All of my life, I have known something very important, something crucial at this hour. I have never seen so many obese, sickened, ill, infected people and despite all I know the children are being born more compromised. I have walked quite a long path, turning SIXTY (60) this month, gathering as much as possible, seeking, observing, listening with 100s of clients, 5 just yesterday including a free consult late night to Thailand. At this time, I am healing as I am in traumatic grief having 'lost' my Sun (son) who is my closest human ever; he was 24 and very high intelligence, very present. Through hair tissue testing him 2017, as well as his first clipped baby hair, through seeing 100s of patient report, reading a great many doctors and chemistry folks from 50s, 60s, 70s, through 90s and working with Dr. Watts, reading Dr. Abraham thoroughly, I have come through forty adult years of some pretty steep realizations. You can't jump forward any faster than the time it took to find these nuggets. Just last night a woman with "PCOS," yet again, her Endocrinologist, her doctor, her Gynecologist, first it was birth control pills to help her? Then Metformin? Are you joking??? Then what? More extensive testing while this young woman becomes sicker and sicker. Many I speak with confirm candidly that they are deeply concerned about their mental health, although no "diagnosed" with a code for some form of mental health issues they know they are not balanced and they are not feeling all that well within. MOST of our young people have anxiety; some to a very high degree. MOST have depression. I have spent over $100k out of pocket, $1000 right now for learning to make raw foods yet again, to increase my knowledge always. However, it must be understood (inner stood) it must be applied, it must be respected or, it simply vanished from the plantation without just cause. I gave a young man a PROPHECY, I have given a great many in my life, much as my Grandmother (maternal) did several for me in the 70s. Two snakes crossed our path while walking in the woods, I taught him about his trod (walk) balance, medicine, foods, shopping, preparing foods, When the time came, and I, needed him to save my son's life, he had run off to his father after over two years of being under my wings, I told him do not do this it is unwise in many ways. It has cost me, it has cost him, the children are now born with deformity and low function because We rush in where fools go and we do not listen with the Elders. The consequences will be great and it has set something into motion which cannot now be stopped. Now there are two more added who didn't listen and their consequences are also going to be very steep. You see it is ONLY together, learning the proper ways, real HEALING, and repairing for your wrong doings that you will see the change we all wish for, we all want, we all seek even if secretly inside of ourselves and quietly to no one else but us. May 30, 2018, I have given a lot of thought about what we need to do. Heavy stress, 2016, 2017, 2018, and my son died end of 2019. There is a distinct difference between treating and healing. I just finished a session with a client whereby I offered her understanding about why she is experiencing what she is today with energy, anxiety, depression, and thyroid imbalance. Reincarnation is part of the cycle of life and "death." Dr. Ian Stevenson of the University of Virginia was a friend of my maternal Grandmothers "Etna." I woke one morning in recent months having heard my Sun (son) who has left earth less than 1.5 years ago saying something to me: "I am going to bring her halfway around the world." My son's partner of nearly 5 years, Christina had no plans of travel, she lives in LA and is also in grief like I am: it has affected our lives in a profound way. She knows me though and she has lived with me and visited three times. She messaged me that her Grandfather died less than a month ago and that her mother was putting together a trip to The Philippines. She and I talk quite often and share pictures through the inbox and she sent me one of her in India before she arrived in The Philippines and then last night, she messaged me from Qatar! A place my son had always wanted to go visit! I reminded her that Zahwa had a wish to go there! HE HAD BROUGHT HER HALF-WAY AROUND THE WORLD. I am amazed at how well he and I communicate and I am thankful for how I was raised which was very very different than 99.9% of people today. Grandma was friends with Dr. Ian Stevenson and I grew up expecting that this is a part of the life cycle. My Sun (son) has brought me many things I needed: to get out of Cloquet, sell the house, get out of that toxic space where I was renting professional space for my business, the bus, puppy from Pablo and there is way more! Many times when I felt so alone without him, as it had been he and I all those years just us, he reminded me that he on the way and that I will see. I believe that I am one of the very last remaining who has this extensive experience of hearing The Ancestors, sensing, and lives with TV, microwave, hair dye, fingernail junk, who truly turns to nature and moves away from Industry. I don't trust the narrative today and I haven't for a long time. Conflict is a part of life. We need it to expand, grow, challenge ideas, many of which become stagnant, to shift out of low vibrational ways of life. Change is a part of life we don't always embrace so well. When conflict arises do you then avoid, compete, compromise or do you collaborate? Do you become passive aggressive and just 'stew' with your feelings and yet announce that you have it all under control, you are going to take care of "it" whatever "it" is? The fact is that we are much more effective in numbers of people who are willing and able to agree to disagree. It's more than "I'm sorry" it's making the time and energy to understand, and to keep connections viable, to learn through the experience of conflict. I used to work in the legal arena for nearly 18 years as a Sr. Paralegal Family Law specialist and much of that position involved conflict which I had not been comfortable with. As a therapeutic foster parent, conflict is a part of that too, as a Mother, as a friend, as a family member, in relationships for me with men, with clients, conflict comes up, over and over and now today there is much conflict, passports, medical issues and how are being told what to do, wear, mask, do this or do that. Can we all just do what we want and have it our way? No time in history did the young folks tell the wise elders what to do; it's unwise, and now that systems are firmly in place it's much like The Ancestors likely looked at dogs being drug around by a leash or the modern humans of today and their priorities, their thinking, their medicating with poly-pharmacy. It's unwise to cater to the consumer and not the true guidance of the people. Learning to be fully present when conflict does arrive, thinking clearly, coming back in a reasonable amount of time and making it a priority to resolve conflict is different than losing what you have or what you could gain in the future by learning to open, expand, and come into council. We had Councils of Elders who were well adept at being able to agree to disagree and solve problems one at a time; we need that now. Instead, we have those who decide which align with where their business interests run. I refuse to be a robot; an automaton, and conform to the dominant paradigm.

I walked into an apartment where I had gone to deliver a package for someone. I delivered the package and toured an apartment where the family was moving out of a 3 bedroom. A few steps inside and I felt dizzy and off-balance. I paused for a moment and closed my eyes, relating to the woman who was moving out that I felt something, I said, "just a moment." I said this entire space feels as though there is water underneath; I cannot be certain, I just came in but it is a strong feeling. I looked around the large front room just off the main door and I didn't feel any energetic feelings besides in that corner that rounded to the kitchen and 3 bedrooms. This is my life, every day-- all the time. I am always sensing, observing, and listening. I am tuned. A Shaman is very intuitive and perceptive and has much experience with the elements, directions, colors, flavors, the many beings, with life and so, with energy. Some people call that "ambiance" meaning when you walk into the room, a new environment, what do you feel? I feel constantly. This is why my home life for me is a sanctuary. You can notice concrete thinkers, even when many people do not. The system has handed out "LABELS" like candy: "narcissist" "empath" "introvert" what's real and what's not? I talk about the Maya, a term I first learned in the early 1980s reading Carlos Castenada's books. I loved them at that time. Concrete thinkers are less creative, more left-brained, more analyzing, they need strong compartmentalizing, they need credentials for everyone, standardized ways appeal to them. Often, they cannot think and feel, nor problem solve beyond the existing system it's difficult for them. They become selfish and reclusive, isolating and tense eventually. Anxiety overcomes them-depression consumes them. You have a way out! But you either look at it or you dismiss it.
