this is day 1 of the hardgainer spring cut. I decided to cut the bulk short due to make gaining more fat than I want too. Diabetes also runs in my family so I have to be careful with becoming insulin resistant. Today we got a Pull and Push Home Workout. This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently cutting and weigh around 163lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2900 calories. I try to get around 150-200 calories below that everyday to cut 2lb to 3lbs a month. I hope you enjoy!
