INGREDIENTS
* 8 oz cream cheese
* 1/4 cup bell peppers
* 1/8 cup onions
* 1/4 cup cucumber
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* Pinch salt
Instructions
Add All the Ingredients in the blender and a pulse Few times until it's all blended.Now
add the mixture to the cream cheese. Mix well

3-4 drops vanilla extract

PREPARATION
1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar or sweetener and vanilla, lemon juice stirring until there are no lumps.
2. Microwave for at least 2-3 minutes, 30-45 seconds at a time at 50% power. Make sure the cheesecake does not bubble over the sides.
3. Chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, until it is completely cool to the touch.

INGREDIENTS
½ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup spinach, chopped 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan, divided ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper ¼ cup marinara sauce
4 no-boil lasagna noodles, broken in half ½ cup mozzarella
PREPARATION
1. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta, spinach, parsley, one tablespoon of 2. Parmesan, salt and pepper until combined.
1. In the glass container, spread a layer of tomato sauce.
2. Top the tomato sauce with the lasagna noodles and cover the noodles with a layer of the ricotta mixture.
3. Top the ricotta with another layer of tomato sauce and a layer of mozzarella.
4. Continue with another layer of noodles and repeat.
5. Cover the top layer of lasagna noodles with more tomato sauce and a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan.
6. Place the lid on the glass container, without locking it closed.
7. Microwave for 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted through.
8. Remove from the microwave carefully, the container will be hot!
9. Allow to cool and refrigerate, or enjoy immediately. Enjoy!

LOADED TATER TOTS APPETIZER
Ingredients
* 48-60 frozen tater tots (16-oz bag)
* 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
* 2 green onions, sliced (green part only)
Instructions
* Preheat oven to 450ºF. Spray muffin pan cups with cooking spray.
* For mini-sized muffin pan: Place 2-3 tater tots in each muffin cup.
* For regular sized muffin pan: Place 4-5 tater tots in each muffin cup.
* Place tater tots muffin pan on bottom rack of the oven and and bake 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven.
* Spray bottom of shot glass or small juice glass with cooking spray. Use it (in a twisting motion) to press the tater tots in each muffin cup to make potato cup. Return to oven; bake additional 15 minutes or until deep golden brown.
* Add 1 tablespoon of cheese to each potato cups and bacon .Bake for 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Transfer to platter and let cool for 5 minutes.
* Add sour cream, and green onion to each tater tot cup, and other garnishes. Serve
Ham, salami, and cheese Puff Pastry Pinwheels
INGREDIENTS
1 store-bought puff pastry sheet
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
Submarine dressing
4-5 slices deli ham, salami or your choice of cold cuts
4-5 slices provolone cheese or your choice of cheese
1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set it aside.
Spread the mayonnaise over the puff pastry sheet. Arrange the ham on top in a single layer. Top it with the provolone cheese. Roll the puff pastry into a tight log. Set the log seam side down .Using a pastry brush, brush the tops and sides of each pinwheel with the egg wash.
Bake until they are golden, about 17 to 20 minutes.
