How To Make Healthy Crust Pizza / Keto /
Dough:
* 1 ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
* ½ cup almond flour
* ½ tsp onion powder
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
* 1 tablespoon baking powder
* 1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
1. In a large bowl, melt the cheese by microwaving in 30 second increments.
2. Once melted add your superfine almond flour, baking powder, xanthan, and egg.
3. Knead until well combined
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
shape dough into round crust
Add sauce with a brush
Add cheese
bake for another 20-25 minutes until done
Sprinkle red pepper flakes on top
Slice and allow to cool
