In this video, I show a day in the life of a pro runner. As a professional, a lot of my time is dedicated to training to increase fitness or doing everything I can to recover and prepare for the next session. I am currently working through an injury in my shin, so I share some of my injury recovery techniques and cross training tips. That means a lot of biking, elliptical, strength training, and rehab exercises. Also, I show some of the yummy food that is fueling my training, but keep in mind that this wasn't everything I ate.
