Easy Scrambled Eggs Recipe

This is an easy way of making Scrambled Eggs to enjoy for Breakfast with a toasted English Muffin & Coffee or in a Croissant with a side of fresh Fruit for Lunch.

Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1/2 tbsp Butter + dollop
Salt
Fresh Pepper
1 Green Onion, chopped

Crack the Eggs into a bowl.
Season with a Pinch of Salt and Pepper, beat Eggs.
In small Skillet melt 1/2 tbsp of Butter on medium heat.
Pour in Egg Mixture, let it set a little.
Push Eggs with Rubber Spatula to form Curds, fold and stir Eggs.
When almost done turn off heat, melt in a dollop of Butter.
Serve and sprinkle with Green Onions.
Enjoy!
