In the past, he worked with a group of soldiers known as WinterICE, attempting to locate an elderly scientist who has been conducting research into psychic powers. In the present, John attempts to piece together what he remembers and locate members of WinterICE in the hope that he can clear his name, work out what actually happened, and discover how he came to have psychic powers himself. Second Sight is a 3D shooter with stealth elements. The player mostly controls John from a third-person perspective, though it is possible to switch to first-person view under certain circumstances. During the course of the game the player gets to use telekinesis, healing, charm, projection and possession powers and two types of psychic attack, plus a variety of weapons. Most situations can be tackled with stealth, mindless violence or psychic powers, or a combination of the three.

Scaler is an action platform game in which the player controls Bobby Jenkins, who turns into a lizard in the “bizarre dimension” and tries to stop the evil Looger and his cronies. Scaler has many abilities, such as climbing walls to reach new areas and riding vines to charge up his electric bomb attack. He can use camouflage to sneak by deadly traps and confuse your enemies. Scaler attacks with his tongue or claws, which can be upgraded during the game. The Electric Bomb attacks several enemies at once. Scaler can also transform into some of the enemies he defeats after defeating enough of them and use the special abilities of that creature.

Characters from the show, voiced by the same actors who did the voices in theRobotechcartoon, will make cameo appearances throughout the game. As the game progresses Jack will gain access to new Veritech models, which have different stats but mostly the same abilities. In Fighter mode the Veritech can fire a rapid fire Gunpod bullets or homing missiles as well as drop a decoy pod that will attract enemy missiles. Guardian mode is slower than Fighter mode and loses the ability to drop decoy pods, but can aim Gunpod bullets, gains more powerful missiles, and can pick up mission critical items. Battloid mode can not fly or fire missiles, but can rapidly aim the Gunpod and automatically shoot down enemy missiles. Each mode can be switched between instantly and whenever desired.

Other features concerning gameplay include drifts, Nitro adjustments, and individual classes and attributes for every car. The game also features a system referred to as the pressure meter, a fighting game-esque gauge that fills up as the player gets closer to a rival car. Most of the time, when the player overtakes an NPC, it will trigger a dialog, complimenting your movements, and it might also trigger a dialog when the pressure meter is full/half-full. The game offers a story mode where the player follows the racing career of Rena Hayami as she struggles to deal with the busy life of a professional race car driver and the politics of the sport. Other modes include the usual racing game fare: single races, time attacks, a versus mode, and car customization. It is rated T for realistic driving mechanics (similar to Gran Turismo 3 and Kaido Battle: Nikko, Haruna, Rokko, Hakone) and some scenes unsuitable for kids.

Pokémon XD, like its predecessors, is a role-playing game with turn-based battles. What makes it different from previous Pokémon games is that it features a more developed story with many characters to meet and interact as well as locations to explore. This game also includes combat-mode where you can battle against 1 or 3 other players.

The Pikmin come in three varieties with each a special ability. Red Pikmin are immune to fire while blue Pikmin are able to swim and yellow Pikmin can be thrown far. Aside from the story mode there is a Challenge Mode that is unlocked after all the types of Pikmin are discovered in the story mode. The goal in this mode is to grow as many Pikmin as possible in a single day.

The plot is furthered through use of FMV video with live actors and digital sets, which has been heavily enhanced so that it looks quite real.

Enhancements are still unlocked gradually, but the cars have now been divided over different tiers. There are about 40 cars to unlock. The city and the surroundings in the career mode have been divided into different territories, controlled by gangs. You are either invited or challenged to race in the sections and claim them as your own. To do so, you have to impress the gang leader by winning races until he challenges you for a duel - first in the city, then over the narrow roads of Carbon Canyon. The crew feature, with room for up to 6 cars, allows you to assign three roles to racers: drafters, scouts and blockers. These are supporting characters you can hire to help you win races. Drafters leave behind a coloured trail that makes it easier to find the way, scouts discover hidden shortcuts, and blockers try to cause mayhem to slow your opponents down.

Before the player can enter the Grand Prix, the player must first qualify by competing in the Qualifying Lap within 73 seconds or less. If the player, however, does not qualify in the Qualifying Lap, the player may continue to race until the Race Timer runs after 90 seconds.When the time runs out - Game Over. Qualifying will enable the player to start in one of the eight available positions. The faster the lap time was, the better the starting position in addition to bonus score points. The number one starting position is the Pole Position. During the Grand Prix, the player will compete against the Race Timer as well as against other racing cars. If the player fails to beat the Race Timer in any lap, the player drops out of the race - Game Over.

