It's Another Iraq! The EU as a Vassal of US Empire & NATO Pawn | Clare Daly- Monthly Daly March 2023
Clare Daly is the conscience of Europe. Watch some of her most powerful speeches in the EU parliament in March 2023:
March 29: "Mr. President, we have just passed the 20th anniversary of the Iraq War, a war where over a million people died, where people still grapple with the after-effects of the use of depleted uranium, where nobody has been held to account for a country torn apart and a region plunged into chaos. And we have a responsibility to look back and ask: how did it all happen?
Well, it happened because the people in power told us over and over things they knew were not true. It happened because a compliant media failed to ask the questions and parroted those lies day after day, beating the drum for a war of aggression dressed up as a battle of democracy against authoritarianism.
So now, as another country is torn apart, another region turned into chaos, at this uniquely dangerous phase in world history, we see the same people again baying for blood — not their own of course — seizing the moral high ground, condemning peace as appeasement, bellowing that the only option is escalation.
Well, you really have to ask yourself the question: why in God’s name would we believe these liars? Now we need peace and we need it now."

This is the first of two Q&A sessions with Professor Jeffrey Sachs, recorded on June 12, 2023 at a peace event in Vienna. Dr. Sachs explains why NATO did not allow neutrality to become a solution for Ukraine and why the alliance is seeking to expand into the Indo-Pacific region. The warmongering of western institutions continues. They are preparing for global war.

Clare Daly Speech | No Body Wins In War EXCEPT The Military Industrial Complex | Neutrality Studies
I voted against the resolution because for all the shrill jingoism and belligerent moral outrage about Ukraine winning and Russia being defeated, the truth is that nobody wins in war except the military industrial complex feasting off the billions of taxpayers’ money or vultures like Blackstone, swooping in to feed off the carcass of the devastation and destruction of Ukraine and benefit from the rebuilding against the backdrop of privatisation, deregulation and decimation of workers’ rights.
Thousands of civilians dead, tens of thousands of soldiers, 15 million people displaced. This is horror. And our response is to send in just enough weapons to make sure it doesn’t end. It’s barbarous.
The motion talks about peace, which is good – when we refused to support Ukraine when they reached an agreement with Russia last April, forcing them to fight on – but it has to be a just and sustainable peace. No serious person thinks Ukraine can win an absolute victory. So a plan that talks about NATO membership, with Ukraine being the European equivalent of Israel on steroids, retaking Crimea, has to stop if we want Ukraine to survive.

Bangladesh And Other Developing Nations Will Break Free From Neocon Yoke | Economist Haider A. Khan
The economics of development is going to change under a multipolar order. To discuss this I'm joined by Haider A. Khan, a Professor of International and Development Economics at the University of Denver.
Professor Khan was born in Dhaka, East Pakistan, today’s Bangladesh. He became an academic and a policy adviser, being the chief international adviser to Arab Trade and Human Development in Cairo, and a senior economic adviser to the Secretary General of UNCTAD in Geneva, and several governments and International Organizations.
He has published twenty five books and over two hundred articles in professional journals. And he is a poet and art critic, too.
Some of Professor Khan's Papers:
"Towards a New Non-aligned Movement (NNAM) and a New International Economic Order" https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=4458650

The Swiss Are Working On A Pro-Neutrality Referendum! | With Dr. Stephan Rietiker
🌟Great news! An initiative committee in Switzerland is working on making a pro-neutrality referendum a reality. They started gathering signatures in November 2022 and have 18 months to collect 100,000 signatures. If they succeed, the national government has to hold a vote on weather or not to amend the constitution with a very clear definition of their neutrality, including the rejection of one-sided sanctions. This is going to be interesting.
I'm talking about this with Dr. Stephan Rietiker, who is a Swiss/US dual national, a business leader, entrepreneur, and a licensed physician in the United Staes and Switzerland. He currently manages his own longevity and well-bing focused company called “EpiLunar Partners”. He is also the founder of “InsideCorona”, a platform that has been critically evaluating government measures and policies during the pandemic. Since Oct 2022 he has been serving as the president of Pro-Switzerland, a libertarian NGO and think-tank strongly advocating for independent national and business oriented policies. As such he is also a member of the initiative committee to create a public referendum on strengthening Switzerland’s neutrality.
If you are Swiss, you can sign the initiative here: https://neutralitaet-ja.ch
More official info on Switzerland’s neutrality initiative here: https://www.bk.admin.ch/ch/d/pore/vi/vis540t.html

Korean Neutrality: International Association of Academicians for Peace
🌟In this video, Geopolitical tensions in East Asia and around the globe are dangerously growing day by day. Peace activism and research are urgently needed to de-escalate the situation and develop long- term solutions. The concept of neutrality can provide stability for the neutral state and region as it is flexible and can be adjusted to the needs of every country and context. The neutralization of the Korean Peninsula has been attempted on numerous occasions since 1882, based on various existing models. The Swiss model was examined in a presentation in March. This webinar will provide a broader application with expert viewpoints, based on a clear-eyed recognition of the facts on the ground.
What steps are needed for neutrality to become a solution to the current stalemate and security issues on the Korean Peninsula and in Northeast Asia? How could it be formulated realistically and negotiated between concerned parties?

When it comes to academics, Professor Streeck is as top-notch as it gets. he was the Director of the German Max Planck Institute for the study of Societies. He published countless articles and books looking at the interaction of society and politics. For instance, “Buying Time: The Delayed Crisis of Democratic Capitalism” or “How Will Capitalism End? Essays on a Failing System” and, most recently, “Democracy at Work: Contract, Status and Post-Industrial Justice”.
He is also an adamant critic of European and Transatlantic warmongering and we want to discuss the position of Germany in the ongoing Proxy War in Ukraine—the latest itineration of European stupidity as I see it.

The Forces Of War Are Those That Divide People. Don't Accept Them | Dr. Yu Bin (5/5)
🌟Dr. Yu Bin earned his Ph.D. from Stanford University, he is a senior fellow of the Russian Studies Center of the East China Normal University in Shanghai and the author of six books and more than 150 chapters and articles on China or Chinese-Russian relations.
Most impressively, Dr. Yu Bin has been writing in-depth quarterly updates on Chinese-Russian relations for the past 24 Years! They are all available online at Comparative Connections (Link Below). And honestly, the depth of the analysis and the consistency of his work is mind-blowing.
