I was enchanted with how lovely it looked outside! The leaves are at peak or just past it and the fog added another layer of lovely!

Parenting hack: let your kids wear neon colors when it is dark out but still early in the evening, particularly at a party. Next time, we might have the kiddos wear our light up bracelets from a light up capture the flag game!

I didn’t expect the boys to have an audience for their latest DIY adventure!

Kota took over Brie’s last castle, so when she finally broke that, Brie and J made a new one! This is a “kennel” for both our princesses! 😂

I thought puppies never liked baths?! We randomly find her in the tub!

This was built in an afternoon. At night, our puppy inhabited it!

So the other night we had a bunch of people over and since Kota is still learning not to jump on people, we pit her in her outside kennel. That’s exactly where the dirt was! Quite the opposite look of her princess look!

Dinner table is an adventure when she wants to join!

Once we figured out how to get her to sit still for this, we have had a lot of fun! She did so well!

Found this at a sculpture garden. Lord of cool images all cuz they put mirrors in specific places!

We are having a party soon and need to clean up the yard! So many acorns!

She was in both sides of the coop! I wonder what she thought she’d find!

These are meat chickens so they are made to be hungry!

Google maps told me this was true… they had monuments marked right next to Taylor Swift’s bench! Hilarious! Had to see it, not cuz I am a huge fan of Taylor Swift, but because everyone else is, lol’

This chicken kept approaching me and I found it fascinating.

It feels like this is at least a year in the making. We have slowly taught letters and sounds and just now I feel like it is starting to click. Patience. At times, I felt like I didn’t have it. But EVERY parent can do it. You can be patient with your kids. You will see the reward!

I have heard Annie F Downs talk about walking at Radnor Lake and she was right! Everyone there is ALL about walking and exercise… and it’s the most gorgeous place to do it! If I lived close, I’d do it whenever I could!

This is our fourth year with meat chickens but first year with this particular breed, which can forage!

It was a great feeling to have kids old enough to take care of all the luggage… because they wanted to!
