Rosemary Nambooze Niwagaga Installed as new President Rotary Club of Wakiso.

Wakiso district is planning to implement empowerment programmes that target the boy child especially those with disability.
The plan was unveiled by the newly installed Rotary president of Wakiso, Rosemary NamboozeNiwagaba
Due to the vulnerability of the girl child, many civil society organizations have focused on empowering them as compared to the boy child.
Wakiso district wants to change the trend by implementing programmes that target the boy child.
This was echoed by the newly installed president of the Rotary Club of Wakiso Rosemary NamboozeNiwagaba who is also the executive director for Angles’ Centre for children with special needs
