Ponder that for a while as I continue the quick points on Hamas attacking Israel.

Episode 418: In the Image Of?
Full Description at: https://bit.ly/3MhW9wk
As I began working on this topic of ‘In the Image of?’ I was again challenged with the hospitalization of a family member. So if the continuity of this program seems a little off, please bare with me. But then again, some of you may think my continuity is off often. That is humor, I think.
Not so breaking news: In the second segment I give a little more detail on the new Speaker of the House. I want you to think about Christian Nationalism and that that Mike Johnson is the quintessential Christian Nationalist.
A tad in the Second but mostly in Third segment is the tying together Rushdoony’s explanation of Magic in relationship to science, language, politics and tyranny.
Finally, In the Third Segment, bringing into focus Ohio Issue 1 and Hamas. Pointing you to the reality that one of the prime sponsors/promoters of Ohio Issue 1 is, according to UN documentation, an entity out to destroy the foundational meaning of ‘The Family.’ And I show why the language of the amendment does not mention ‘parent,’ ‘adult,’ ‘children,’ or ‘minor.’ Oh, see the sub-title Getting Long Winded in this post.
Seriously,
When I ask the question, ‘In the Image Of?’ I want you to consider that we are created in the image of the Biblical God but the rejection of this living God beginning with Adam and Eve has brought forth the distortion of ‘the imagery of language’. This distortion was interesting even in the considerations by the Anti-federalists when assessing the Constitution of 1787.
‘The evils of anarchy have been portrayed with all the imagery of language in the growing colors of eloquence; the affrighted mind is thence led to clasp the new Constitution as the instrument of deliverance, as the only avenue to safety and happiness. To avoid the possible and transitory evils of one extreme, it is seduced into the certain and permanent misery necessarily attendant on the other. A state of anarchy from its very nature can never be of long continuance; the greater its violence the shorter the duration. Order and security are immediately sought by the distracted people beneath the shelter of equal laws and the salutary restraints of regular government; and if this be not attainable, absolute power is assumed by the one, or a few, who shall be the most enterprising and successful. If anarchy, therefore, were the inevitable consequence of rejecting the new Constitution, it would be infinitely better to incur it, for even then there would be at least the chance of a good government rising out of licentiousness. But to rush at once into despotism because there is a bare possibility of anarchy ensuing from the rejection, or from what is yet more visionary, the small delay that would be occasioned by a revision and correction of the proposed system of government is so superlatively weak, so fatally blind, that it is astonishing any person of common understanding should suffer such an imposition to have the least influence on his judgment; still more astonishing that so flimsy and deceptive a doctrine should make converts among the enlightened freemen of America, who have so long enjoyed the blessings of liberty.’ from Anti Federalist No. 6, The Hobgoblins of Anarchy and Dissentions Among the States (Centinel essay no. XI), 16 January 1788, by Centinel
The influence of imagery has been noted here with ‘the growing colors of eloquence’ as well as the concept that the Constitution is ‘the instrument of deliverance’ then and even now. What is more important in this weeks program is that in assessing the question of humans determining ‘life and death,’ be it by abortion, distortion of the human anatomy or by Hamas, the eloquence of language and design an imagery to which individuals are shaped into.

Episode 431: Church and State Theological Polity Muddle
See the full description with references at the Samuel Adams Returns site.
How is the history of 1766, 1783 and 1976 tied to the ‘Church and State Theological Polity Muddle’ of our present day? To get the perspective I delve into the 1766 Sermon by Johnathan Mayhew, the 1783 Sermon by Ezra Stiles and a 1976 book from Francis Schaeffer.
This week I introduce us to the ‘Repeal of the Stamp Act’ as delivered by Rev. Jonathan Mayhew. We will only get into the very first part of the historic colonial view as Mayhew relates it. In this, I interject the same inferences of injustice, influencers of government decisions and the responses of the Colonists. I also mention the intersection of Ezra Stiles and Francis Schaeffer as part of a trifecta that sets the stage for our present dilemmas.

