Best Ever Chicken Quesadilla Recipe!

In this video I'm sharing the most delicious quesadilla recipe! l've made a lot of quesadillas over the years but this one stands apart. The filling is incredibly flavorful and easy to make too.
These chicken quesadillas are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and seasoned to perfection! The best part is that it's super easy and comes together in less than 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
6 flour tortillas (large)
11b/450g chicken (ground/shredded/finely chopped)
1/2 cup tomato purée
1 medium onion
5 garlic cloves (or as per preference)
3 tosp pickled jalapenos (chopped)
1 tbsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tosp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt (add to taste)
olive oil (as needed)
2 tosp cilantro (finely chopped)
3 cups/300g grated cheese (cheddar, monterey jack, mozzarella, pepper jack, oaxaca or queso quesadilla)
