5 Minute Meals That Are Healthy and Yummy
Suzanna McGee is a former Ms. Natural Olympia bodybuilding champion, now competitive tennis player, author, speaker, raw vegan athlete, and performance and injury prevention specialist with over 25 years of experience.
She is certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine and also holds a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell University. She is an author of “Tennis Fitness for the Love of it” and “The Athlete’s Simple Guide to a Plant-Based Lifestyle.”
Suzanna McGee loves to talk about plant-based nutrition for maximum athletic performance, health, and longevity.
She has personally experienced the power of plant-based nutrition, and the majority of her clients have also transitioned to a plant-based diet with great results.
Suzanna McGee also teaches mindful fitness and injury prevention by recreating musculoskeletal balance in the body.
Your Challenge:
Add more plants into your diet, preferably in the whole, natural state. Eat as many plants as you can. Add 5 extra servings of organic fruits to your diet every day for the next 7 days!
Ashley's Flourless Bread Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup / 135g sunflower seeds
½ cup / 90g flax seeds
½ cup / 65g hazelnuts
½ cup / 65g almonds
1 ½ cups / 145g cooked quinoa
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
4 Tbsp. psyllium seed husks (3 Tbsp. if using psyllium husk powder)
2 tsp. fine grain sea salt
3 Tbsp. melted coconut oil or ghee
1 ½ cups / 350ml water
For sweetness:
1 or 2 mashed bananas (more banana for sweetness)
1 diced apple or 1 can of mashed pineapple for sweetness
Optional: 1/2 cup dried blueberries, cranberries or raisins
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients, stirring well. Whisk oil and water together in a measuring cup. Add this to the dry ingredients and mix very well until everything is completely soaked and dough becomes very thick.
Let sit out on the counter for at least 2 hours, or all day or overnight.
Mix in the cooked quinoa with the dough and put the mix in flexible silicon loaf pans. Only fill the pans so the bread is about 2-3 inches tall.
To ensure the dough is ready, it should retain its shape even when you pull the sides of the loaf pan away from it. Mix in a bit more water if the dough is too hard.
Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
Place loaf pan in the oven on the middle rack, and bake for about 40 minutes. Watch bread to make sure it doesn't burn. Remove bread from loaf pan, place it upside down on a baking sheet and bake for another 30-40 minutes. Bread is done when it sounds hollow when tapped. Let cool completely before slicing.
You can toast the slices in a toaster oven or a regular oven and serve with ghee/coconut oil, cheese or nut butter!
Store bread in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to five days. Freezes well too – slice before freezing for quick and easy toast!
Be sure to drink a glass of water after eating a few slices. This flourless bread is FILLED with fiber and can cause constipation if you don't drink enough water!

I discovered my guest, Dr. David Jockers when I first listened to Ty Bollinger and his views about cancer. He’s also a Doctor of Natural Medicine and a functional Nutritionist who is going to educate us today on the ketogenic diet for detox and healing other diseases naturally.
Jockers is a phenomenal Chiropractor who only after his first year, had such incredible success.
Holistic Background
Jockers’ mom was always very Holistic. She eventually became a Naturopath. So Jockers never took prescription or medication, and his family grew a lot of their food in their garden. He was already living a healthier lifestyle than most people around him.
But Jockers struggled with digestive issues despite being athletic. In his 20s, his digestive issues were full blown. He dealt with irritable bowel syndrome and lost weight. His adrenals also were not functioning properly.
Jockers started researching and made changes in nutrition and lifestyle. His health improved and that inspired him to go to chiropractic school.
Developing Skin Cancer
Jockers put up his clinic after he graduated. He was 27 years old and was working a lot. All of a sudden, he developed skin cancer on his nose.
So Jockers had to work on his health emotionally, mentally and spiritually. And for his body consuming so many carbohydrates, Jockers usually felt better when he was on a low carb diet.
Because his body was always so exhausted, he would crave carbs and eat at night. Eventually, Jockers thought of moving out of his clinic, hire an associate doctor and change his life.
Back in 2011, Jockers never even heard of the ketogenic diet. When he did his diet, the nodule on his nose completely went away. It was a confirmation that the body can heal itself.
“When we remove the interferences—toxins, bad diet, bad thinking, too little or too much exercise, the body will do what it is designed to do, which is heal and repair,” said Jockers.