Madison – The Original Anti-Christian Nationalist – Interview with Gordon Dakota Arnold
On this program, be ready to have your idealisms of Madison crushed. My interview with author, Phd candidate and Assistant Professor of Politics, Gordon Dakota (Koty) Arnold will bring to light facts about Madison that set me afire.
If you really are interested in why secular politics is as it is in our present, then you must examine Madison the same way that Koty does. Not only did I learn from the article that Koty wrote (see reference #1) about Madison being more dangerous to religious liberty than Jefferson but I researched his research on my own. Koty is absolutely correct in his conclusions that Madison -
‘James Madison did not envision that America was or ever could be in any sense a Christian nation, but he instead believed that it was a fundamentally secular republic. He saw the nation as a composite of individuals of distinct religious traditions, and he believed, as a devoted student of John Locke, that the aims of the state were concerned only with the preservation of property rights. “Government is instituted to protect property of every sort,” Madison avowed, “as well that which lies in the various rights of individuals… This being the end of government, that alone is a just government, which impartially secures to every man, whatever is his own.” At best, Madison sees Christianity as a religion that perhaps provides a useful moral and ethical system for individuals to order their private lives around, but he does not believe that it provides any meaningful guidance about politics or society. If Madison is to be believed in his “Memorial” and his “Detached Memoranda,” God does not concern himself with the actions of political communities because, if He exists at all, He is only interested in the individual’s inner spiritual life…’
But before I continue down the path of Madison’s intent to destroy Christian involvement in all spheres of public life, let me share this from Madison’s professor at Princeton, Rev. John Witherspoon:
‘There is not a greater evidence either of the reality or the power of religion, than a firm belief of God’s universal presence, and a constant attention to the influence and operation of his providence. It is by this means that the Christian may be said, in the emphatical scripture language, “to walk with God, and to endure as seeing him who is invisible.”’ - 1776 Sermon, Dominion of Providence over the Passions of Men
And when you get to the last segment of the program, Koty and I finalize that Madison was intent on the secularization of politics and education. With that, he want what we have in our present regarding the condition of Christianity -
‘...Madison preferred that the church be characterized by disarray, discord, and faction. Only then would Christianity fail to mobilize itself as a political force, and only then would the natural rights of individuals be safe from a majority faction...’
In my words, Madison was against any form of Christian Nationalism.
Was Madison the ‘Father of the Constitution?’

Episode 424: A Sermon And Of Declared Charges
Full blog post at: https://bit.ly/3RyPFfz
Considering all the mess created by politicians and bureaucrats it’s time to hear the ‘Sermon And Of Declared Charges’ from the founding era. The sermon is ‘The Election Sermon of May 26, 1773. This sermon is even more pertinent now than when it was preached to Governor Hutchinson, the Council and the House of Representatives. You will understand more as I bring you excerpts and explanations from the Founders.
Consider this quote being directed to the ministers of the Founding era:
‘...for religious liberty is so blended with civil, that if one falls it is not to be expected that the other will continue.’
Just as it is now, remember that the early 1770’s were some of the most tumultuous times that had brought forth the ‘Declared Charges,’ which eventually were brought forth in 1776. I intend to show that the majority of those charges are the same as we are experiencing in our present age.
The Sermon
Reverend Turner not only has much to say to the political leaders and bureaucrats of 1773 but also to the general citizenry as well as specifically to ministers and church leaders. In this sermon, he very directly addresses the rights of the Citizens to act according to good conscience as well as resist tyranny. He tells the ministers that they are responsible to bring the Gospel truth to governance. He clearly charges the pulpits and christians to apply every aspect of Biblical principles into every aspect of government under the sovereignty of Christ.
I would have to conclude from this sermon that Rev. Turner is a foreshadow of a Christian Nationalist. He calls on the elected to put down moral degenerates, ensure the liberty of the Gospel and govern as servants of Almighty God. Otherwise, be under judgement, even as we are in this present age.
Consider this from the middle of the sermon, beginning with:
‘The people ought to have the end of government, the public good, at heart, as well as the magistrate; and therefore, to yield all loyal subjection to well regulated government, in opposition to every thing of a factious nature and complexion: and, for the same reason, it is not only their privilege, but it is also their duty, properly to assert their freedom, and take all rational and necessary methods for the public security and happiness, when constitutional boundaries are broken over, and so their rights are invaded. This affirmation supposes, the People have a right to judge of the conduct of government, and its tendency; and this again supposes them capable of judging in things of such a nature.’ Read the rest at: https://bit.ly/3RyPFfz

Episode 322: Blue State Constitutions And More
Full blog post with references: https://bit.ly/3lJlW3y
Blue State Constitutions
Blue State Constitutions? Really? Blue States have Constitutions?
I know that it is hard to believe that States line California and New York actually have ‘State Constitutions.’ One would think that they are just extensions of the federal government bureaucracies and the D.C. Swamp. Well, in a Hamiltonian way they have become that consolidated, assimilated region of the Federal Government.
Believe it or not, the State Constitutions of California and New York have a Bill of Rights as their ‘first’ article. This is significant. Not only that, but the number of sections in theses constitutions is telling about what the Citizens of those states can claim.
Californians have the capacity to reform their state on the basis of Article I. New York not so much. I discuss this in the first segment.
Corporatism Corrupts State Constitutions:
My focus for this weeks program is only on two of the Blue States, it is clear by all the policies that California and New York have done away with any Article I, their Bill of Rights, Citizen authority from their State Constitutions. The only thing remaining operational in those ‘covenants’ with the people are the processes of government. But that is another discussion for another day.
What is clear by the definitions from Last Weeks Program ( https://bit.ly/3lmjcJh ), is that local, national and global corporatism is the mechanisms of governing in these two Blue States.
The challenge to all in those state is to read, learn and act according to their Article I: Bill of Rights from their State Constitution.

