My Muay Thai Journey

On February 5th 2022 the Freedom Convoy rallied at the Flying J truck stop in New Castle, Indiana. We went there to donate and cheer them on. None of this music belongs to me and I'll gladly take the strike and let Tom have the ads!

Exactly as the title says... Been away from the gym for too long and need to get back in kicking shape. We do that by going back to the basics of the kick. Hips still need to open up, but at my age, they may not, so progress we will.

Not click bait... it's the final video in my little series where I went over my *some* of my ab workout, then transition to free weights, and finally to the bag to beat myself up.

Decided to demo some of the exercises I perform to affect the ab region. This isn't a standard workout, whatsoever, rather, it's some of the exercises I do. This was a longer shoot, so this is considered part one. There will be a free weight workout and a bag workout coming, so stay tuned for those to show up. A longer video full of fluff. My legs were done before I started, but we don't further ourselves by quitting early, right? Was being lazy and didn't get my cameras, so I used my phone and that cut my bt music, so copyright strike for me today!

Just discussing stuff on my brain and explain where I've been for the last four months.

After my 4 month leave from the gym, I'm back in and getting the old body back to work. Taking it a little easy for the first couple weeks to let the conditioning sink in. Shins have both been bloodied in these last two workouts, so I need to get at it!

Been gone for a min while closing up the office I used to work out of - all remote now. I'll be uploading more videos and we'll see where the channel goes in this new year. CHEERS!

There's only so much time and energy I get to expel on my Muay Thai practice, so I try to do as much as I can and that leads to exhaustion... but I do my best to muster up energy to try to do the absolute most I can... this is that ending.
