A syndrome is a collection of symptoms. "IBD" is another 'garbage can designation' for a collection of symptoms involving the gut, and elimination. SARS is a collection of symptoms dealing with our lungs, and includes symptoms that are coughing, sore throat, runny nose, chills, a rise in body temperature, difficulty breathing among many! We have a choice to make now about becoming well within, about our food choices, about how we care for ourselves. Since the people in general no longer understand the way the body communicates, nor what is happening to them in the present time, we are using facial coverings as a response yet we are not understanding that we have the potential and the power to come to the aid of our people through a new way of life. I will continue to speak about that way of life.

My son, Zahwa G. Pringle developed an opiate addiction following an Orthopedic surgery following a skiing accident. He was 24 when he died on October 29, 2019. I miss him so much it hurts everyday! I had signs before he passed and after he had left behind his earthly body. There is a lot of stress involved in opioid addiction, it's life or death for users quite often and for mothers, partners, and caregivers who love them and do our best to keep them alive. My son has given me many signs since he left his earthly body and I feel him around me all the time, we are very deeply connected.

These are some times we are living in! After my child's passing 10/29/19, 8 months ago, I needed to sell the family home: NOT good timing, but I had to. When we moved on August 23, 2002, I had sensed a woman had died in our home from lung issues, I even sensed her name, "Dorothy." I confirmed this, and for years Dorothy was with my son and I in the home until I didn't sense her there any longer as a primary residence in the home. Mail came for an R. Bailey and I forwarded it from the mailbox on the home, always wondering about him. Just a week ago I met him!!!!!! He was seated in the backseat of my next-door neighbor's SUV waiting to go to the river with their dog Stella! I began to cry, as I knew that a LOT of pieces were coming together. Now Dorothy's SUN (son) was being made known to me!! I invited him and Sara inside to take a tour and just to share before they left for the river, he confirmed that he had lived in the basement and we went down there together. During the process of remodeling the home and then getting my belongings pared down and into storage nearby I had advertised for some extra help to load the Uhaul and who shows up???? The Mother, Eve of the 15-year-old boy that died of overdose next door to me at Sara's home!!!! We hugged, cried, and she gave me her ring that her SUN (son) had given to her! His sister and brother were introduced to me and I was invited to move to the Reservation on their land by Eve. As I set out yesterday on my 59th Birthday, (Earth Strong), I got everything done first, laundry at the laundromat, things out of storage to sell before the next move, dogs bathed and hoped to hit the trail for a hike when I got there after 4pm I was tired but thankful! I had a LOT of sad feelings that are triggered by a Birthday that normally wouldn't hit me so hard but for losing my Sun (son). A man lie on the ground and it was made known to me he was a "walk-in" due to the use of Spirits named "Pablo" the connection I have always had with The Ancestors is a very strong one- I hear them ALL the time! I am here for you too! Many have lost more than one child and under horrific circumstances, like Josh's Mother who suffered a full nervous breakdown. It seems like only yesterday I was following those two and smiling at them, and now they are both gone! :( It is the horror of horror losing your child knowing they did not want to go, they did not want to feel foolish in this hideous and criminal level addiction that should have never happened but for terrible medical practices. I have requested documents from the surgeon, pharmacies, hospitals, treatment centers and I have dug. I have read leading books about Fentanyl, American Overdose and learned about the Sackler's! I am appalled! It is difficult to fathom how this was even allowed but once again the money-driven economy prevails whether it sacrifices our children or not! Are you picking up? Are we to believe that "old" people are the ones who listen to the young? Because our elders today are so medicated, so drugged down and so tired, in so much pain, so forgetful. Was this done to us or is this natural? I am 58, I will be precisely 63 entering my 9th Moon in July of 2024 as we re-enter the Age of Woman once again! The Elders are precious those few of us who navigated in ways that were truly rare and who have sacred Medicine to offer the whole! Why? Because we invested wisely in our time, energy, travel, learning, sought out mentors, unhoused people with dynamic wisdom! Courses, 100s of books, college courses to satisfy the spirit, not for the paper! But who's listening to us? And, why are they not listening? What is the program and where did it come from this way of today? Tell a Vision (TV) the constant change of the system to make elders most often "olders" out of date with technology (trick knowledge) so that they appear stupid? So that they cannot do the basic math that we all once understood? I have disciplined myself, walked the walk and still we live where a few nuggets of sensationalized jargon and children "divas" prevail? How is that we have come to be so tricked? Older Women, which are actually still the babies compared to how long we used to live before your lives were so shortened were the true Guides, they oversaw that ALL the children were cared for, the sick nurtured and the Ancients lovingly tended to! But today, we just keep it moving, expiring early, rudeness and shortness, 'busy' and envy are predominant on the plantation. It's time for change, but this time it's time for real change! If not, disaster is a certainty. It's in the makings with the ways of today, hypersexual, selling whatever one can, the filth on the TV, the drugs being peddled and we must look at it to see where we have been and determine where we are going! Together, we rise!