Episode 398: Political Psychology of Rulers Vs. The People
Read full description and references at: https://bit.ly/3neAATZ
Political psychology of rulers vs the people has been and is the war of centuries not only from colonial American times but since before Noah. At first I was going to say it is more prevalent in our present day but then I had to consider Genesis 6:5-12. Verse 5 sets the scene not only of mans early history but of our present, ‘And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.’
Tucker Carlson Note: not to distract – but:
This week, political psychology is in persist with high effect considering the Tucker Carlson fiasco. I have spoken of the collusion of corporatism on other programs. ‘A former US Army psychological warfare officer says that Tucker Carlson was fired by Fox News because of the regime’s agenda to maintain an “uninformed semi lobotomized quasi retarded population.”’ - and by removing a voice of reason, the political rulering oligarchs affect elections and legislation: Inside Story of Fox News Purge.
These nefarious activities are nothing new, here we are continuing to experience what Jonathan Edwards wrote with my opening modernization in bold italics,
‘MR. WILLIAMS (the colluding of government and corporatism) endeavors to support his own opinion, and to confute the book he pretends to answer, by the following methods.
1. By frequently misrepresenting what I say, and then disputing or exclaiming against what he wrongfully charges as mine.
2. By misrepresenting what others say in their writings, whose opinions he pretends to espouse.
3. By seeming to oppose and confute arguments, and yet only saying things which have no reference at all to them, but relate entirely to other matters, that are altogether foreign to the argument in hand.
4. By advancing new and extraordinary notions; which are both manifestly contrary to truths and also contrary to the common apprehensions of the Christian church in all ages.
5. By making use of peremptory and confident assertions, instead of arguments.
6. By using great exclamation, in the room of arguing; as though he would amuse and alarm his readers, and excite terror in them, instead of rational conviction.
7. By wholly overlooking arguments, and not answering at all; pretending, that there is no argument, nothing to answer when the case is manifestly far otherwise.
8 By frequently turning off an argument with this reflection, that it is begging the question; when there is not the least shew or pretext for it.
9. By very frequently begging the question himself, or doing that which is equivalent,
10. By often alleging and insisting on things in which he is inconsistent with himself.’
See Reference #9 for the full explanation of Edwards comments but, understand that all that is before us now is not new. And to prove what Tucker says in his recent Twitter comments, ‘Who will remember it five years from now.’ As proven here, that the works of Edwards have almost completely been forgotten except in Reformed Christian settings.
Continue from the beginning:
Political psychology of rulers vs the people, with the ‘imagination of the thoughts of his (mankind's) heart was only evil continually,’ I was compelled to further delve into political psychology through evaluating mankind’s present nature visa via a look at the shifting of language and thinking, even in the relationship of political rulers verses the people.
First and foremost we need to understand the major shift in the definition, the meaning, of psychology. I can speak to this topic because I do have a degree and background in behavioral science as well as studies in the Biblical understanding of humanity. With that established, Websters 1828 dictionary defines psychology as:
PSYCHOL'OGY, noun [Gr. soul, and discourse.] A discourse or treatise on the human soul; or the doctrine of the nature and properties of the soul.
Now we have to define the human soul. Again from Websters 1828 dictionary:
SOUL, noun
1. The spiritual, rational and immortal substance in man, which distinguishes him from brutes; that part of man which enables him to think and reason, and which renders him a subject of moral government. The immortality of the soul is a fundamental article of the christian system. Such is the nature of the human soul that it must have a God, an object of supreme affection.
Let me contrast the Foundational definition of psychology with its modern understanding from the New Oxford American Dictionary:

Republicanism Not Republicans
Full Description and Blog post at: https://samueladamsreturns.net/episode-314-republicanism-not-republicans/
Republicanism is not the same as or even truly represented by Republicans. Based on what has and is occurring in the Republican Party, especially in Ohio and several other swing states, the truth, fact and understanding of republicanism is nonexistent.
The Constitution of these United States is for a republic operating within the context of republicanism. Although the ‘rule of law’ is a key component of republicanism it has been sadly ‘perverted’ as Bastiat observed in the opening in his treatise, ‘The Law’:
‘The law perverted! The law—and, in its wake, all the collective forces of the nation—the law, I say, not only diverted from its proper direction, but made to pursue one entirely contrary! The law become the tool of every kind of avarice, instead of being its check! The law guilty of that very iniquity which it was its mission to punish! Truly, this is a serious fact, if it exists, and one to which I feel bound to call the attention of my fellow citizens.’
Therefore, we see the left, the American Marxists, take over the bureaucracies, political parties and even elected offices by using ‘The Law.’ Thereby perverting the republicanism of our founding.

