About Junipero Gin: 49.3 ABV
The first of its kind, Junipero fearlessly led the birth of American craft gin in 1996. Junípero is Spanish for juniper berry the main botanical in gin. Hell bent on elevating juniper & citrus flavors; the distilling team forged a new path by crafting each batch of Junipero in a small copper pot still. Decades later Junipero is still made by hand in San Francisco and celebrates those who break with convention to pursue an original path.
Aroma: Strong juniper core. Crisp and clean with bright citrus notes and herbal complexity.
Palate: Big structure with juniper at the forefront that opens up and reveals its full complexity in the finish with notes of lemon peel, cardamom and lemongrass.
12 Botanicals: Juniper, Angelica Root, Aniseed, Bitter Orange Peel, Cardamom, Cassia Bark, Orris Root, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Grains of Paradise, Cubeb, Coriander

About Nikka Coffey Gin: 47% ABV
Nikka Coffey Gin’s complexity is achieved through by balancing 11 selected botanicals and the silky texture of Coffey distillates (made with a Coffey Alambic).
The bright and zesty aroma originating from four kinds of Japanese citruses, Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shequasar, compliments the traditional gin botanicals of juniper berries, angelica, coriander seeds, lemon, and orange peels.
There is also a touch of apple, a fruit deeply related to the history of Nikka, followed by tangy hints of green Japanese Sansho pepper on the finish.
A perfect Gin for a Gimlet cocktail!

Finding The Oldest Margarita Recipe! | Master Your Glass
I promise you this video was not staged. In this video I went to open a package that I received and in it was the wrong thing. What came out of this episode was the showing of two vintage cocktail books. One from 1870 and one from 1937 and the oldest known recipe of the Margarita cocktail (Picador Cocktail) at that time. The two books in this video are:
Cooling Cups and Dainty Drinks by William Terrington, London and New York, 1870
Café Royal Cocktail Book by William J Tarling – London, 1937

How To Make The Classic And Hemingway Daiquiri | Master Your Glass
I could not think of anybody I know better than Julio Cabrerea on how to make two great Cuban cocktails: Daiquiri the Hemingway Daiquiri. Julio is a Cuban Cantinero and a classically trained bartender. He owns Café La Trova in Miami which is a popular Cuban restaurant and Bar in
Little Havana where the purist Cuban traditions and craft cocktails are brought to life.

Daiquiri
.5 Tbs. Granulated White Sugar
.75 oz. (22.5ml) Fresh lime juice
2 oz. (60ml) White Rum
Method (Shake and Strain): Chill a cocktail glass and set aside. Add the sugar first followed by the lime juice, give these two ingredients alone a 10 second stir to properly mix. Next add the remaining ingredients with ice into the Shaker. Shake for roughly 10 seconds and strain into the
chilled Cocktail Glass.
Garnish: None