I am so thrilled to have Veronica Drake on the show today to talk about life purpose, practical spirituality, and intuition. If you want to be healthy physically, we also need to address all the other planes of existence.
Holistic health is not just about the physical aspect. If you’re missing something emotional, mentally and spiritually, there’s not enough kale in the world to fix that.
Tumultuous Past
“I’m always mindful that our biography, our story, becomes our biology. The life that we live becomes a physical reality so for a long number of years, I was spinning my wheels,” shared Drake.
“I was ignoring everything about my life that hurt. I lived in a bubble. I wasn’t raised with any image of a God. In fact, I have a very dysfunctional background.”
Drake’s mother is schizophrenic and bi-polar. Her father was an alcoholic. Drake says her childhood reminded her that she wasn’t good enough. She had no support system. It was scary.
Drake married young just to get out, and the one she married took care of her which she needed desperately. She wanted to be wanted. Drake had her first son at 21 and her second son at 24.
She thought that was the answer for everything but life got worse. Drake became addicted to Xanax and pain medication after suffering from a back problem which she ended up having surgery for.
Drake says her story led her to make decisions based on other people’s definitions of who she should be and what she should want. So when she felt she couldn’t do that anymore, Drake was about 32 years old. She wanted to commit suicide.

Ashley’s guest today is Jennifer Saltzman who has been a Pilates instructor in the Seattle area for 21 years. She graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a degree in modern dance in 1991. After moving to Seattle she completed her certification as an instructor in 1995. She ran her own Pilates studio for seven years and then was hired by the prestigious Bellevue Club, where she has been instructing individuals and groups for the past 14 years.
Jennifer describes Pilates as a whole body workout, a series of exercises that can be tailored to the individual for maximum strength, flexibility and balance. It is a most efficient way of working the body’s core, a complex series of muscles extending beyond the abs. She emphasizes the importance of maintaining mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health, as well the significance of having a sense of community in life.

Homeoprophylaxis: Safe Alternative To Vaccines?
Today’s topic is close to my heart. Dr. Cilla Whatcott has a very deep understanding about educating our immune system how to combat disease without the use of vaccines and instead use homeoprophylaxis.
Slow Realization
Whatcott grew up in New Jersey, and her dad was an immigrant from Italy. Her mother died when she was 16 years, and she watched that process with what occurred within Western medicine surrounding her illness and her death.
Whatcott’s father died when she was in her 20s, and she observed the same thing. Their death sowed the seeds of her interest in medicine.
Whatcott wanted to have a large family. But when she married, she found out she couldn’t have kids, so Whatcott started adopting. She adopted a child from Taiwan, another from mainland China and Russia. So it was a surprise when Whatcott did end up having a biological child.
Taking Matters At Her Hands
Whatcott’s four kids had different illnesses. Nothing in conventional medicine completely cured them.
Finally, she had a pediatrician in Washington who advised Whatcott to try homeopathy, particularly for her son’s asthma. Within six months, his asthma disappeared.
Whatcott took her son with migraines, and it also disappeared. Her daughter who had kidney reflux never had a kidney infection anymore after getting healed by homeopathy.
Whatcott was fascinated by homeopathy and decided to go back to school. She studied for four years in homeopathic school.
The Power Of Homeopathy
Whatcott’s father didn’t understand what the medical doctors told him. At one point, he misunderstood the doctor and thought the doctor said to him that he was cancer-free.
So he came home and told Whatcott he was cured. He had a prognosis which gave him another year to live, but because he believed he was cured, he lived another fifteen years.
“I saw the power of the doctor’s words being the medicine. People believe what they are told. Our health is not only physical. It involves our thoughts, emotions and our mind,” said Whatcott.