Episode 390: Where Are the Men?
Read full description and references @: http://bit.ly/3FgPyij
I have been seeing a number of article, podcast and videos that all come down to the question, Where Are The Men?
For me, this is not a new question. I have seen the effemination(see the footnote) of men. This is caused by modern emasculation for the benefit of society. I say garbage to this castration of men by egalitarian2 statists. This neutering is the work of those who are at war against the Creator God. Oh, and don’t forget that the Church has failed men as well.
Where Are the Men – and the program
This week, I have Pastor Matt Trewhella join me to discuss a video that captured my attention last year: Where Are the Men? You can watch this five minute video which is embedded further down in the news letter. So what captured me about this particular video? It was the timing and the hard hitting content that raises the question of why are men vacant from the churches, marriages and public square? Then what struck me was that at the end of the video, we see young men who are vibrant, courageous and actively standing for God’s truth.
Now I have seen this discussion regarding men elsewhere, especially during the ChicomFlu insanity and the fight for the classroom. As Pastor Trewhella notates, men are the minority in the fight, vacant from most of the important battles.
What has been brewing for over 100 years is the statists, anti-Biblical view of God with existential humanism as their religion are the perpetrators of this emotional, cultural and spiritual eunuchization.

Episode 362: Terrible Things Are About to Happen - Pump the Breaks
See full description and references at: https://bit.ly/3QXDZj4
‘Terrible Thins Are Going to Happen’ is a quote from former President Trump in reference to the anger related to all that is happening in these United States and particularly around the invasion of his house.
Now, my opening statement could be an emotional trigger. So here is the full headline linked to the full article: Donald Trump Warns ‘Terrible Things Are Going to Happen’ Unless Political Temperature Cools; Blames FBI Raid ( https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2022/08/15/donald-trump-warns-terrible-things-are-going-happen-unless-political-temperature-cools-blames-fbi-raid/ )
What are the rumblings regarding ‘terrible things are going to happen?’ Will the citizens act as they did during the Boston Stamp Act response? To this question, in the first and third segments, I will bring the reactions of the 1765 Boston citizens to our present time as well as what were Sam Adams response and actions.
What was said was said before
Here is the reality of the reaction of Bostonians to the Stamp Act, There is Nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9). You have heard me quote that a lot over the years. With that in mind, what is newer is that we have been negligent in ensuring the principles of keeping a Republic are inculcated into each generation. The pulpits do not teach of ‘covenant in government’ nor covenant in general, with the exception of some reformation minded pastors and teachers.
We have allowed the ‘Administrative State/Bureaucracies’ to become the rulers, with legislatures abdicating responsibility to these entities. Worse, the legislators have abdicated to the courts as well. We are experiencing ‘terrible things’ by what those in the administrative state and courts take upon themselves to ‘rule’ over the citizenry. The fact is that the elected, the Lesser Magistrates, are not acting in accordance with their ‘Oath’ as responsible agents in the arena of out Political Covenant, being State and Federal Constitutions.
In the second segment I review excerpts of John Witter’s essay ‘Rights, Resistance, and Revolution in the Western Tradition: Early Protestant Foundations.’ It is time that we look back to the teaching of Theodore Beza and understand that Samuel Adams was known as ‘The Father of the Revolution’ because he clearly lived the principles of the Reformers like Beza.

Episode 425: Declared Charges From The Top - Tucker Tucked Away
Full blog post at: https://bit.ly/48kFKj4
Last week I began to incite you with the simple modern examples of Declared Charges from the Declaration of Independence. Yes, if you haven’t taken the time to read the full Declaration of 1776, you should. I gave you the link to the simple analysis of each charge here. If you take the time to look at the news with an honest ear, or open eye, you will see that we are reliving those days of 1765 through 1775.
Yet, there is a question that has to be asked, ‘How should we understand Constitutionalism in light of the fight for Liberty now and in relationship to the common grievances of the past again upon US in the present?
In regards to the first part of the question that I just asked, I am reintroducing a great commentator on law and the Constitution, St. George Tucker. His work on Blackstone is foundational for studying law as well as he is a strong proponent of true republicanism and federalism. I do highlight this more in the program.
For all who are attorneys or are striving to become one, Tucker has much to say to you though what he taught those entering the legal profession during the Founding era. To which, ‘Tucker assures fledgling lawyers that, as future framers of law, they must have a knowledge of the constitutions and history of their country, as well as of law itself, if liberty is to be preserved.1’

