Iranians enjoy this stew with rice, and it is typically served with yogurt, Shirazi salad, and raw onions on the side.

200 gr Allium Iranicum (Iranian Leek)
150 gr Fenugreek
50 gr Spring Onion
50 gr Spinach
50 gr Coriander
50 gr Dill
50 gr Celery Leaves
50 gr Eryngium Planum (Flat Sea Holly)