Maximizing The Benefits Of Essential Oils
I'm sure you have heard the multiple benefits of essentials oils. From cleaning to natural medicine and detoxification, there are more than a hundred uses of essential oils. And yes, even cooking! So we're in for a treat today because my guest, Leiann King, will teach us how to use these oils properly.
The use of essential oils dates back to the ancient times. It has proven to be beneficial because of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. However, King says we should avoid overusing it since it is a chemical.
Getting Into Essential Oils
King is a certified master herbalist and international certified aromatherapist. She will be getting her raw foods certification soon. Married to a farmer, she is a proud mother of...drum roll please...nine children!
And because King didn't have any health insurance, she learned to use essential oils, especially as a natural medicine. Using essential oils for 15 years, King's pharmacy was her backyard.
During those years, King became frustrated with the essential oils workshops and seminars she attended. It didn't leave much of a mark for her to feel a significant long-term change. Hence, this was when she started to create her blends to maximize the benefits of essential oils.
"People don't know the vast benefits of aromatherapy. Essential oils can trigger mechanisms in your brains," said King. "It can also call back positive experiences, release negative experiences or lock in something you want to have happened."

Oleg of Green Bloom For Humanity is Ashley’s guest today on The Learn True Health Podcast. Oleg is an expert in the healing properties of cannabis, and his business, Green Bloom For Humanity, is leading the industry in developing RAW, non-psychoactive cannabinoids. “Don’t get high, get healthy” is Green Bloom’s motto.

Today's episode tackles about vaccination and the unknown risks and dangers that go along with this medical tradition.
We're taught that immunizations are necessary to shield us from viruses that cause contagious and fatal illnesses. However, researches say otherwise.
Our guest today, Dr. Heather Wolfson is a Chiropractic physician who provides chiropractic and nutritional care to adults and children. She is married to Dr. Jack Wolfson, or better known as the Paleo Cardiologist in the world of Naturopathic Medicine.
According to the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases, "Disease prevention is the key to public health. It is always better to prevent a disease than to treat it. Vaccines prevent disease in the people who receive them and protect those who come into contact with unvaccinated individuals. Vaccines help prevent infectious diseases and save lives."
But contrary to this statement was the result of a comprehensive survey conducted for more than 12,000 kids from Europe and USA. It was found out that vaccinated kids are more chronically ill than unvaccinated kids. These children according to the study had acquired ear infections, autism, ADHD, allergies, coordination and gross motor issues and many others.
In fact, numerous vaccines were discovered to had problems and were banned from the market later on. GlaxoSmithKline apparently removed a vaccine for Lyme disease citing reasons such as poor sales, but later it was found out that people who were vaccinated suffered from symptoms that were even worse than the disease!
Heather will also enlighten us on the benefits of Chiropractor and other natural practices to cure diseases instead of relying on vaccines. "There's no such thing as separating the poisons out. There's no safe vaccine. The benefit of going to the Chiropractor is you have the healing hands. We have to have a healthy nervous system. Chiropractors use their hands in adjusting and address nutrition."

Switching To A Whole Foods Diet
I'm so excited for today's episode because we have Donnie DeSanti back on the show. He is going to teach us how to use whole foods diet to heal, get off drugs and ADHD, IHS, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic adrenal disease as well as other illnesses.
Diagnosed With ADHD
DeSanti was a nightmare child with lots of energy, and he was diagnosed with ADHD around 4th grade.
He was put on a daily dosage of Ritalin, and doctors told DeSanti that he had a chemical imbalance and hence, had a learning disability.
At first, it seemed the Ritalin was working. DeSanti's behavior improved, he was getting better grades, and he calmed down. But inside, DeSanti felt embarrassed and broken.
In high school, DeSanti discovered the power of food. Inspired by a woman who reversed her cancer illness through a change in her diet and lifestyle, DeSanti was confident that if he changed his diet, he too could live medication free.
Through trial and error and constant research and support, DeSanti has been medication free since 1993. Since then, he wanted to help people who are in a similar situation.
Success Story
DeSanti just had a conversation with a client recently, someone who he has been working with for three months now. She had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, a bunch of stomach issues, and her doctor wanted to prescribe medications.
That client told the doctor to give her a couple of months to try it on her own. She reached out to DeSanti, and they have been working together. After a few months, her numbers all plummeted.
DeSanti's client lost ten pounds by cleaning her diet, she got off some medications for stomach issues, and her doctor was baffled. DeSanti apparently saved her from a lifetime of drugs.

