Tatli REVANI Cake Recipe

The cup used is 200 milliliters.
The used glass is 100 milliliters.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup semolina
1 cup yogurt
1 cup liquid oil
1 cup wheat flour
2 and a half teaspoons baking powder
One-third teaspoon vanilla extract

Ingredients for syrup:
3 cups water
3 cups sugar
One-third teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:
First, prepare the syrup. Put water, sugar, and lemon juice in a pot over heat and let it boil for 5 to 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and set the syrup aside to cool.

Beat the eggs and sugar well, then add the liquid oil, yogurt, semolina, and vanilla extract, and beat well. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well until combined. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes until cooked through and golden brown on top. After removing from the oven, allow the cake to cool for 7 minutes, then gradually pour the cooled syrup over the cake to absorb. Once the syrup is absorbed, pour more syrup over the cake until completely absorbed. After about 2 hours of allowing the syrup to absorb, you can serve it. Enjoy!

Note: This cake has a moist texture. If you don't like a moist cake, you can use less syrup, but the amount of syrup used in the original recipe is as stated above.

لیوان مورد استفاده 200 میلی لیتر می باشد.
استکان استفاده شده 100 میلی لیتر میباشد.
مواد لازم:
3 عدد تخم مرغ
1 لیوان شکر
1 لیوان ایرمیک (سمولینا، جایگزین ندارد)
1 لیوان ماست
1 استکان روغن مایع
1 لیوان آرد گندم
2 و نیم قاشق چایخوری بکینگ پودر
یک دوم قاشق چایخوری وانیل
مواد لازم برای شربت:
3 لیوان آب
3 لیوان شکر
یک دوم قاشق چایخوری آب لیموترش
طرز تهیه:
ابتدا شربت را آماده کنید. آب، شکر و آب لیمو را در ظرفی روی شعله بگذارید تا 5 الی 7 دقیقه بجوشد سپس شعله را خاموش کنید و شربت را کنار بگذارید تا سرد شود.
تخم مرغ و شکر را خوب هم بزنید سپس روغن مایع، ماست، ایرومیک و وانیل را اضافه کنید و خوب هم بزنید. آرد و بکینگ پودر را اضافه کنید و در حد مخلوط شدن، هم بزنید. مواد را داخل قالب بریزید و در فر از قبل گرم شده به مدت 40 دقیقه با حرارت 170 درجه بگذارید تا بپزد و روی آن کامل سرخ شود. بعد از بیرون آوردن از فر اجازه دهید کیک سرد شود برای 7 دقیقه بعد شربت سرد را کم کم روی کیک بریزید تا جذب کیک شود. وقتی شربت را جذب کرد مجدد بریزید تا کامل جذب کیک شود. حدود 2 ساعت بعد که شربت را جذب کرد میتوانید سرو کنید. نوش جان
دوستان این کیک حالت خیس دارد، اگر از خیسی کیک خوشتان نمی آید میتوانید شربت را کمتر بریزید اما در رسپی اصلی همین مقدار شربت استفاده شده است)
