Ending the long work weekend out in the yard
**Disclaimer - Tire towers and swinging tire bags are HARD. They are not meant for everyday training, rather for conditioning your shins, knuckles, ect and shouldn't be hit with full force.**

8 Weeks Out - Time to Get Back In!
Been out of the gym for 8 weeks working on multiple vehicles and mending an injured knee. Back in for my 3rd round of 100Kicks100Days and it's feeling good so far, as long as I don't use my left knee for attacks. Time will heal it fine.

100Kicks100Days Part 5
Yep, that's right, Day 5 of my re-work of the #100Kicks100Days Challenge that my son and I completed last year. I'm doing it to assist in getting my legs back in shape and health after a knee injury in March.
These videos are very entertaining, I know, that's why I try to add some fun or relaxing music to listen to.
As I get my old body used to the daily grind again, I'll start trying to do more interest or edu stuff, but for now, let's work it!

#100Kicks100Days Day 4
Back out for another round of kicking. Got in a pre-workout on the Bi, Tri, and Pec groups... felt good to be lifting hard again.
I've built a "new" production machine and somehow I managed to not get all my data from the old workstation. I'll work on getting all my assets back and on this machine.
