The following is my legal advice to how the humans, angels, and Nephilim can coexist in a manner that does not violate God's laws:
(1) Only humans and angels created directly by the Most High Living God are given full sentience status. The Nephilim/Demons that were created by the fallen angels are to be treated like pets, livestock, or protected wildlife at National Parks or on other nature preserves.
(2) The angelic beings may keep the Nephilim/Demons that already exist as pets grandfathered in. The angelic beings are responsible for the Nephilim/Demons they own as pets. They must keep the Nephilim/Demons on a metaphorical leash and be responsible for any damage they cause if they get off leash. (3) Humans have dominion of the earth, but angelic beings can cohabitate with humans just as human cohabitate with pets. Humans can show affection to pets with kisses and play with them with toys. In a similar way the humans and angelic beings can show affection for each other with kisses and playing together with vibrating toys. The humans and angelic beings are not to have sexual relations with each other, which is equivalent to forbidden Bestiality, but they can give each other kisses, back rubs, full massages involving vibrating tools, etc. If an angelic being is disguised as a human and is cohabitating with another human, they are to maintain the appearance as a human couple in public and also in front of any children they adopt.

The Devil Satan Lucifer has several weaknesses, which are he is a liar, he is impatient failing the marshmallow test, and he has no wisdom from God. Because the Devil Satan Lucifer is a liar... he has to use some system of codes to keep track of his lies so he knows which are lies and which is the truth. Therefore the strategy to defeat him is to have the Holy Spirit compromise his codes so that he starts believing his own lies. God can change the fundamental conditions of the Universe in a seamless way such that the Devil Satan Lucifer doesn't realize there has been an alteration until it is too late... and the Devil Satan Lucifer can be tricked into destroying himself by believing his own lies. Because the Devil Satan Lucifer is impatient and fails the marshmallow test... he thinks he is winning when God uses a gambit strategy to give him the appearance of minor victories on the short term at the cost of major defeats in the long term. Because the Devil Satan Lucifer has no wisdom from God, he doesn't realize that immortality is not the same thing as eternal life. Immortality with goodness is the gift of eternal life from the Lord Jesus Christ. Immortality with sin and evil leads to eternal torment and eternal death. Goodness always yields more profit on the long term whereas evil only has the illusion of being profitable on the short term. Goodness starts off with humble beginnings but has increasing returns on the scale of eternity. Evil starts off with a huge lump advantage at the beginning but has decreasing returns on the scale of eternity. A good manager will always be more profitable on the scale of eternity than an evil manager. When you own everything like God... it is more profitable to have a good manager who will grow your wealth with increasing returns and it is less profitable to have an evil manager who will cut into your profits with decreasing returns because there is no one for God to steal from but Himself since He owns everything. Evil pretends to be profitable, but Goodness is always more profitable in the long term.
