🌟 This video is suitable for anyone suffering from low to mild sciatica. If you suffer from severe sciatica you can also practice this video but pause it in between poses and move more slowly.
When suffering from sciatica movement is beneficial because it helps improve circulation, reduces inflammation, and promotes flexibility and strength in the affected areas.

Yoga can be beneficial for addressing and managing sciatica for several reasons. Firstly, specific yoga poses and sequences target the affected areas, such as the lower back, hips, and hamstrings, which are commonly associated with sciatic pain. These poses can help alleviate tension, increase flexibility, and strengthen the muscles surrounding the sciatic nerve, providing relief and preventing further discomfort.

Everybody is different and there are different levels of Sciatica this video is a general sequence for sciatica so if you feel you can’t go as low, as high or as deep as me only go as far as your body is comfortable with.
