Chuck Missler - Purpose of the Tribulation is to get Israel to accept Jesus their Messiah Mt23-37-39

The purpose of the Tribulation to come is to save Israel and deal with satan/sin. The tribulation is not meant for the church, by God's grace and mercy the church has accepted the promised messiah and has been already living with Jesus through the spirit.

The church will be rescued out of the Tribulation. Israel will go through the Tribulation, Israel will experience 'The Time of Jacob's Trouble', it will be worse than anything they've experienced. At the end Israel will accept Jesus as their promised Messiah that they have ignored for the last 2,000 years. God will hear their prayers, He will forgive them, He will rescue them.

Hosea 5:15 I will go away and return to My place Until they acknowledge their guilt and seek My face; In their distress they will search for Me.

2 Chron 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
