Every day I have an email, text, or phone call about someone needing help when it comes to mental illness! Children as young as toddlers whose parents tell me they are "ODD," (Oppositional Defiant Disorder). Mothers who have post-partum and feel unsafe in general but particularly around their own children: knowing it's not them, it's that they are not meeting the needs of their brain and body on a biochemical level and their brain can no longer take it! When I mention slow oxidizer, most people have not had the experiences of any sort but the doctor visits where they confess their symptoms, often the full truth that is hidden from most of us on social media! Raging, blind rage, anxiety, you can see it, it's not hidden it's in the gray hair! It's in the overweight body, it's in the "I'm too busy to be here with you..." messages when you see them on live streams! It's ANXIETY! It's in their family members, but they don't want to see it in themselves: who does? So we develop coping mechanisms: passive-aggressive, distancing ourselves from close intimate relationships when they get too close to pain, discomfort, instead of building on a good foundation we seek more of the same thing: isolation, reclusing, procrastinating on everything from losing weight to creative endeavors! We have more neuroses, psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bipolar today than ever before, because we are not connecting, we are disconnecting from nature and we are not metabolizing, we are not converting our food into nutrients for the body to have a healthy spark! Like the short share I gave that was given in the book I finished today this am, the 3 sisters who due to religious beliefs did not "doctor," ate very healthfully and had good habits. But the youngest sister went upstairs in their family home where they all lived together began throwing the furniture out the window, and it went on for 2 days while the sisters, who did not support "Psychiatry" and didn't want to send off their sister, knowing she would wind down waited and a friend of the family reached out to this man i was reading about his studies for years. This sister was a slow metabolizer and was helped through nutrient therapy! Schizophrenia, bipolar, psychosis, neuroses, ODD, all of it helped by tissue testing, understanding metabolic type, knowing how to interpret what is shown, emotionally, physically, and energetically. Several times I heard from first-generation African people that the Black American people are a different animal. That the ways that Americans live, eat, think, and the wounds that have transpired created a very different animal so to speak. I heard it in 1991, and again in 2011, 2012 by two different men, both partners of mine and both first-generation Africans. One way was pizza! I heard, "we don't eat pizza! Pizza is not even food!" Black Americans eat that stuff, and all the junk too. They drink the energy drinks in the aluminum cans. It caused me to think about this over the many years, and I also thought as I worked in the legal arena for over 20 years about the different animal I saw, the blue suit, red tie, the stiff, and the assumptions that are often made, the lending of credibility based on the assumptions as well! I realize that money, the suit, the assumptions, the social engineering have people offering and making solutions that are NOT truly the BEST thing for us to do? Dropping calcium carbonate from the sky via jets? What is happening with carbon, the Sun? Attempting to CONTROL and yet again, DOMINATE Nature (Mother) is a BAD CARD. I have watched many on YouTube and it seems that the performers, celebrities, entertainers, or the victims are the ones that really given the attention. As we enter into a time where the Automaton, Simpleton is more common, the rash solutions as I mentioned above, the needle versus cleaning up the environment? I could go on further, but I believe that some of you feel me? Bloodline? There is little to no talk about bloodline, high copper, and why some people are exceedingly intelligent, energized, accomplish goals, and possess energy while others procrastinate and flounder? Envision, use imagery, thoughts, habits like walking, sunshine, to vision inside of you a new day and one that is balanced. January 13, 2021, my HTMA Patient Report was received yesterday by me through email and as I reviewed it knowing my last Report of July 2020 was horrendous, I was a bit apprehensive- so I know you may also feel this way from time to time! Having many HTMA Reports done on my son, Zahwa and my own, I have seen the movement of heavy metals as they mobilize and are excreted by the body. How the various elements, macro-elements, and toxic elements really "define" who we are as a personality! The minerals make the personality and personality make the minerals! On a very positive note, my calcium (Ca) levels were 171 and they are "markedly" better at a now 59, while magnesium dropped that's ok for now. Sodium is down from 22 to 6! Stress, fight, or flight was so severe that I was a puffy bag of phlegm and still am to some extent. My throat-clearing is remarkably better after over 2 years of it being in the "intense" category, embarrassing and just something I was ready to be done with! Phlegm, wetting myself, hand tremors, left-hand weakness, swallowing issues, insomnia, survival mind (PTSD), immense grief process, physical exhaustion, and