Episode 436: Speaker Johnson’s Failures Leading To Complete Economic Thralldom – Herding The CIN
Full description and references at: https://bit.ly/3vpfMNF
Last weeks program is missing since I had a lot of study to prepare for this weeks ‘Speaker Johnson’s Failures Leading To Complete Economic Thralldom – Herding The CIN.’ Johnson is Herding the CIN problem in the House of Representatives. More on CIN in ‘The Rest of The Story Section.’ The reality is that his failures have begun at the pulpit of every Congressional Member ‘identifying’ as Christian. According to the referenced #3 Pew Report, we have a great majority which have ‘identified’ as a Christian Congress. Does this mean we have Christian Nationalism?
I take the position of failure for Speaker Johnson in that the economic policies as well as the majority of legislation being brought forward for passage in the House, is not in alignment with his adult life efforts at the Alliance Defending Freedom, nor his time with the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention. He is not alone in these failures of policy and law. There are many particular failures stampeding the Citizenry into economic thralldom. These failures also extend to the numerous Protestants and few Catholics in Congress, who but for a few, ‘identify’ with a god/religion contrary to Foundational Christianity. Therefore, they act and vote according to the theology of that or those contrarian god(s). Along with these National Congressional Christians, don’t forget the multitudes of bureaucrats across all levels of governance who ‘identify’ as Christian but bow to another by doing the bidding of the god – the state.
Down the Rabbit Hole
Regarding the topics of Economic Thralldom, Economic Theology and Congress Members ‘identifying’ as Christian is a major rabbit hole, or I should say black hole, that I can easily run us all deeply down into. Additionally in the Reference section, there is a lot of information as to what real and meaningful legislation or resolutions Speaker Johnson sponsored – Well, not so meaningful, just typical for the Establishment feel good or tweaking law type stuff. Again, you can go to the references to see what he sponsored, co-sponsored and how he voted during his time in Congress.
All I can asses respecting Speaker Johnson and the 118th Congress is that we have and can expect ‘more of the same road apples in the parade with no shovels and buckets that followup on the droppings.’ Imagine that marching band, never breaking formation having to follow on.
The following quote is not out of place for this week. When you really have a complete understanding of the full content of this posting: That of Congress being Christian.
Sam Adams wrote:
This was the dire effect of their foolish adulation of their Governor, while they professed to observe a day set apart in honor to the King of kings. - Their thanksgiving began with prophaness & ended in idolatry; or rather it began & ended with both. There is no question but the priests were the vicegerents of the Governor, or his heralds to publish his impious proclamations to the people. But is it not strange that the people were so king-ridden and priest-ridden, especially in matters which concern'd their Religion, as to look upon the joint authority of their Governor and Clergy, sufficient to justify them in sinning against the authority of God himself: and in acting in open violation of his law, revealed to them from Heaven with signs and miracles at Mount Sinai, and register'd in their book of the law, as well as engrav'd on the tables of their hearts!

AZ Audit and Republican Travesty
On this program we discuss the AZ Audit and Republican Travesty with my friend Ted Farmer. Ted was involved early on in the AZ Audit. He shares his first hand experiences and opinion on what he participated in.
With Ted, I delve into the Republican Travesty. Yup, the problems in the republican party are systemic. We compare notes between the State of Arizona Republican Party and that in Ohio. I’m sure that you can compare your own state as well. Simply put, the Republican Travesty is that the central committees, especially at the state level, don’t care about Liberty.
In our conversation, Ted makes a huge revelation that exposes the key language of the RINO and establishment. Listen close in the 3rd segment for this revelation and see that it is true in your local Republican party as well as State and National.
In the AZ Audit, it is clear and we must understand that the hitches, hiccups and down right nastiness has come from the Republican elite, RINOS and Republican socialists as well as every other mix that is about party and power.... NOT Liberty.
A win for Citizens Rights!
Removing bureaucrats - especially socialists. In our County the Department of Health Director/Commissioner is appointed by the health board. The board is appointed by Township Trustees and representatives of cities and villages. Making this short, to which I will follow up with a program next week, is that the said Health Director constantly expressed his political ideology on his personal Facebook page and, in exercising his office he personally harassed the Amish community regarding health practices and specifically regarding the ChicomFlu and the jab...... I did this program with Ohio Businesses that were affected by the dictates of Governor DeWine. We went to the Planted Flag Brewing Company and interviewed the owner as well as a couple other business owners who are members of the Local Liberty Association.
I want to focus this program on what you can do to support Local Liberty minded businesses or if you are a Local Liberty Business then you should join this association.
First off, I want to thank Aaron and Karen Wirtz, the owners of Planted Flag Brewing for allowing us to do the program at their place of business. They are career Air Force Veterans who have put the stake in the ground to stand for liberty in their local community.
As we discuss Ohio Businesses, there is something that Aaron says that is the foundation to all that this program is about. As Aaron is describing the intrusions of government into small businesses he also defines why we have the Right to property, which is our businesses, that being ‘we are made in the image of God.’
Sadly the bureaucrats and politicians do not recognize what defines personal property in the way Aaron describes it....