In this podcast, Steve shares how our body image and our relationship with our body can easily be distorted by our mind. We think this is just a problem women have but men are just as prone to body dysmorphia. Looking in the mirror and obsessing over a flaw that isn’t there. Men want to be taller with more muscles and as Steve points out, he gained 100lbs of muscle body building and when he looked in the mirror his mind could not let him see his accomplishment, only his believe that it wasn’t enough.
It will never be enough until you heal the relationship with yourself.
Steve shares that the relationship to our behavior needs to change. The language we use, the identity we form, around our problem is a good place to start. You will stay, “This is my arm. I have an arm.” But when it comes to fat we say “I am fat”. It has become that person’s identity. If it’s their belief system they will always hold onto that problem and beat themselves up over that problem when they look in the mirror no matter how much weight they lose.
If you change your relationship to the problem in order to solve the problem.
Our habits are our continuous behaviors that result in our health. If we want to make permanent health changes we need to start from within so we can affect our environment and our habits to align with our health goals.
Steve shares that this isn’t about beating yourself up or killing ourselves at the gym. Having understanding, compassion and love for yourself is one of his first steps.
If we would look at how we treat ourselves like how two people treat each other we would realize that we are in an abusive relationship with ourselves!

Exercise choice where we have it. Knowing where you do have a choice and avoiding environments where you know you will give into what you do not want to give into. This is one way you can nurture yourself and build trust with yourself again.
Said another way, if you had a close friend who was a recovering alcoholic you wouldn’t ask them to go to the liquor store with you, so why do you walk down the aisle at the grocery store that contains the foods you want to avoid and then beat yourself up when you put them in your cart. Or if you are trying to quit smoking, pay for your gas outside so you don’t give yourself the opportunity to be confronted at the cash register by the cigarettes for sale.
Take a step back and find where you do have willpower. If you don’t go down the aisle you won’t force yourself into that situation. Treat yourself with the same love and respect you would treat a friend.

Alan Bell is the author of Poisoned. It tells how a prosecutor turned his medical mystery into a crusade for environmental victims.
I have a lot of guests who have stressed the negative effects of environmental toxins from chemicals to ordinary items such as make-up. People are getting sick and doctors are making them drink lots of medicines.
Successful Prosecutor
"I was a prosecutor in South Florida in the 80s. That time, they were filming 'Miami Vice' and I was there. Suddenly I came down with really bizarre medical symptoms. I started getting a sore throat, my eyes started burning me, my lungs started burning," Alan Bell said.allan bell
It progressed to the point where Alan Bell began feeling fatigue. Like flu that wouldn't go away. So he went to several doctors but they didn't know what was wrong.
It became worse and Alan Bell was experiencing seizures. He went to the Mayo Clinic, Cleaveland Clinic and National Jewish Hospital among others.
Poisoned
Finally one day, there was a physician at National Jewish Hospital in Colorado who told Bell he was poisoned based on blood test results. He flew back to South Florida and talked to his investigators and told them the doctors' findings. He instructed them to investigate what was causing his condition.
"I went to another doctor in South Florida who specialized in environmental health. He told me the building I was working in is making me sick. I didn't believe him at first but when my investigators came back with results, they affirmed what this Florida doctor said. That was my 'Ah-ha!' moment," recalls Alan Bell.
That doctor advised him to get out of South Florida and settle somewhere else far away. He referred Alan Bell to a support group that deals with people who are environmentally injured.
Erin Brockovich and Bubble Boy
"Hence, they relocated me to an 800 square foot bubble in the middle of the Arizona desert. So along with my wife and daughter, we went to Arizona, to that bubble in the middle of nowhere," recalls Alan.
Inside the bubble was nothing. In addition to that, it was like a cold, steel cell. Consequently, Bell ended up in a wheelchair. And his health deteriorated. Soon, his wife couldn't handle the situation so she left and left their child with Alan.
"I fought to stay alive for the sake of my daughter. All I had in the bubble was a phone, fax, pencil and paper. Hence, I began to use those tools to talk to the top scientists on the planet," said Bell.

