After my avocado toast recipe became popular a while back, I thought l'd share all my favorite avocado breakfast toasts here! In this video I'm sharing two super delicious avocado egg toasts. They are both super easy and super delicious. Perfect as an avocado breakfast, snack or dinner!
INGREDIENTS
AVOCADO EGG SALAD TOAST:
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 medium avocado
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder salt and pepper bread
AVOCADO TOAST WITH CARAMELIZED ONION & EGGS
1 medium onion (any kind)
2 eggs
olive oil (or cooking oil)
butter
salt to taste bread
