this is day 67 of the hardgainer spring bulk and today we got a Pull & Push Calisthenics Workout. This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently bulking and weigh around 163lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2800 calories. I try to get around 250-500 calories above that everyday to add 1-2lb a month.