All of us have varied definitions of happiness. Some find it in material things, and others find it in relationships. But do you know that there is a formula to be happy? My guest, Michael Weinberger will show us an amazing way to how to truly be happy through his Happiness Formula.
The Dark Years
Life wasn’t always a bowl of cherries for Weinberger. Having been diagnosed in 1994 with bipolar disorder at the age of 17, Weinberger went through some troublesome years at school, which dragged on until he got married and started his career.
However, it didn’t stop there. Apparently, Weinberger’s biggest struggle was his weight. When he was 32 years old, he reached a shallow point in his life. Nothing seemed to go well, and that led him to the brink of suicide.
Weinberger eventually was able to pick up the pieces of his life. He joined programs that helped him manage his weight as well as change his negative thoughts and emotions into positive ones.
A Plan For Living
Once Weinberger got back on track, that’s when he decided to create A Plan For Living. He says he initially created it out of necessity to manage his own life and that others could benefit from it as well.
A Plan For Living app focuses on gratitude, spirituality, and mindfulness. It also deals with impulse control, anxiety, fear, worry, and frustration. According to Weinberger, this tool is a saving grace for anyone who has been through the worst challenges in life.

The Truth About Chronic Illness
Everyone's in for a special treat if you want to know more about chronic illness. Naturopathic Doctor Christine Schaffner can thoroughly educate us regarding this.
Dr. Schaffner loves to treat patients who have seen every doctor under the sun. These are patients who have a chronic illness and for some reason, they're not getting better. She loves to help them recover their health naturally through education, lifestyle change, and special testing.
It's pretty exciting because Dr. Schaffner got tricks up her sleeve that I've never seen other Naturopathic Doctors do. So uncovering the mystery behind chronic illness is going to be a lot of fun.
Runs In The Family
chronic illnessDr. Schaffner grew up on the east coast, outside of Washington, D.C. Her father is an oncologist and her mother trained as a nurse but had a background in education. In addition to that, she was a hospital director so technically, Dr. Schaffner grew up in the world of medicine.
"We joke that one of my brother's first words was chemotherapy. Medicine was what I grew up around. With my father being an oncologist, I grew up on antibiotics and food was not even part of the paradigm at that point.," she said.
Finding Her Way
With Science as her favorite subject in high school, she had an inner knowing that medicine was most likely her calling. But despite that, she wanted something more.
"In high school during the 90s, the whole idea of 'mind, body, and spirit' was a new thought. Going through the spiritual section at bookstores then, always triggered more questions," she said.
Dr. Schaffner initially did not know Naturopathic Medicine existed until she met one of her mother's friends who had cancer. That friend sought out a lot of alternative medicine. She was also the one who exposed Dr. Schaffner to Bastyr University when she was in high school.

People nowadays are getting more health-conscious. Food just used to be a source of survival, but it is now a primary way to help our body reach optimal health. But with so many diets around, what is the best technique in finding the right diet?
My guest today, KJ Landis is not a stranger to dieting. Like me, Landis struggled so many years finding the right diet. But despite Landis’ active lifestyle, the weight just couldn’t stay off. It was frustrating!
To those who have not heard of her, KJ Landis is a fantastic author and health expert. On this episode, Landis shares valuable tips on finding the right diet and how to maintain your ideal weight. Her weight loss journey is truly inspiring.
Recovering From Pain
Landis revealed that used to be obese as a child. The sadness she felt seemed endless and overwhelming because apparently, she was molested by relatives from age 7 to 12.
When she turned 12 years old and celebrated her bar mitzvah, Landis finally took hold of her life. With her newfound courage, she finally faced her perpetrators. When Landis refused the abuse, only then was she able to shed her pain.
Battle Of The Bulge
Life seemed to pass by in a blur. Years later, Landis landed a job working at the Hilton in San Francisco where she stayed for 15 years.
As years went by, Landis gradually packed on the pounds. By the time she was 46 years old, she has gained a total of 50 lbs. Hence, Landis decided to undergo liposuction.
Landis was all set after paying a down payment for her liposuction. However, her husband insisted the procedure is pointless. He believed Landis would gain all the weight back if she didn’t focus on finding the right diet instead.
“I looked into other options, and HCG intrigued me,” Landis shared. “After seven weeks of daily research, I decided to go on an HCG diet.”