FIVE (5) major life stressors all in 11 months' time! I fell and blacked out hit my head and back full force 3/11/20 in my home getting up to get a glass of water in the dark, alone, 4 months after my son's death and finding him on the floor. I felt as though I was dissociating, just staring and wondering 'what next?' Time, consistency, effort, motivation, sink, or swim feelings! I had NO choice, alone, on my own crushed, BROKEN TO THE CORE, all of our plans gone, my legacy of leaving my medicine and 37 years of over $100k put into this legacy I was planning to leave with my books, a Center and Council of Elders (My Mission), I looked at the Pack, the 3 dogs and at times angry, bitter, confused, feeling sideswiped I kept going. I reached out and asked those closest to please CALL me let me hear your voice especially on the holidays, while I don't "do" them, it's painful, it was winter and a strong snowy stormy one in 2020 in Northeastern Minnesota. I wasn't sure I would pull through. I am now about 65%, not 100, but I will continue my journey, my "movement," and I will be honest about this journey, and about the elevated calcium rigidity, anger, bitterness, that comes with the stages of grief, PTSD-C, and exhaustion, it's enough to snap. All the mood disorders, rigidity, hostility, offenders that could use what I have to offer, all the people could use what I have to offer and we could co-create a FAR better experience of life. As nature is changed so is our vehicle. We are not only seeing these changes, we are experiencing them as "system errors," which are coded as "diagnoses" through the medical industry. They are then treated most often with medications, surgical intervention, chemotherapy, radiotherapy (radiation). Remember the Jetsons cartoon? At first glance it comes off quite uptopian yet we are all witnessing something today that likely preceeded George Jetson and his family now living their push-botton lives in what is a Dystopian reality. Nature our precious and easily sustainable habitat is disregarded? As if replaceable? Sad thing is that not "all" got to go and enjoy with George and his wife Judy had in their high tech lifestyle. Most of our problems are system errors, and when you do hair tissue testing and have a good interpretation you find that the body will, in fact find and come to the aid of the first order of operations that is needed. (the first priority). Every day during your life you wake up in a physical vehicle. As technology has morphed in these hundred years, particularly from 1933 until now 2021, we have not just an impact upon nature, our food, soil, and our health. The vehicle that "houses" your spirit, your essence, your energy, that which is "you" it changes form, but it never dies. You never leave. However, your vehicle has had many revisions, or "domestications," some of the changes are noticeable and some are not. What changes must we have or should we expect to comport with plans that are in motion by Big Tech? How do they affect your energy, breathing, your nervous system, and are these what you would have wanted had you a true choice?

This image is a picture of my beautiful young adult Zahwa who died October 29, 2019.I had spent years when this picture was taken in 2015, just five years ago, years spent educating about thyroid and in November 2017 published my second book, Detox & Heal Your Thyroid. Hot tip today: Blue Lotus Masala Chai powder! Using the following: CASHEW MILK CHAI LATTE! 1 heaping cup raw cashew pieces, 2 of my recycled glass containers filtered water and blend to make Cashew Mylk. Strain through a nut mylk bag, add back to blender. As we move closer to functionality over status symbols, brands, a "look" or even imitating the Matrix celebrities which we could well be ignored, we move into clothing and gear that has functional value. I often buy Climate Tech yoga pant style leggings and all-purpose them in many seasons. It's important NOT to wear clothing that does need to be replaced if it is thinning as that is not functional and it sends a "signal." I show some things I bought recently replacing some worn clothing that is still able to be worn under dresses as a layer, or for sleeping, wrapping glass items, etc we can always find ways to reuse that which we purchase and consume. The Berne lined overalls I picked up new at Fleet Farm on a sale for $39! I met women in the past who were travellers and had a white tank underneath and they could wipe off the water-resistant material on these overalls and keep it moving! Keep it real! Stress is on everyone's shoulders, it's' on our "plate" it's on our skin for some of us, headaches or migraines for others. Children acting out, aggression, hyperactivity, we want our freedom back, we want to go outside, breathe, have natural light and life! In all the years I have owned and operated a business helping hundreds in a professional space in Minnesota and before that in California, I tried a lot of stress remedies: the gym, cardio, walking, extra sleep, essential oils, adaptogens (herbs like Ashwagandha), valerian tea in the early 90s, smoking cannabis, and well, a whole lot! Do you truly recognize that you are in fact, living within a Matrix? That the movie of 1999 was truly a documentary about your position in The Field and that we are all becoming increasingly chattel'ized. Your experiences in life will open you or you will close down.
