The First 15 Minutes of Sega GT: Homologation Special (Dreamcast)
Copied from Sega Retro:
Sega GT, known as Sega GT: Homologation Special (セガGT ホモロゲーションスペシャル) in Japan, is a racing game developed by WOW Entertainment and published by Sega for the Sega Dreamcast and later Windows PCs. It is not to be confused with Sega Super GT, otherwise known as Scud Race.
Sega GT is the first game in the short lived Sega GT series (also consisting of Sega GT 2002 and Sega GT Online for the Xbox), and was designed to rival the Gran Turismo series on Sony's PlayStation (and PlayStation 2) consoles.
Compared to most Sega racing games, Sega GT has an abornmally large selection of licensed cars (141 in total), from Japanese companies including Subaru, Honda, Daihatsu, Mazda, Toyota, Mitsubishi Motors and Nissan as well as Dodge and Ford. The PAL version a further 44, with European manufacturers Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Mercedes-Benz and Audi lending their products to the game. The game offers a mixture of production cars and models specifically designed for GT3 and GT2 races (and there are a few rally cars too), and localises some models for different regions (for example, in the United States, some high-end Toyota cars are given Lexus branding).

Copied from MobyGames:
Rush Rush Rally Racing (or R4, for short) is an old school 2D top-down racing game. The game features no sponsored cars, no realistic environments, just action-packed arcade game play!
Originally intended as a small coding exercise, the project soon grew to such proportions that it compelled the creators to turn it into a complete game.
The title makes sense because the four R's represent the number of players that can simultaneously enjoy this game.

The First 15 Minutes of Resident Evil 2 (Dreamcast)
Copied from Sega Retro:
Resident Evil 2, known as Biohazard 2 Value Plus (バイオハザード2 バリュープラス) in Japan, is the sequel to Resident Evil. It was released among other consoles for the Sega Dreamcast in 1999.
As the Japanese name suggests, the Dreamcast version is a slight update to the original PlayStation release - it is actually based on Biohazard 2: Dual Shock Ver., which added a few modes. The Dreamcast version also includes digital galleries and a playable demo of Resident Evil: Code: Veronica. However, at its core, it is the same game, hence why western releases did not make the distinction.
Two months have passed since the events of the first Resident Evil. Refusing to believe the survivors of the S.T.A.R.S. team, the midwestern city of Raccoon City returns to its quiet existence, ignoring the grave danger creeping upon their city, believing the worst has passed.
...The worst comes in tow.

Resident Evil – Code: Veronica, known in Japan as Biohazard Code: Veronica (バイオハザード コード:ベロニカ), is a survival horror video game developed by Capcom and originally released for the Dreamcast in 2000. It was the first title in the Resident Evil series to debut on a non-Sony platform, in contrast to the first three installments which were originally released on the PlayStation. The game retains the survival horror elements from previous installments in the series such as the use of puzzles and guns. Unlike the traditional pre-rendered backgrounds of previous games, Code: Veronica incorporates real-time 3D environments and camera movement for the first time.

It was developed by id Software and ported to a variety of systems, including the Sega Dreamcast (whose port was handled by Raster Productions). The last game in this franchise to appear on a Sega system was Quake on the Sega Saturn.
Quake III differs from previous installments in the series in that the game is focused on multiplayer matches. It is one of the few Dreamcast games which can still be played online due to fan servers.

The First 15 Minutes of Propeller Arena: Aviation Battle Championship (Dreamcast)
Copied from Sega Retro:
Propeller Arena: Aviation Battle Championship (プロペラ アリーナ) is an unreleased Sega Dreamcast combat flight simulator game developed by Sega-AM2 and scheduled to be published by Sega in late 2001. Reportedly finished and ready to be published, the game was cancelled at the last minute in response to the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States of America. It is assumed that the "Tower City" stage was the main reason for this decision, as it is possible to fly around and crash planes in a city based on New York, and, according to Sega of America, allows "a determined individual to deliberately play the game in a manner that generates images similar to those we have seen on the news".
In the game, the player flies various planes across arenas and engages in dogfights, making it a spiritual sequel to Wing War. Propeller Arena was also designed with online multiplayer in mind, and had the servers been activated, would have supported the Dreamcast Microphone (except in Europe, where online play was not set to be featured).

The First 15 Minutes of Noiz2sa (Dreamcast)
Copied from MobyGames:
Noiz2sa takes the mechanisms of the "mania shooter" (the modern kind of shoot'em'up with extreme amounts of bullets on the screen at the same time) and removes all graphical touches. Instead, all graphics are rendered in flat polygons.
Your goal is to fly your ship through ten abstract levels while avoiding being hit by the barrages of enemy bullets. Unlike orthodox shooters, your ship is only vulnerable at its very core, the "sweet spot" if you will. As long as the trajectory of enemy bullets doesn't cut through the core of your ship, they will pass through you without hurting you. In order to better navigate the bullet clusters, you have a slow-down key which slows down your own movements so that you gain more precision.
Shooting down enemies makes them release green stars which give you bonus points, but no weapons upgrades or smart bombs are available; the goal is simply to survive using your plain cannon. In addition to the ten normal levels, there are four endless levels, where the aim is to survive as long as possible, thereby gaining a higher high score.