Sympathomimetic Toxidrome was noted on my son's chart. He was the 1% who reacted to opioids as if they were not an analgesic but as a stimulant. My third book is coming once all records are received from the doctors, insurance and pharmacies with prescription histories. Warn others about pressed pills like Xanax, Oxys, and tell them about Fentanyl!

When you are awakened it often means you have been shocked from your slumber by events that have happened to you, insights you have picked up, and it could also come from a Mentor, a Guide, (Shaman) so that you can understand (inner stand) what is truly happening and not "operate" your machinery (vessel) without a strength, temperance and stability. At the suggestion of Kim, at Pure Luminosity on YouTube, I uploaded this, which was produced by me, as a shared video February 2019 while under great stress and duress, 8 months before my son transitioned from Earth out of his vehicle. I was under emotional duress, congested, inflamed and severely sleep-deprived for at least one year. I am at this time, regenerating my physical self and learning to "adapt" to the loss of my Sun (son) on this plane with me -- it hurts. I still showed up and did my best to deliver the truth as I now know it. I leave room to grow, expand and am forever learning.

Great Mother is inside each and every one of us! She is both strong, she gets back up despite some of the most severe pain, she stands tall and she is ready to help the children of the world. We need the Council of Elders in many places, we need The Centers which I have envisioned and spoken about and we need compassion, real healing and not "healthcare" as we have it today! One of my favorite simple, affordable teas with a big powerful regenerating effect! Take that ginger root, don't bother peeling it that takes too much time! Slice it diagonally and put as much as you like, I used about 12" which included 3 "fingers" of ginger into a pot of about 8-9 cups of filtered water and bring it to a boil. Add your sliced apple, without seeds (arsenic), and to the side, I juiced 3 organic lemons that I bought last night at Walmart with my dollar tree handheld citrus juicer! I have some expensive ones but this is easy! The lemon juice is sitting at the bottom of my mug not being cooked on the stove, I let the tea which cooked on simmer about 30 or more minutes (just be careful not to lose your water by evaporation!), and easily strained the water/tea into my big travel mug with the lemon juice in it. Thereafter I added my raw honey to taste. I put some in a smaller container that is see-through so that you could see it. The apple sweetens it and adds pectin! At the gym today I shared again, as I have so many times, that we needn't use harmful, carcinogenic chemicals to "get rid of germs?" Because we are so paranoid about "the flu?" Because the hype is promoting so much fear! My goodness! I show you a product I use, and also why I did not run to get an antidepressant after my only child my precious son passed away on October 29, 2019, just over 3 months ago! I was filled with stress, and horror during the time he was hijacked by the opioids following surgery, that was so stressful, caused intense lack of sleep, self-care, and my business just about shut down, I almost lost absolutely everything but I lost the most precious to me, my child! I found him "dead" in his room Tuesday, October 29 and my body completely became consumed with shock, grief, and immense inflammation. I feel for him and I wish him well through the transition. I am here for you, and the hundreds of thousands of other Moms and people who have lost their children, family, and partners in this cruel drug war! It's got to stop. My Sun (son) Zahwa is my sunshine and my everything! You get what this means as a Momma and your child is passed, or, as I like to say, "Joined The Ancestors." I am regenerating Me right now, I'm a hot mess, I'm pale, bagged under my eyes, throat clearing, and yet I am thankful to be sleeping well, that I have the supplements I needed to regenerate, and the strength to do my work and keep The Pack of 3 canines fed and also help them to heal. It's Karen, I've been gone for a while from being here with you. As a Mom, I felt shocked for the first few months and sad after finding my son Zahwa on his floor and without breath and life just 3 months ago. My son Zahwa joined The Ancestors Tuesday in the early am, October 29, 2019. My Sun (son) came to me days after passing with tears in his eyes he appeared to me in our family home saying "Momma I didn't want to leave you here, I didn't want to go!" It tore me up! No young adult wants to lose their young life nor have opioids on their back, hijacking their brain, producing impulsiveness and addiction! For me, being a Mother and my hopes and dreams of becoming a grandmother are my everything in life! It causes me to feel nausea every day in the depths of my gut. Zahwa went skiing at Spirit Mountain, Duluth, MN in February 2016 and took a fall in the terrain park breaking his clavicle (collarbone), it was recommended by one Orthopedic surgeon to put in a plate and 6 metal screws. I was against it from the beginning. I brought him to another, a second opinion in Duluth and they advised that although the break was very bad and nearly perforating the skin that the body would heal and they would do therapy without a metal plate. I was all for this option! My son elected the metal plate thinking he would do a repeat surgery and have it removed as is common. He was unfortunately addicted after many jars of opiates were prescribed. Opiates hijack the brain and for some people more than for others!
