Miller records video while standing across the street from the school. As Miller was aware of the District’s intent to have him arrested for defiant trespass should he set foot on school district property, he pressed the issue to the limit and stood on the property across the street from the school campus to film a video which he then posted to his “Cultural Contrarian” Facebook site. The video falsely accused the District, school board, and administration of violating Miller’s constitutional rights.

Miller video 3-14-2022
Miller records a video of his interaction with principal and athletic director who tell him the evening's board meeting is cancelled.
Within the video, Miller narrates his walk to and from the school building saying he could be doing things like OSHA safety checks and Dept. of Environmental Resources inspection on erosion control. All organizations and activities to which Miller has no connection. He includes statements about the importance of not appearing suspicious.

Anthony Falgiatore testimony - Miller preliminary hearing Nov 7, 2022
Sgt. Falgiatore testifies in Miller’s defense. Under oath, Sgt. Falgiatore said he’d known Miller since January 2022. Sgt. Falgiatore testified he wouldn’t have enforced the trespass letter characterizing it as a “ham sandwich.” He also says “we would not” which seems to indicate he’s speaking on behalf of the entire East Whiteland Twp. police department.