January 6th - Not What History Proves

January 6th Not the Primary Insurrection
I wanted to comment on January 6th from a perspective that I have heard but a very, very few others say anything about. There is much to do in calling January 6th an ‘insurrection.’ Yet words have meanings and the word usage does not match what history tells us about the real attacks on the federal capital. Nor does the narrative of the day properly use the word ‘insurrection’ where it should be respecting the events of the last few years or the incitements of radical professors leading ‘insurrections’ on campuses and local communities.
The truth of all that is being yapped about concerning ‘insurrection’ is rooted in that first action when Lucifer made his play to take the throne room. (Isaiah 14:12 and 14) With that and the Fall of Adam and Eve, well, mankind are set to follow the example of Lucifer to see power and take it, hold it and use all methods to do both. The purpose of good Constitutional governance is to keep our natural human sinful natures in check. Sadly, the Christian Church/denominations in these United States allowed the 140 year insurrection here to come to the point we are with the political and bureaucratic imbedded insurrectionists actively accomplishing their intent. Oh, and please consider what I mentioned a couple of weeks ago about the ideological and mental make up of these folks as noted in Isaiah 66:4.

Episode 397: Law, Leaders and Lost Liberty
Read full Description at: https://bit.ly/3UTtu3M
Law, Leaders and Lost Liberty are inter-related to the dominating religion of every society. To that truth, I ask everyone, What religion and its god has authority over you?
We are seeing that the Constitutional mechanisms of law and law making is now dependent more on the entrenched state religion of humanism and all of its derivatives. Prime examples are the recent court cases such as ‘Judges scold teachers for challenging gender identity, antiracism policies’ and ‘Judge threatens parents with massive penalties for challenging school antiracism dogma.’ We also see the move in various states to fully remove memorials for the Ten Commandments in the name of religious tolerance. This has been the systemic national cultural, political and religious inculcation of evil by invitation as noted in the article of the same title by Ray DiLorenzo.
Ultimately, law reflects leaders who are manifesting the will of the national religious authority – your god or gods who guide your decisions over others. Yes, it is not only the elected but also the bureaucrats, business leaders, judges, attorneys; in effect, all who develop or enforce law, regulations and policies.
Law
‘One desire has been the ruling passion of my life. One high motive has acted like a spur upon my mind and soul. And sooner than that I should seek escape from the sacred necessity that is laid upon me, let the breath of life fail me. It is this: That in spite of all worldly opposition, God's holy ordinances shall be established again in the home, in the school and in the State for the good of the people; to carve as it were into the conscience of the nation the ordinances of the Lord, to which the Bible and Creation bear witness, until the nation pays homage again to God.’ Abraham Kuyper (l897)
I came upon a book that many have read decades ago but not me, which I want to quote from before giving you the author and title. And yes, this Newsletter is going to have a lot of quotes that we all must attend to or the nation cannot be healed; not through political efforts and the Constitution alone.
‘All thinking appeals to authority, and the question to ask of any man or of any philosophy or religion, is simply this: “What is its authority?’ To what does it appeal as the foundation, the basis, of its thinking?’

Episode 348: The Fifth Element Of Government
See full description at blog post: https://bit.ly/3NfJA2H
The Fifth Element of Government is corporations and corporatism that has ‘gone woke.’ The fundamental ethics in business have devolved to the point that major corporations are the executors of bureaucratic policy, often exclusive of actual law. We experienced this during the ChicomFlu debacle in the way that all levels of business bowed to the gods of the NIH and CDS so as to keep their federal contracts.
The worse offenders of The Fifth Element of Government is the medical industry. They currently are merged into the mystical transcendence of money and power in the minds of the corporate mega-stock holders and the super-social/cultural-investors.
To which, I speak to the manipulation of board rooms by these institutional investors that drive businesses to do the bidding of government, especially in the ideological realm.
From all this, the questions then must be asked: Where are Biblical Reformation business ethics? Who teaches such business principles and do they work?
As one real example commentary on Christians in Business looking at Biblical business ethics from R. C. Sproul’s ‘How should Christian values impact business ethics in the office?’ - Read full quote and all references at: https://bit.ly/3NfJA2H