This was also the first Pac-Man game to officially introduce the Clyde/Blinky naming error, meaning Clyde was red and Blinky was orange almost like a "color swap." In addition, it is the only Pac-Man game to include the ghost Kinky, who combines with the four main ghosts to form stronger, super-powered enemies. This game was packaged along with Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, and nine other games in Namco Museum for PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Nintendo GameCube, which was only released in North America. It was also included in Pac-Man Collection (released worldwide) along with the original Pac-Man, Pac-Mania, and Pac-Attack.

The player moves left and right to aim at an alien, then shoots a bullet up the screen, and the alien it hits is killed. The aliens are classed as Drones, Emissaries, Hornets and Commanders, with those higher up the screen scoring more points when destroyed. At set intervals an enemy will move down the screen towards you, escorting a bomber, which is a moment of high danger. Clear a wave and another is generated.

You control a space fighter at the bottom of the screen, scrolling left and right in order to avoid oncoming bombs and kamikaze attacks from alien invaders--and to fire your own missiles to fight back! There are an infinite number of stages to progress through. Every third level is a "challenge stage" in which you have a free chance to shoot as many aliens as possible and rack up bonus points. Certain aliens have tractor beams they can use to capture one of your ships. If that wasn't your last "life," you can try to shoot that alien down and recapture your ship, giving you two ships at once and doubling your firepower. A summary screen appears when the game is over, giving you both your final score and you final "hit ratio"--the number of missiles fired, enemies destroyed, and the percentage of targets hit.

The gameplay is basically the same as the original Galaga, except that: - Rounds have been named, and the background varies - Boss Galagans have been split into three different types. Blue rewards the player with Wide Shot , yellow bosses allow the player to fire as fast as he wishes; the reddish boss gives reflective shots: three missiles are fired to the left, right, and center. - There are more varied formations, and there may be 2-3 formations before completing a stage. Galaga Arrangement along with 2 Arrangement games from Namco Classic Collection Vol. 2 was included in the North American exclusive Namco Museum for PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Nintendo GameCube (Not to be confused with the Namco Museum 50th Anniversary). Galaga Arrangement is not to be confused with a similarly titled but wholly different game that appeared in Namco Museum Battle Collection, and on Namco Museum Virtual Arcade.

Copied from MobyGames: Dig Dug is a 1-2 player arcade game in which you have to use your shovel to dig your way through the earth. Stopping you from doing this are two monsters, called Pooka and Fygar, who will continually chase you around. The only weapon that you carry is an air pump, which you can use to inflate the monsters to the point where they explode. (if you start to inflate them but stop doing so, the monsters will get turned back to their normal selves). Furthermore, rocks are scattered throughout the earth, and you can use these rocks to squash them. If the monsters do not find you for several seconds, they will eventually get turned into ghosts, which can walk through the earth. They are invincible and cannot be killed. From time to time, vegetables will appear in the center, and you can get these for points.

Copied from Infogalactic: In 1996, Namco packaged both Dig Dug and an updated variant and re-released it in arcades with the title Namco Classic Collection Vol. 2. The updated variant was named Dig Dug Arrangement, and allowed two players to play simultaneously, unlike the original. Out of the six created Arrangement games, this version has the least amount of changes. The graphics are updated and the rounds are different. There are also new features such as giant rocks which can fall down to the bottom of the screen, and special power-up items. Dig Dug Arrangement was re-released alongside the original Dig Dug and ten other Namco games on the PS2, Xbox and GameCube versions of Namco Museum. In this version of Dig Dug, there are balls (inspired by Cosmo Gang the Puzzle) that can kill a lot of enemies in a row.

Released in 1996, the original San Francisco Rush: Extreme Racing features three unique tracks that take place in San Francisco, California and eight playable vehicles. San Francisco Rush: Extreme Racing is the first game to use Atari Game's Flagstaff engine. Released in 1997, the second installment of Rush brought four unique tracks, including the Alcatraz track, and four new cars were introduced. San Francisco Rush The Rock: Alcatraz Edition was ported to Midway Arcade Treasures 3 for the Gamecube, PlayStation 2, and Xbox. The arcade treasures version is a recreation of the original game, with a new physics engine and sound changes.
