This sea is home to a variety of aquatic life, including numerous fish species. One of my favorite fish, besides the rainbow trout, is the fish known locally as Fitofak. This fish, combined with vegetables, especially hot peppers, is incredibly delicious. Today, we are preparing this fish along with several types of herbs and serving it with herb-infused rice. The spiciness of the herbs, paired with the delightful flavor of the fish and fresh mushrooms grown locally, creates a fantastic combination that I absolutely love.