Episode 419: Destroying Modern Democracy in America
Read the full description at: https://bit.ly/47iD2u8
We must become fully energize in destroying modern democracy in America. That is ‘democracy’ as it is used by those who manipulate the idea of the original intent in meaning. I am personally outraged and tired of anyone, including so called conservative and any Republican, using ‘democracy’ outside of its foundational context. Because the educational system is corrupted, we have lost the truth of that foundational context.
This lost truth is not new. In his letter to Thomas Jefferson dated December 25, 1813, John Adams was already turning from Orthodox Christianity to Unitarianism. But unlike the total depravity of modern Unitarians, Adams had high regard for the impact and importance of Fundamental Christianity in every aspect of American society and politics. Adams wrote: (my emphasis added)
‘Zaleuct,s, the legislator of Locris, and Charondas of Sybaris, were disciples of Pythagoras, and both celebrated to immortality for the wisdom of their laws, five hundred years before Christ. Why are those laws lost? I say, the spirit of party has destroyed them ; civil, political, and ecclesiastical bigotry. Despotical, monarchical, aristocratical, and democratical fury, have all been employed in this work of destruction of every thing that could give us true light, and a clear insight of antiquity. For every one of these parties, when possessed of power, or when they have been undermost, and struggling to get uppermost, has been equally prone to every species of fraud and violence and usurpation. Why has not Priestley mentioned these legislators? The preamble to the laws of Zaleucus, which is all that remains, is as orthodox Christian theology as Priestley's, and Christian benevolence and forgiveness of injuries almost as clearly expressed.’
Oops, like myself, I wonder if you recognize the inference to Christian Nationalism in the last sentence?

Episode 369: Economics 101 in Christian Nationalism
Full description and references at: https://bit.ly/3RHYsZw
Economics in Christian Nationalism is not in the sphere of conversation for most individuals who call themselves Christians. How can a Christian think about or react to the nuances of economics? Well, in the 20th and now the 21st centuries, it has been what the experts from major institutions or think tanks have to say?
Constitution Economics Chair
A number of years ago I was the Chairperson of the Constitutional Economics group in a small think tank. My challenge was to look at U. S. economics from a foundational and Constitutional perspective. This required more than understanding the historical theories of 18th Century economics. This required looking at the personal lives of the various Founders from the pre-revolution period through the ratification of the Constitution and into the first fifty years of the Constitution being in effect.
The intent of this Constitutional Economics group was to compare modern economic policy to that which demanded the Constitutional Convention from the Annapolis Convention of 1786. With the development of a new nation, the mechanisms of commerce were critical not only at the States inter-relational needs but also from a local to international inter-relational needs.
One consideration that was already a failure at the inception of our new nation is what I missed at as a member of that think tank: What was a Biblical view of economics? Although there was much pulpit peaching and discussions considering the question of ‘what was Liberty?’ - very little has been paid attention to the moral questions surrounding economics and business in general. ... read the rest at: https://bit.ly/3RHYsZw

Episode 399: Political Psychology: Lost Words and Meanings
See full Description at: https://bit.ly/3LVYI7k
I was going to bring you the Political psychology of Samuel Adams in his November 25, 1790 letter to John Adams, but as I looked deeply into the communications between Sam and his cousin in context, I had to do a last minute change up what this program should be about.
My marked up content of the letter, which you can find here, had so many words in our present time that are either lost in use or meaning, that it became clear to me that our modern society could not understand what was written. Therefore I have added a glossary of word into the References for this program. We have lost a common language to the Marxists egalitarian Godless evil people of our present. I spoke of the time of Noah last week and with reading a number of this weeks, so called, news articles – I can assure you that we are a completely morally bankrupt nation and world, most notably as a result of those who profess Christ having failed, for at least a century, in fighting for what is now Lost Words and Meanings.
Therefore, the political psychology of Sam Adams is not comprehensible by most moderns. With that in mind, I wanted to spare you my discussion of Sam’s political psychology so that, as some say, I will not talk over anyones heads. Not knowing the common words of the Founding era nor having the understanding of their definitions, does cause the content to seem to have wings which carry what is being said into the clouds of nescience.
I open the program with this quote from Sam’s April 1772 article that is pertinent to our present time.
The Lost Words and Meanings of Liberty
The depth of Sam’s Love of Liberty and Country is fostered by his Reformed Puritan Biblical beliefs. Few if any of the modern writers consider that Sam purposefully used political psychology in that he understood the ‘doctrine of the nature and properties of the soul.’1

