Ingredients-
Pasta 1 Pack
Minced Meat 500g
Chopped Onions 1 cup
Chopped Bell Pepper 1 cup
Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
Chopped Green Chilli 2 nos
Tomato Puree 1 cup
Paprika Powder 1tsp
Chilli Flakes 1tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1tsp
Chicken Cube 1 no
Chilli sauce 2 tsp
Ketchup 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mozzarella cheese as desired
Let's get going:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
2. To prepare chilli; in a large skillet heat oil over medium heat and add garlic paste, fry it for few seconds then add in chopped onions, sauté onions until translucent.
3. Add in minced meat and fry it until it changes its color.
Add all the spices at this stage and fry for few minutes then add in chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, green chilli and fry for few more minutes.
4. Add tomato purée, mix it well and add in half cup of water.
5. Cover the lid and let simmer for 20-25 minutes on low heat.
6. When the sauce is reduced and thickens, add in boiled pasta and mix it well.
7. Transfer half of the pasta into serving dish. Put 1st layer of mozzarella cheese, then add the remaining pasta ano layer the remaining cheese on top.
8. Bake it at 200 degrees C/ 392 degrees F for 20 minutes or until the cheese melts and turns golden brown. Serve hot.