Life is not always a bowl of cherries. When we feel depressed, we yearn to talk to someone. Friends or family are always not around to help. So finding someone who is great in empathic coaching can indeed lift our spirits.
So guess who I have again on my show today? Kimberly Lackey! For my regular listeners, I’m sure you remember her. And for those who don’t, Kimberly Lackey happens to be a Health Coach who does some awesome coaching with empathy.
Integrative Health Coaching
Aside from coaching with empathy, Lackey shared her cancer journey in our previous episode here at Learn True Health. Her health ordeal turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it helped her to understand people more.
Some of you might be apprehensive in hiring someone like an Empathy Coach. But coaching with empathy is a process of gaining a client’s trust by sincerely being an active listener.
I honestly think it is wonderful to hire someone who can understand what you. Then navigate those roadblocks in your life through coaching with empathy.
Staying Active
And what is new with Lackey? Well, after beating cancer and dealing with an arthritic condition, she admirably completed a triathlon.
Furthermore, Lackey shares that training for a half marathon in preparation for the triathlon was the hardest. She said running is her least favorite event.
However, that struggle to run isn’t slowing Lackey down. Apart from continuing her business of coaching with empathy, she is currently training for the Giants race in San Francisco.

Posture Correction
Posture correction leads to the elimination of chronic pain. Brendan Ridings has had great success helping his clients relieve joint and muscle pain that even doctors were unable to help fix. In today’s interview Brendan shares why so many of us are suffering from chronic pain, why most of us need posture correction and what we can do to take matters into our own hands. Many of his clients have been able to utilize Brendan’s posture correction exercises to the point where they were able to avoid surgery!
Brendan Ridings graduated from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale with a Bachelor’s of Science focusing on Human Nutrition and Dietetics. While attaining his degree, Brendan won the 2007 WABDL World powerlifting championships, the 2008 and 2009 WABDL National Colligate Championships, and currently holds the IL bench press record and deadlift record in 2 weight classes.
Brendan went on to attain his Corrective Exercise Specialty from The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Brendan teaches people how to easily reverse chronic pain and correct their posture using simple biomechanics, exercise and a back support device he invented. Poor posture has a stronger correlation to lowered life expectancy than smoking. The majority of osteoarthritis and chronic pain conditions are actually chronic poor posture and bad movement patterns resulting from these postures. Brendan provides simple, actionable steps to feel better, look better, and prevent pain.
Brendan Ridings shares that poor postural mechanics resulting from the 9+ hours spent sitting has even distorted breathing patterns. We have adopted chest breathing which is shallow and rapid, this signals the body to release cortisol and adrenaline, which creates stressful feelings and chemistry.

A lengthened muscle from slouching becomes weakened.
Reciprocal inhibition is when the nervous system shuts down around elongated muscle from slouching making it harder for us to activate good muscle patterns and posture!
Brendan teaches exercises we can all do to help reverse bad posture.
Bad posture leads to chronic pain and can wear down joints unevenly.
Health AH-HA Moment:
Poor posture leads to increased stress hormone levels and decreased testosterone! Likewise, 4 minutes in a “power posture” decrease stress hormones and increase testosterone!
Your Challenge:
Do these three exercises below:
1. Exercise:
Good Neuro Muscular Activity:
Hands outstretched to sides, turn palms to the ceiling. This activates the between the shoulder blades that are normally over stretched muscles from slouching.
2. Exercise:
Lay on floor on back
Squeeze butt so hips come off floor a little
Squeeze abs 20% and bring the bottom of rib care a little closer to the pelvis.
This is a neutral spine that helps reactivate your core.
3. Exercise:
To lower stress levels and the stress hormone:
Sit down
Pull shoulder blades back
pull your head back into a neutral position
Place hands on your thighs with palms facing down.
Take a couple of deep breaths, slightly deeper than normal, through the nose and out of the mouth.
Turn palms up to face the ceiling.
Sit up straight and pull your shoulder blades back, now focus on drawing the air into your belly or diaphragm.
Take another couple of deep breaths, slightly deeper than normal, through the nose and out of the mouth.
Notice it’s easier to breath when your palms face upwards.
You will see after 1 minute, you already have a more relaxed feeling in your body. Diaphragm breathing helps to relax the body, improve oxygenation, and even stimulate serotonin. Since stress is linked to almost all medical conditions, this is something you can do daily, or when feeling stressed to counteract the harsh effects of chronic stress.
Do this daily for 2 minutes to relax. Use it before bed and when at the office.