Episode 404: Nothingness In Elections, Representation and No Ownership
See full description at: https://bit.ly/42TPePq
In this moment in history, Is there Nothingness In Elections, Representation and No Ownership? I was listening to the review of one predominant pastor of another regarding God’s Kingdom and Christian ‘influence’ and ‘law making’ in civil activities. I don’t want to get into the weeds of this because I see that this political theological concern was finalized during the Reformation and with how the majority of America’s Founders implemented Christian principles into government.
In my most humble studied perspective on historical Christianity, even many of the predominant Christian pastors miss the American Founders implementation and codification of Biblical Christianity. By not fully reflecting on these two primary sources, Christians have allowed the codification of evil since they are prone to evil as leaders. See how Brutus IV finishes with the author using a Biblical quote for direct application.
Nothingness In Elections
Nothingness in elections is the voter fraud that is prevalent across these United States. Brutus IV is primarily about Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 – Elections. Brutus IV also contends with the lack of representation by insufficient members to the Congress. If you want to understand the Foundational concerns of voter fraud, then you need, you must read and comprehend Brutus IV. I make no apologies for my editing of the article with boldness, italics, underlining and text coloration.

Episode 410: RICO Is The Tool For Tyranny
See full description at:https://bit.ly/3sjKXrX
RICO Is The Tool For Tyranny
– The Kozak Plan – Stormer, Brutus and Richard Henry Lee Predicted This -
Yes, it was predicted and proven that the likes of RICO Is The Tool For Tyranny. Judicial tyranny was predicted by the Antifederalist Brutus. The proof of RICO being the tool it has become in the Trump case was written about by John Stormer. Stormer identified RICO as one of the primary tools, then and into the future, for use in These United States to implement The Kozak Plan.
On this program I take you through the history of it all.
A Quick Shock Look
Go to the references and consider the analysis of the Georgia RICO Statute. Interesting that it went into effect on July 1, 2015. How long was Trump talking about running for president? When did he come down the golden escalator? When did Georgia begin the legislative intent to change its 1933 law on racketeering?
Be not shocked that both the federal and Georgia RICO statues allow for the freezing and or seizures of property for forfeiture until the case is resolved.
In a partial answer to the question above, read the intent of the Georgia State Legislature from 2013 here. Now, do the Trump and his co-defendants fall into ‘apply to an interrelated pattern of criminal activity motivated by or the effect of which is pecuniary gain or economic or physical threat or injury?’
The rest of the Grand Jury summations is totally loosey-goosey as one takes a remedial look at the full statute, see reference #2.
For a Georgia Trial Attorney analysis see Reference #3 below.
Stormer Nails it
In ‘None Dare Call It Treason ...25 Years Later,’ John Stormer lays out the use of RICO as the mechanism in the Kozak Plan called ‘Pressure From Above.’ Starting on page 506, Stormer lays out the strategy of ‘Intimidate The Opposition.’
Here is a partial quote regarding RICO usage:

Episode 421: Low Juice For The Winter
Read the rest of the blog post at: https://bit.ly/3QKiCDB
Low Juice for the Winter is not referring to beverages that one would enjoy during the holiday season. This discussion is a sleeper travesty more complex than terrorist crossing the southern border. This program is a discussion with my colleague George Brennan regarding the government designed intentions to bring on the winter freeze.
We are talking about a report that shows the strong potentials of larger regional power outages this winter season.
Cloudy Days Ahead bring Low Juice For The Winter
Take your pick of wether forecasting, they are all showing a cold winter. As George and I discuss, this will have a major effect on the power grid due to heavy shifts to unsustainable renewables and the move away from coal to natural gas for power generation. Let’s be clear, natural gas is good stuff but, the infrastructure for supply and demand is not there.
Cloudy days impact solar, even high wind days don’t let the hill lice (wind mills) work efficiently. So buckle up for what can be rolling blackouts or difficulties recovering during major winter storms. Oh, those EV’s… most certainly not going far.
George Brennan of Low Juice For The Winter
I asked George to join me on this topic since he is one of my trusted partners on this topic and its ties to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.) George is working with national business leaders in bringing a good fight against the Draconian's of the administrative state with all of its insanities.
Keeping It Short
We are being hit on a lot of fronts regarding our ability to live in these United States. Energy is one an area Americans have taken for granted yet, the insidiousness of environmentalism is a threat to our culture, nation and personal property.
If you are in a potential region for really bad winter weather, please prepare for the worse.
