COFFEE INTAKE My favorite coffee combo at the moment is using half caff coffee blended with cacao butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. So tasty and I’m a child when it comes to using my frothed. But, Two important things to consider. Quantity and Sensitivity. Caffeine is a stimulant and a diuretic. It has the potential to improve cognition, memory, and focus while suppressing appetite. Having too much coffee can lead to jitters, tolerance, and withdrawal symptoms. Not everybody reacts well to coffee either. Individuals can have GI issues and it can increase their anxiety.
