How to make a hearty Farmer's Breakfast
This is a great hearty Farmer's Breakfast Recipe, filled with many of your favorite Breakfast Items. Served with toasted bread/bagel and a cup of coffee.
Farmer's Breakfast
Ingredients:
5 Eggs
3 Red Potatoes, cooked & cut bite sized
6 Breakfast Sausages, cut in pieces
2 Bacon Strips, cooked & cut in pieces
4 Sweet Peppers, sliced
2 Shallots, sliced
6 Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Parsley, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Bacon Drippings
Heat a spoon full of Bacon Drippings in large Skillet on med/high Heat.
Add Potatoes, season with Salt & Pepper.
Sauté until light golden.
Push Potatoes to the sides, add Sausage & Bacon.
Sauté shortly & combine.
Add a little Bacon Drippings in the middle, put in Sweet Peppers & Shallots.
Sauté until soft, combine.
Put in a little Drippings, add Mushrooms.
Season with Pepper, sauté & combine.
Pour Egg Mixture over everything, let the Eggs set a little, scramble everything together.
Turn the Heat off, sprinkle with Mozzarella & incorporate Cheese.
Sprinkle with Parsley and serve.

Chile de Arbol Hot Sauce
Ingredients:
2,5 oz Chile de Arbol (seedless)
3 Garlic Cloves (smashed)
2-1/2 tbsp EVO Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
2-1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2-1/2 cups Water
Remove all seeds from Chiles, rip large ones in half.
Heat Oil in large skillet, on high heat.
Sauté smashed Garlic Cloves until golden, set aside.
Add Chiles to Skillet and sauté, stirring constantly for 1-2 Minutes.
Blend together Chiles, Garlic, Salt, Vinegar and Water.
Tip: the longer you blend the smoother the Hot Sauce.

Ingredients:
8 oz Serrano Peppers
1/2 Onion, halved
1 Garlic Clove
1/4 bunch Cilantro
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp EVO Oil
4 oz Water (or more to your liking)
Remove stems from Peppers.
Heat Oil in med Skillet on high temperature.
Sauté Serrano Peppers until soft, set aside.
Sauté Onion & Garlic.
Save remaining Oil.
Blend Serrano Peppers, Onion & Garlic, Cilantro, Oil, Salt and Water together.
Note: If you like this Sauce thinner add more Water.

Habanero Hot Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Mango
4 Habanero Peppers
1 Carrot
1 sm Onion
1" Ginger, peeled
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Lime, juiced
1/2 cup White Vinegar
1 cup Water
Peel and cut Mangos.
Remove stems and seeds from Habaneros.
(Best to use gloves when handling peppers)
Peel and chop Carrot.
Cut Onion in quarters.
Blend all Ingredients together.
Pour Mixture in med sized pot and low simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat & cool.

Ingredients:
1-3/4 cups Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
3/4 cup Sugar

1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1-1/2 cups Chocolate Chips (extra for topping, optional)

1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Whole Milk
3/4 cup Sour Cream

Preheat Oven 425° F
Line Muffin Pan with 12 Paper Cups
Sift together all the dry Ingredients, whisk.
Add Chocolate Chips and mix well, set aside.
Combine all wet Ingredients, whisk well.
Pour wet Ingredients into the dry Ingredients and combine with wooden Spoon, do not over mix.
Fill each Paper Cup equally with Batter.
Top with extra Chocolate Chips (optional), about 6-8.
Bake 6 Minutes, reduce heat to 350° F and continue baking 14-15 Minutes.
Rest in Pan for 8-10 Minutes.
Cool Chocolate Muffins completely on Wire Rack.

We cook our Bacon Cheeseburger on a Indoor Grill, you can use an Outdoor BBQ or Frying Pan.
Combine the Meats (don't over work it) and divide in 4 equal portions. Shape each into a Burger Patty.
Heat the Grill and lightly grill all the Buns, set aside.
Grill each Burger Patty to your preference of doneness.
Top the cooked Patty with 1 slice of Cheese and 2 strips of Bacon.
This is how we stack your Bacon Cheeseburger.
Spread a dollop of Mayo on Bottom Bun, top with a leaf of Lettuce, slice of Tomato, 2 red Onion Rings, Bacon Cheeseburger.

Mix with Dough Hooks then knead to form a dough ball.
Oil the bowl and coat the dough ball with the oil.
Cover with a towel and rest for 1 hour.
Remove towel and punch down dough.
Flour surface and cut 8 equal dough pieces.
Form into balls, smooth the dough and roll in flour.
Lightly oil Baking Sheet, place balls equally spaced on sheet, cover with a towel for 30 Minutes.
Preheat Oven 400*F
Bake 10 - 12 Minutes, until golden.

Turkey Leg Mole
Ingredients:
4 Turkey Legs
9 oz Jar Mole Paste
1 Carrot (chopped)
1 Celery Rib (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Salt
8 cups Water
Pressure Cooker
Place Turkey Legs in Pressure Cooker add Water and Salt, cover with reg. lid and bring to a boil, simmer for 5 Minutes.
Open lid and remove floaters, add Carrot, Celery and Onion close & lock lid for Pressure Cooker.
Cook for 25 Minutes than natural release.
Take out Turkey Legs, set aside and cool.
Remove skin from Legs when ready to handle.
Remove Vegetables and reserve the Turkey Broth.
Slowly melt Mole Paste in approx. 4 cups of Broth on med heat. Stirring constantly until it is to the thickness of your liking.
Return Turkey Legs to pot and cover with Mole, simmer for 5 Minutes than serve.

2-1/4 cup Flour,

1 Egg,
Topping:

2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
Combine 1/2 cup warm water with the yeast and 1-1/2 tsp sugar, whisk and let it proof.
Add Flour, Sugar, Salt, Oil, Egg and 1/2 cup Water.
Use Dough Hooks and mix until Dough comes together. Add enough Flour and keep kneading until the Dough is smooth and does not stick.
Coat the Dough and a bowl with Oil & cover with a towel for 1 hour.
Punch Dough down and place on floured surface. Divide into 16 equal portions.
Shape each in Bread Sticks between 5-6" long and place 8 at a time on lightly Oil coated Baking Sheet. Cover with a towel for 20 Minutes.
Preheat Oven 400° F
Bake 10 - 12 Minutes until golden.
Melt the Butter for the Topping and add the Italian Seasoning, whisk well.

Amazingly Easy Pizza-Flammkuchen Toast Recipe
If you are looking for a new Recipe for an Appetizer, Lunch or Dinner, this is it. Delicious Pizza-Flammkuchen Toast is amazingly easy to make and versatile. Cut in triangles for Appetizers. On it's own for Lunch or great with a Salad for Dinner.
Pizza Flammkuchen Toast
Ingredients:
6 Whole Wheat Toast Bread
5 Bacon Slices, semi cooked/cut 30 pieces
1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
3/4 cup Sour Cream
6 oz MontereyJackCheese, shredded
1 Garlic Clove, minced
Black Pepper
Preheat Oven 400° F.
Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Place Bread on prepared Baking Sheet, toast Bread lightly, let cool.
Combine Sour Cream, Cheese & Garlic, mix well.
Spread equal amount of Sour Cream Mixture on each Bread Slice.
Top equally with Bacon Pieces & Onion Slices, season with Black Pepper.
Bake 15 - 20 Minutes.
Sprinkle with Parsley and serve.
